On both occasions, I had wonderful work done and it was done in a timely manner. She quoted me one week and I was perfectly content with that. All items look better than they did when I brought them in && I brought my items to her fresh from the store. I don't how she did it, but she makes my clothes look higher quality. She has beautiful hem lines and provides excellent recommendations for additional areas of adjustment, such as tidying up a high slit. She is very friendly and easy to work with. I waited patiently for a half an hour while she fitted a dress on a young lady and talked and talked, and talked. I picked up my pants a week or so later. They looked terrible; like someone didn't finish and threw them in a bag for pick up. The fringe was not finished, but worse, hadn't even been trimmed. There were long threads and mess hanging off! One leg was fringed more than the other. They weren't stabilized with a stitching at the top as they had been when I brought them. I was so shocked and disappointed. Wah-Tee said, " Aren't they cute?
