Please for the love of God, do not go to this cleaner. This is the most unprofessional establishment there is in San Antonio. Almost 4 months ago, they lost my husbands expensive suit jacket and i am still waiting to this day for my check to replace it. The owner is not even the owner that is listed on their website (eric), nor is that a working email address. The ladies at the front desk tell me they are not allowed to give out JASONS phone number who apparently is now the owner/general manager, so i have no way of contacting the man this is responsible for replacing my suit, so all i can do is keep calling and showing up only for them to tell me they don't have a check. I have been waiting patiently for months because one of the ladies (Stella) has been very helpful with this situation, but i am beyond fed up and may follow up with legal action. If i could give this place zero stars, i would. I will do everything in my power to spread the word about Frontier Cleaners! DO NOT COME HERE. I will update with any future occurrences. This will be my last time I will go to this location. They used safety pins on the sleeves of my shirts and it left a hole upon removal. They also stapled the tag on the pant belt loop. I had to use a blade to carefully remove them so not to damage the fabric. The representative is rude and unprofessional, doesn't show any empathy. read more

Ruined my daughters $500 prom dress. I agreed to wave if they knocked of a stone or bead (which they did) But I did not agree to them ripping a 12 inch tear and 1/2 inch hole in addition to some kind of grey stain Across the front of the dress. When I reported it -they kept my dress and said they would call. No calls even to update me on status. I called 3 times to try to discuss with owner but Tiffany is apparently not there ever. I am a pretty reasonable person but after a week and a half I called and the finally decided "this type of damage could not happen while the dress was in their care". I just dropped off some shirts to be laundered and told I was being charged a 4% Credit Card processing FEE. I could care less about the money. This isn't 1999. While the price was a little high for the 2 pieces I brought, my experience was overall very pleasurable: they helped me with my clothing as soon as I walked in and were generally polite. I came in 2 days after and my clothes looked cleaned and without any stains or anything. Really don't know if it was a one-time thing, but at least this trip was successful. read more

We used to use this place several times a week, but in the last two weeks they have lost 2 pairs of slacks and 3 shirts over just a few orders. Generally have had to wait behind other folks who have similarly lost items. Store seems to have changed management in the last month or so, and the new workers there can't understand why everyone is so upset (and have said so). So far they just tell me everytime I come in that they are still looking for the items. Even though I have receipts for the lost items, they refuse to refund the payment for the cleaning (you have to prepay) or to reimburse for the lost items. They may be cheap, but in this case you have to balance the savings with what you are going to spend on replacing your clothes! read more

This place does decent work however they are incredibly unprofessional if they ever lose any of your clothes. They lost my suit and for 6 months I went through a whole process where nobody would call me back, and despite numerous promises from the staff that the owner will be calling me to resolve the situation I never got a phone call. After showing up there on multiple occasions they finally decided to reimburse me for my suit, however then started the new process where they would not give me the check and I would get was promises where they would tell me the check was coming from their plant to this location and it would never be there. I finally did get my check, and now that I have it I will never go there again. In short, extremely unprofessional ownership that has no sense of customer service when it is most needed. read more

Only use this cleaners if you want them to do a poor job and then loose your clothes. I dropped a pair of suit trousers for dry cleaning and when I went to pick them up the stain had not been removed. The cleaners agreed to clean them again. Today I was informed that they lost the trousers and can only refund $40.00 unless I have a receipt to show a value of more than $40.00. This is ridiculous when it was a suit trouser which can now no longer be worn. Beware! read more

Do not use this dry cleaner - their phone is disconnected, they do not return emails and they refuse to pay for a very expensive shirt that they ruined. buyer beware - (210) 496-5233 - if you have clothes there pick them up immediately!! I don't agree with the other reviews for this business. I have been taking my suits and blouses and my husband's dress shirts and slacks to this dry cleaners for several months and have not had a negative experience - they have never lost an item, my items are ready on time, and they are clean and pressed, no stains or damage to my garments. I do have to knock off a star for their prices, they charge over $2.00 for a standard men shirt just because they are in a more affluent neighborhood. I pay because they are located extremely convenient to my home and battling traffic getting out of Stone Oak would cost just as much or more in gas so why waste the time? Overall good service IF you don't have a cheaper option nearby and don't want to waste time driving around. read more

