I really enjoyed my experience at this comic cleaners. Context, I was in town for my little sister's wedding and I needed to get my suit dry cleaned. The finished product was impeccable and I was extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received while there. The most unique part was the fact that the individual that helped me out on both days even though I was from out of town, took their time to get to know me and understand why I was in town. That little personal touch was extremely nice and something that doesn't happen often especially when you're just visiting a city. I will also call out the value that I received for the services provided was excellent. Another friend of mine got a suit cleaned for about double the price. My total was roughly $36 My friends was around $61 at a different cleaners that was not comment. So big shout out to Estella for being an awesome representative of the company and making a customer feel extremely welcomed. Ongoing issues with creases in heavy starched jeans. They just can't seem to get them correct. For every 5 pairs of jeans I bring in, 3 have to be sent back for correction.. and the 2 I keep aren't perfect. They even have notes on the account and physically write instructions on the paper tags on the jeans..... still wrong. Creases don't line up evenly on the cuff, the back pockets, or both. Went to pick up a pair today. Checked the bottom inseam seams on the cuff, seemed good to go. Got home and removed them from the plastic bag... and there it was again. Creases have 2 inch difference where they hit the back pockets on one leg versus the other. :-( At this point, it's just my fault for trusting them to execute the service. The ladies I've spoke with when bringing the issue to their attention have been nice and understanding... but it just keeps happening. One day service turns into 3 days, a wasted trip, and headache. They still have another pair in the works, when I go in to pick them up I'll address the issue with the latest pair. The saga continues. Photos of the latest pair are attached. I believe the people who press the creases in the starched jeans genuinely HAVE ZERO CLUE what they are doing when it comes to this service. And why is it a huge surprise every time I come to pick up and pay? If there are special notes on an account, and a known issue, wouldn't that get a double check before the customer comes in to pick up? Maybe a courtesy check based on multiple past issues? Happens once.. shame on you. Happens twice shame on me. Happens every time? Shame on both of us. read more

We will definitely be going back to this dry cleaners because the staff are really friendly, fast and accurate. They offer a drive-through. When you go inside the building, it's very clean and your greeted with a welcome. Even have little jars of candy which you can help yourself to one. I dreaded going to drop off our clothes which had to be cleaned, silk blouses, etc. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. The staff were awesome and this is now our new dry cleaners. Buyer beware!!! Been two times in the last month. First trip the washed a dry clean only silk shirt. Now it is bunched up along all the stitching and has shrunk. Not wearable. Second trip sent my wife's shirt for dry clean. Looks like it came out of a cold dryer and was not pressed. It has "jewels" on it that another cleaning company NEVER had a problem with and never damaged it over several trips. Comet knocked several off on second trip to this location. This place is horrible. They won't even wash my underwear going forward!!! I will drive across town for good service in the future!!! They have ruined $200 worth of our clothes in 2 trips!!! WTH. They don't deserve one star!!! read more

I can't speak to the couple of low reviews, I've been using the 18154 Blanco Rd site for several years and have never had a problem. Every single time I've entered the door, I'm quickly greeted, everyone is always nice. Never had an issue with the dry cleaning. More recently Estella took care of me and she was wonderful. Never give you an issue with not having a ticket, which I never seem to hold on to.... Keep up the great work and appreciate the friendly faces coming thru the door! read more

I have been to several location. I realized the one Blanco Rd is closest to me. I love the 24 hour turnaround. The one on Bitters Rd stained my white pants with the steam iron. When I pointed this out they quickly corrected the issue. I changed only because the Blanco location is actually closer. read more
