I was in and out in no time and was told my 4 pieces: a suit, blazer, and skirt would be ready before 6 pm the following day. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them.

I called Comet and was told they use only organic cleaning methods and add no scent. She suggested the perfume smell was in the jacket prior to cleaning -- rude approach. DEFINITELY NO PERFUME SCENT WAS IN THE JACKET since I am highly allergic to perfumes and scents. She said she would review with manager then decide what to do and call me back -- I received no call. BEWARE OF SCENT SIMILAR TO HIGHLY PERFUMED DRYER SHEETS! The jacket is hanging in the garage and bit of the scent has dissipated but still unwearable.
