The laundry piled up and I finally got motivated to get it all done at a laundromat. During covid I've been worried about my exposures and the laundromat seemed like a hot spot to me. He went in to drop off a large bag of clothing around 1:30pm, 30 minutes before the store closes. The cashier named Alex (who is also the owner's son) refused to count his clothes and insisted that he was going to list the clothing count at 20 pieces. My husband did not agree and asked for his clothing to be counted. The cashier was very rude and ended up denying service to my husband. The highlight of the visit was when the cashier informed my husband he was going to delete his account and told him to take his clothing elsewhere, all because he wanted his clothing accounted for! What kind of dry cleaning establishment doesn't do a clothing count? This is a huge red flag in the way they do business. I am all for supporting small businesses, but if this is the way they treat customers and law enforcement officers they need to reevaluate the way they do business or they wont have any. This is no way to treat a long term customer or any customer in general. We will be taking our business elsewhere and would not recommend these cleaners to anyone.

However, I do think they are a little sketchy with their prices. You cannot find their prices anywhere online, and they have them on a tiny piece of paper next to the registry which I think is pretty sketchy (I've included the photo of their prices on my review). Also, the price to only press your shirts is the same as a full dry clean, which I think is pretty odd. Frankly I am in the hunt for another place to dry clean my clothes just cause I feel like there must be a better price out there, however I do come here for convenience.
