I go to other dry cleaners but, after having a really good shirt get damaged a couple times, I decided to try Comet. It is a little bit more expensive than most, but I highly recommend it for any items you cherish. They have very friendly individuals working here, you never wait too long, and my jeans and shirts that I turned in came back looking like I just got them from the store. I was very pleased. I even had them remove a stain I didn't notice I had from a shirt. I was very pleased with the service and I will be returning. read more

I am sad to say that I will no longer be using this cleaners. While my clothes are clean and overall look good my issue is with the stickers with bar codes that are used to track the clothing. They are applied with heat which makes them impossible to remove. Ok when they are applied to the clothing tags BUT NOT OK WHEN APPLIED DIRECTLY TO MY CLOTHES!!!! Are you kidding me? In the attached pictures one sticker is applied to a merino wool sweater! Directly on it. And the heat/iron left a mark. This sticker will never come off without destroying the sweater. The other picture was a sticker applied directly to the waist band of a wool skirt. It left a hole when removed!! The stickers are impossible to remove from the clothing tags and destroy the clothing when applied directly to the clothing. Just ridiculous! Whoever came up with this method knows nothing about clothes. Clothes are not cheap and have no business being treated this way. I will no longer use this cleaner. read more

Their best service is screwing over customers. Just had my third & last visit. Each time I have had their coupon for laundered shirts-"Unlimited Number for $2.89 each. First drop off was 5 cotton shirts with coupon which mathematically comes to $15.64 with tax. They charged $15.65. I let that go because registers can be programmed to round up to a business advantage & it's unethical but not considered illegal. Shirts had no starch & barely pressed. Looked & wore like rags. Second drop off was again 5 cotton shirts with same coupon but with light starch. Pick up was for $15.65 again & shirts were inconsistently starched & ironed. Some were lightly starched & two were so heavily starched button holes were hard to open. Third drop off was for six cotton shirts with their $2.89 Unlimited coupon. I had trouble just turning my shirts in. Gentleman, I think named Max, argued with me about how I wanted my shirts done. I insisted I wanted them just as before - laundered with light starch. Max wasn't in a good mood when I came in & had been berating a young man behind the counter walking to the rear of the store. Picked up this 3rd drop off of 6 shirts & Comet Wanted to charge me over $33.00 claiming all 6 cotton shirts were put in to be dry cleaned. After much arguing got bill below $20. Plus one of my shirts now has a hole in it.....which Comet now claims was turned in this hole. On top of this mess, Comet tells me I am in their computer for dry cleaning only for future services. Comet has screwed me over for the last time.....Tired of poor quality of work, rude employees & now a new need to protect my cotton shirts from becoming HOLEY messes. read more

Not at all impressed with the customer service. When I dropped off my clothes for the first time the clerk had an attitude while explaining services. She couldn't help me set up pick up/delivery service if I wanted it. Lastly, she couldn't let me pay ahead nor could she tell me how much I would owe at pick up! What I have the major issue about is when I went to go pick up my clothes today I went through the drive-in. When the lady came out to greet me and to take my payment which was my debit card she asked me if she could put my debit card on file. My response was no because I wasn't comfortable with doing that. So then I feel as if I was strong-armed into doing so because she said that that's how they're doing contactless service. I get that they are trying to minimize contact with customers but at the same time I don't understand why they can't have a card reader or a chip reader that reaches to the drive-in area to be able to pay or close that function off if you want to have contactless service and make people come in and run their card so you don't have to touch it. I won't be going back to Comet cleaners based on the fact that I feel forced into providing my debit card for them to keep on file. I guess I'll be finding another cleaners to use for the future. read more

Okay so I had some big issues with the first time I came to this cleaner, it had to do with some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I gave it two star rating because the clothes good. I said I would never come back. They reached out to me to try to do something to help me want to come back. I wouldn't. It took me a long long time to come back and give them a second try. I'm glad I did because I've had wonderful customer service and the clothes are well cleaned and pressed and starched, and they are affordable... so I'm now posting this five star review. read more
