Very impressed with the updated decor and how clean and spacious it was. I tried to use the biggest machine to dry 2 loads of clothes and all 4 of them seemed to be offline. Had to relocate to their next size down (which was still perfectly sized) and their card machine was down. Had to get some coins but somehow the coin receptacle in the machine was not counting our quarters when we were adding the money in.. we had to relocate yet one more time. Third time was the charm. No issues after that.

This was our first visit at SpinXpress Laundry and I'm not sure there will be a second visit. The biggest issue was the amount of wash machines and dryers that were out of order or just plain broken. Not sure if this was an off day, but there shouldn't that many machines out of commission. It also didn't have many larger machines. The two I saw had laundry sitting there without someone manning the machine. The prices were slightly cheaper compared to the one we currently use, and they have more sitting space. But it wasn't very clean and some of the machines were smelly. Also, to add insult to injury, some of the seating area couches and seats were terribly worn and in need of repair.

I use laundry mats all the time. This one is not about customers though. I went and started to use…read morethe washer and put my quarters in I put $2 in and it wasn't working. So I asked the lady up front if I could get my money back. She pulled out two quarters from her pocket and handed them to me. I told her I wanted the full $2 back because I needed to put all my stuff in a different one. She rolled her eyes and put the full $2 in my hand. Another time I went in there I was playing the quarter game and walked away for a couple seconds to switch out my laundry. While I was doing so a couple quarters fell. The same lady from before ran out of her office and then proceeded to take the quarters that fell and ran back to her office. I just let her do her thing and went about my business. Cheap ass lady. Seriously. I also had another incident when I needed to use the bathroom. There is no sign stating that you need to get a key from the office to use the facility. I went to the office door and knocked and the lady came out and and told me to get out of her office and she was very rude but no one was around and when you gotta go, you gotta go. She was very rude and not very accommodating. If you want a decent place to do your laundry it's alright but these people charge $2 for a small wash and then $2.5 for a small dryer. I would look somewhere else. No parking. People love to claim the rolling carts for no reason. Such as, putting their laundry baskets in them. Whatever you do. Run from the oompa loompa lady. The one I mentioned before. She is not the sweetest.

The folks on Blanco are rude and not worried about retaining customers but more worried about proving the customer wrong, although they're not. I took in $140 worth of cleaning and would bring that in bimonthly. Their loss...going to use Comet, at least the pricing is up front and customer service is excellent.