The counter attendants are fine but the cleaning service is crappy - more accurately, the delivery is unreliable. So if you're traveling and need your clothes by their promised date, you had better allow for a few extra days. That was my experience with them. I was traveling and sent the shirts I needed to use on my trip to these unreliable misfits. They promised my laundry Tuesday afternoon. I went on Wednesday only to learn they had problems and my laundry would be back the next day. I was sent packing without the uniform shirts I needed. I was promised a credit and a call from the manager. Two weeks later, no call from manager, and I'm not counting on a credit. If you need reliable service, find another dry cleaner. I had been going here for about a year and everything was fine, the clothes smelled very chemically but that's the downside right. Well this past week I went and the new girl working at the counter was very rude, at seeing some of my blouses were still buttoned she asked me to remove them and count the pieces myself, when for the past year previous employees had done that, so I did it...then the following day I pick up my +$50 order and am told two of the pieces were not dry cleaned (previously dry cleaned at this location) because they did not carry a specific softener??? Okay. Then the second piece was not dry cleaned because they noticed a small red stain near the top of the dress which they did not want to touch in fear it was blood...(it was lipstick). I get a refund for those 2 pieces and the person being attended by the other employee presents a coupon and he was told by the same rude girl promptly that that coupon was mailed out by "mistake" and they no longer accept it and can not honor it. The customer was a little surprised as he had received it just the previous day, he said "wow. That's pretty bad business" and the girl interrupted before he was done to say "yup well it happens, I can't do anything about it" at this point I was walking out the door disgruntled at the new employees and their lack of knowledge on pretty much anything. I get home 10 minutes later and all of my clothes smelled like it had been sitting at the bottom of a sweaty hamper for days, it wasn't the usual chemically "just cleaned" smelled. It was nasty and I'm really disappointed in my most recent visit that I most likely will never go back here because I'm doubting they did the clean job correctly. read more

I have gone here twice for laundry. It is a convenient location. They said the stains in my white clothes should come out. One did, the other did not. They ran my pants through a cycle again which was nice but they still did not come out. When I did arrive they had lost my pants so I went grocery shopping and by the time I came out they were found! read more

I agree with the bad reviews. Took a very nice Calvin Klein suit to be cleaned and it came back with holes in it! Looks like it was snagged because the placement of the holes line up when the jacket and pants are hung together. They tried to tell me it was moth eaten! Really? That's why nothing else in my closet has holes in it?!?! And as if I needed another reason not to go there, when I got home I realized they placed the large safety pins through the end of the sleeve. When I called and brought it to their attention they said, "No we pin them through the cuff link holes." Um no, you didn't, and left a hole in the sleeve!!!!! Terrible business. read more

Please dont go here! I agree with a previous comment saying dont go! I turned in my work uniform on a friday, the guy told me to come in saturday after 5 to pick them up. Their hours are monday to saturday up to 7pm. I showed up saturday at about 6 or 630. they had a hand written sign saying they were closing early on that saturday! really? you couldnt tell me that the day before? the sign was posted the day of. this was the 1st time there and last time. as a military vet im sad to say the customer services in America drops. this is exactly why. You have certain business hours why not keep them? i hope you guys shut down like many businesses around this area in Stone Oak.. I will definetly spread the word to everyone. What a shit show this place is! I dropped off a pair of shorts and a button down on a Monday to get some stains off. I went back on Wednesday to retrieve my belongings and it seemed the clothes were unwashed, same stains I dropped the shirt off with were still there and my shorts came back with some new stains. They were kind enough to do a redo, and promised it would be ready no later then Thursday. I go back Thursday and only my shorts are ready, but still stained, with the shirt now MIA. I dropped by Friday to finally get my shirt back and lo and behold the same stains are still there. Seriously, fuck this place and some of their incompetent employees. read more

I will never go there again. They ruined a dress of mine and denied it when it was very obvious the pin they used to attach the tag shredded the seam on the dress. The staff member who I spoke with was incredibly rude about the matter and denied it was their mistake. He flat out lied and his atttitude towards a long time customer was horrible. read more

I have now had three bad experiences with this location. First, they lost a good pair of black dress pants for 30 days. On the day they were going to have to reimburse me, the pants appeared. A week later I brought in a pair of tan dress pants. When I got them back, whoever cleaned and pressed the pants ironed a second distinctive crease into the pants and used a waffle iron to add extra wrinkles at the bottom of the pants leg. i was glad they did not charge me for the extra wrinkles. It took me seven trips back to the store to get my pants correctly cleaned an processed. The store owner did give me a $40.00 credit for putting up with the bad service. Being the glutton for punishment that I am, I recently took the same paif of black pants that started this entire cycle of disasterous service back again. Viola - THEY LOST THE PANTS AGAIN.!!! I am not going to wait for the 30 days for them to replace the pants. Use this facility at your own risk. read more

I would not give them even a star! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! The service is bad all around! They ruined $250 comforter and chose not to carry any responsibility whatsoever! The manager did not even bother to call back. I will be posting the pictures of it once I retrieve it back from this place. They make you sign a waver for the fading of the color and then throw it into your face literary. The comforter looked new going there and just needed to be refreshed. Well, it came back looking like people washed the dirty floors with it, smelling awful, with spots and spills of unknown origin that no one even bothered to clean up. I honestly have not seen anything like that before. It looked like someone played a bad joke on me. I can understand stuff can get ruined due to a mistake, but this is something absolutely indescribable. My advice, pay a little more and go to a good and reputable place.
