I didn't know which one to choose but avoided the super cheap ones that were like $1. But still only paid $2.25 for a load. Used the larger dryers thanks to a nice gentlemen that told me it was the better option. Otherwise I wouldn't have known. They go by time, which a regular lightweight load really only needed 15 minutes. Vs the other one that's a set amount would have made me sit around for 30 minutes waiting for it to finish. Granted. It only costs $1 for that one so it depends on what you're drying and how much you value your time. Restroom and benches for while you wait. Carts to help you move your clothes as well.

They have a card system which you can use instead of dirty disgusting quarters. AND, you can use a credit card to load the laundry card. The only negative - and I am sure it depends when you visit - is they provide laundry service so many of the machines are in use. I highly recommend this place! I have been using EX Wash located in the HEB lot off of Austin Highway and Harry Wurzbach (have submitted a separate review for them). Avoid this place at all costs.

I have since been back more recently to do the same. In and out as quickly as possible. Luckily the staff have been quick, kind, and courteous helping me figure out what I need to do to wash my items. The business seems clean enough, so no complaints. I really was in and out pretty quickly tho. Machines don't take coins. It's all on a prepaid card... at $10 a pop to fill! This is where I have a love/hate feeling about this. Will I go back, probably yes. It's close. And I need to keep my comforters cleaned on a semi-regular basis.

I'm military and visit SA a lot, the one time we needed laundry done and we found this place was AWESOME! My coworkers used cash(I don't carry that usually) so I used the app, my only "complaint/critique"(but it's business so I understand), is that I paid through the app and now have credit that I can only use at this location. BUT that's a minor thing and bigger problems in the world. The location is VERY clean, and the employees are ready to assist when someone like me can't figure out the app/scanning the machines. The help was quick and efficient.
