Staff was friendly and professional, turnaround time was fast and prices are good. However, this company was highly recommended by our company marketing manager, and after 4 attempts to get it right - even after they discounted the price by 50%, they were still unable to come through! This was a just a business card and timing was critical! A week and a half later, I left empty handed, a full refund, however, totally behind schedule! Amazing! I needed printing services ASAP and found them by chance. Luckily came in on their FIRST Saturday being open. The super friendly lady helping at the front put my order through no problem, helped me figure out details, and had everything printed in MINUTES! The prices here were also much better than Office Depot or fedex!! The store is super clean and I was shocked to see all the custom print services they offer. The team seemed to work very well together and I even heard the owner thanking the entire team for helping to start working saturdays. Also their location moved from stone oak and not all online sites are updated (not their fault) but worth mentioning to customers when they call. I am so happy I found this place, I had just done a search for local printing as chains like Office Max and Walgreens were giving me such a hard time, and found this place 5 minutes away from me! I created my own save the date cards and could not get any place to just print me a sample. They wanted me to place an order for 100+ invitations with no idea how they would look! Not only did Sundance print me several samples, they were extremely helpful, kind, and PATIENT with my order and inquiries. They helped me readjust my image settings and answered all my questions. Once I was able to view my sample, I placed my order and they had them done THE NEXT DAY! I couldn't believe it, I was getting 3-5 days at the minimum most other places. I had a project I was working on very last min before the holidays and I reached out on here for the possibility of 6 large prints on a very specific type of thick paper and not only were they super fast messaging me back but they answered all my questions and were super accommodating! They had EXACTLY what I was wanting to get done at VERY affordable prices. Other local areas were going to charge me $40+ and with them it was only $18 and incredible quality, the colors were so vibrant and crisp it was better than I was even expecting! I had the most pleasant experience with a printing company, Sundance. I sent an email asking for a quote at 7:05 AM. They open at 9AM. At 9:15AM I got the answer with the quote. I called and said that I wanted the birthday invitations printed. Meera told me that they would be ready the same day. I had a doctor's appointment right down the street at 2PM and Meera said drop by after the dr appointment and the invitations would be ready. What service! Not too many business like that around today. I picked up the invitations for my 80th birthday party and Meera was very pleasant and even wished my a happy birthday. I make it my personal policy to never recommend a person, business, or product, I am making an exception to that policy and recommending Sundance. read more

Do you need to print a personal or business project? I cannot recommend The Copy Center enough. To think I almost went to OfficeDepot or Kinkos due to my timeline. I had a rush job to print RSVP cards to go with wedding invites and they turned it around in just a couple hours - including some time to adjust colors in Photoshop so it would print better on the paper they helped me choose to match. Malissa & Tony are so helpful & fun to talk with, and they care as much as you do about the finished product being just right. I'll be back soon to print programs & will be spreading the word in the meantime! Great prices with a personal touch. read more
