CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE STEPPING OUT OF THEIR SHOP…read more 3/3 times they've failed me. At this point it's my fault for continuing to return. The first time one of my AGSU shirts was returned with a blue stain on the armpit area and they didnt include the service stripes I paid for. The second time my PT vest name tape was badly stitched, it could have fallen off on the first wear. Thankfully I caught it before I left and they were able to correct it. The third and last time they sewed my unit patch on the wrong sleeve and left my previous unit patch in place. This time I knew better and checked their work before stepping out and caught it immediately. They were able to fix it in 10 minutes but I no longer trust them. I found a better shop on New Braunfels that's stupidly quicker and better, so no more Kim's. When I took my AGSUs to them to remove my ranks so I could use them for OCS, they discovered that the previous alterations glued on the rank and left a nasty sticky stain, so I can't use them again. Thanks.

The staff member at the register was up front about being unable to remove the heavy smoke and ash smell from items that were closest to the fire which we appreciated immensely; there's no point in spending money on the things that cannot be saved. What we did leave with them was a massive T-shirt quilt, a couple of jackets, and a limited edition specialty coat, and the staff cleaned them up well. They made sure to notify us when everything was ready and the bill wasn't too pricey all things considered. We feel confident in trusting this location to handle our dry cleaning again in the future.
