They installed a exhaust on my car which was uneven and burnt my diffuser because it was installed so close to it They installed a custom taillight which started going out within hours of installation. They installed a custom steering wheel for me which disabled my auto steer and heat option on my car ( didn't not tell me about before installing it) I took the car back to them to see if they can fix the light and steering wheel but unfortunately not only they didn't fix anything when I got the car back and drove it off the lot the steering wheel makes a loud noise each time you lane departure without a indicator I contacted them about it and they won't take responsibility They gave me a option to bring my car back to them AGAIN but I live in Dallas and after messing up twice I don't trust them and driving 400 miles just for them to do a shi** quality of work I'm good ‍. read more

Nic and his crew are very nice people, but that's where the 5-Star ends. Wrap Your Ride (aka: WYR) is not even a registered business name in Bexar County, does not have a website, is apparently not registered with the Texas Comptroller other than under the business name of McFall Motorsports, Inc (aka: McFall Motors) under Nicholas' father's name Gaylon Dwain McFall, an oil businessman in Odessa TX. Now it makes sense as to why my caller ID showed Gaylon McFall, because Dad apparently pays Nic's cell phone bills too! Anyways, Nic was very inspirational that his crew could do ANYTHING wrap related. He apparently wraps super exotic cars etc... However, when he suggested to hydro dip carbon fiber my WRX hood scoop for $650 (I almost chocked) I knew he was lunatic, because I can get a REAL carbon fiber hood scoop from SEIBON for $357. TASK 1: I asked to get the roof (57" x 44") of my 2017 WRX (brand new) wrapped with my own roll of 6D carbon fiber wrap 60" x 72" for $350. The corners are not fully wrapped (because he says there wasn't enough film... 15" in extra length and 16" in extra width is not enough...?) so you can see the OEM paint at every corner. Managed to melt the OEM paint of the sharkfin antenna (with a heat gun) and apparently destroyed the sharkfin gasket and Jerry-rigged a gasket, NOT OEM. I ended up with a sharkfin without proper sealant lifted 1/16" above the roof line! The headliner fasteners are scratched and were clearly not removed with the appropriate tool. BTW: I saw a YouTube video of a guy wrapping his WRX roof for the FIRST TIME and had ZERO/NO issues removing his sharkfin antenna. So a novice can do better than his employees...! SAD #1 = $350 + $100 rental + $300 new antenna installed. TASK 2: I came back for more! Wrap the 2017 WRX with a mid-section design front to rear. First half looked good, but second half was clearly rushed. Managed to nick the fender body OEM paint with the X-Acto knife (he denied it!) right on the edge with the wrap (mmm... coincidence). Then he didn't remove the weather strip trims at the windows like he said he would so the OEM paint can be seen at the edge of the weather strips. Then there was a patchwork done on the C-pillar by the trunk. Then the design is not matching correctly from the right side with the left side. Then during THAT installation managed to go through the sunroof (I suspect) to apply the wrap and must have leaned heavily on the roof denting the roof on 2 places ($175 paintless dent repair)! SAD #2 = $1000 + $100 rental + $175 dent repair + future redo cost. He did replace a roof rail clip that was damaged ($2); luckily I noticed the unsecured part. He had also promised to wrap the grille front fascia, but since he over-promises and under-delivers that never happened. So Wrap Your Ride (WYR) is NOT a professional wrap shop, but clearly based on the REAL business name "McFall Motors" (Motorsports) a car sales broker with an option to loosely wrap your vehicle quality differs based on the complexity of the vehicle. Subarus get wrapped a million times over for Rallys and are NOT complicated to wrap (straight vertical and horizontal lines). If you can't wrap a Subaru you definitely can't wrap a Ferrari, Lambo or McLaren. Further, I never received a receipt even when I requested it. In the end, I spent over $2000 for a wrap job that caused me more headaches and heartaches and got stonewalled by a kid (not me, not us, didn't do it...sorry...!). Consumer Recommendation: If you are looking for an appropriate responsible professional vinyl wrap shop look elsewhere. WYR is not capable to provide a basic wrap service without causing further damage (at owner's expense) and denying all claims even on a brand new car. And unable to provide a receipt (of fear to claim liability?). I think Nic means well and stands behind his employees (kuddo), I like that for the right reasons. I think his employees are well meaning and work hard, but I don't know that they are provided all the tools to do the job right. read more

Was pumped about getting my hood rewrapped on my Raptor. Price was a bit high, but I figured the quality of work would be worth it. Took off the hood vents myself so I could clean them up a bit. One less thing they had to do. Thought they would have reduced my bill, but no. Free labor for them. Got the hood wrapped and looked pretty good...except for the edges where the hood vents fit in. Brought the truck back home and installed the hood vents. Yep, the wrap didn't cover enough. Brought truck back and they stated they would fix it. Gave me an excuse about not knowing how much extra they needed to go. I hate it when someone makes excuses for their screw up. The vents were in the back seat and the owner had his Raptor parked out front. They could have taken 2 minutes to get a good visual of the area needed to cover. Not completely feeling the love when they had me take off the hood vents again. Keep in mind they probably were charging me for them to take the vents off in the first place. Instead of rewrapping and correctly fixing the issue they installed about a dozen separate pieces to cover the areas needed. Brought out the truck. Guess what, not all of the areas were covered...again. Installer came out to parking lot to finish the job. Just real shady and unprofessional. Was going to have my sons car fully wrapped. So i had wrap work done on my Jaguar at Wrap Your Ride ,also some paint work , the job is not satisfactory and they express no want to make it right.I was told by the owner that the paint work is not done in house and sent away for the other shop to warranty the issue , Best Automotive, they stated as per the owner there that this shop does all there paint and body work after my emblems and other paint work is going to complete shit i went to confront them . The owner Bill , he did not offer to repaint or repair the items or give money back he is saying that an employee that works for him did those for the other shop after hours and it does not concern him . I call bullshit ! He was in the process of polishing a car that looked amazing and i asked Y i didn't receive the same treatment he asked me to leave ! Shop does poor work and will not stand behind there paint work as it fails , i will escalate this quickly ! read more
