The actual services are one thing, but first and foremost; If you're not a perfect physical specimen and you want to feel really bad about yourself, this is definitely the place for you. The embroidery guy seems great, but the tailor will absolutely DEMOLISH your physique and leave you feeling embarrassed and bad about yourself. Perhaps they're just calling it how they see it. Perhaps there's a cultural difference at play. Either way, it's pretty rough. And believe me when I say that I am NOT that far out of shape. lol As for the service, it's generally pretty quick, but there are some quality issues. You really have to argue your point and specify exactly what you want and then fight for it. Even then, you're likely to get your items back reflecting that the tailor decided to compromise between what you wanted and what they wanted to do. I understand there are some unrealistic requests that tailors have to deal with sometimes; but even the little things are off. For example, I asked for trouser legs to be tapered, and they insisted on a very tight taper. As a result, the suit I wore to my wedding looked like skinny jeans. A year later, I had two more trousers tapered and this time I asked for a very specific measurement. I made it so easy for the tailor. They argued with my request and recommended I taper smaller. I stood firm on my request and they finally agreed. Alas, when I got my pants back, they were right in between the measurements I asked for and what they had recommended. read more

Horrible alteration job and they tried to steal from me!! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews are from (almost makes me think they were paid reviews) because this is the ABSOLUTE WORST alteration shop I've ever been to. I took 4 curtain panels to be altered (2 pairs) for my 2 bedroom windows. One pair, I asked to be reduced in width. The other, I asked them to reduce the height by almost half. Nothing fancy, no pants, or shirts, or dresses - just some curtains. Just cut a straight line and sew it up. Pretty straightforward you would think. Nope. There is nothing straight about their sewing job on my curtains. SEE PHOTOS: the side hems, although very crooked, aren't as noticeable, but of course once you see it, you can't unsee it. The worst are the shorter curtains that were reduced in height. They are so uneven that 1) they don't line up to each other at the center, and 2) when they are pulled open, you can see just how uneven the length is. These panels are thermal blackout curtains that cost over $50 each panel and these people completely ruined them. They charged me almost $100 for this botched up sewing job and TO MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE, they were TRYING TO STEAL the remaining fabric from me!!!! This wasn't just a simple pants or shirt alteration, the remaining fabric wasn't just scraps or remnants of material - it was yards and yards of it. They had it all neatly folded up on the shelf with their other fabrics and I had to request that they give it back to me. THIEVES!!! Not only did they ruin my expensive curtain panels, they overcharged me for it, and they were trying to steal from me. UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Cannot say enough good things about my first time here. The gentleman who helped me pick out the monogram was efficient and professional. They were very fast getting my order ready and very responsive. It was fairly priced as well. I will definitely be using them for all my monogramming and alteration needs. It isn't full of stuff to monogram and isn't super adorable like some other places, but who cares. If you have an item that need monogram this is your place. Best alteration shop I have used. I took a coat in to have a new lining and they finished it in 4 days which was before they had promised. Then they lowered the price they had quoted by $10 because she said it didn't take as long as she had estimated!! And it was a beautiful job. She had done everything better than new. It looked like the original lining They also monogrammed a jacket and matched the monogram I had done at another shop earlier on another jacket perfectly. To summarize: They did excellent professional work. The finished early. They charged $10 less than the estimated price. They stayed open late for me to bring an item in. When I came in to pick up my order, another customer spontaneously said that he had been coming here for a long time and they were the best. I definitely agree!!!!!! read more

Another place was quoting me a minimum of 12 shirts, ~$350 for fairly simple text-only embroidery and I was having a hard time finding someone that could work with my needs and budget. Ended up buying my own shirts at a local shop and started looking around. Monograms Pro came up highly rated on Yelp so I decided to give them a chance, and I'm glad I did. They were able to do just a few shirts for me with a very reasonable price, and they were done on time. Excellent Quality work, as well. Very happy customer, I would definitely go back for more!! PROTIP: They can be a little hard to find if you're just using GPS, don't hesitate to call the shop and they can guide you in -- they're near a Greek restaurant. ;-) read more

My son-in-law is a patriots fan (please don't hold that against me). He has a banner for the years that they have won. The original numbers were two colors, a collegiate outline font. I thought it would not be hard to find a monogram shop around here that could do that (for a reasonable price) but I was sorely mistaken. For the 2014 season win I called every place in town I could find and drove to a few before finding this small shop off of 281 and Thousand Oaks. They matched up The previous numbers perfectly. 2016 the same and when I went in yesterday for 2018 he even pulled up the numbers he had done previously in a matter of moments. He texted me previews so that I could approve the changes every time and was very affordable. Their door says they do alterations also. Jeung Glazier and her team were fantastic! She made 31 custom table runners, several men's neck and bow ties and designed three ladies dresses for a very special anniversary gala. She did all of this in less than three weeks! Everything was extremely reasonably priced and the custom attire was the hit of the party!
