It was an optic white and still crisp. When I took it out of the bag, the jacket now look gray and it was wrinkled to the point it looked like I had shoved it somewhere for months. The picture attached still shows wrinkles after I steamed for an hour. My new jacket is dingy and wrinkled.

Today a friend went in to pick up and was told only 2 of 3 items there and it would be $45 to pick up! She left without paying, thankfully. They never apologized, only gave me excuses. The owner Tami Hutchinson returned one of my calls to offer me a refund of the cleaning fee on that dress, and asked that I drive into Boerne to pick it up. I tried to call her back several times afterwards with a few follow up questions. She never returned my calls. I don't recommend them, nor will I ever use them again.
