The team came in and got set up quickly. My truck was covered in road dirt from long trips north. They listened to my concerns and got to work. Note that a very good vehicle detail takes time; because it requires attention to detail. After spending an afternoon on my truck we did a walk down. There was not one thing that needed attention. It was as I had asked and done right the first time. The truck looked like new (60,000 miles). They even went so far as to reach inside the wheel wells above where the body attached to the wheel well liner and clean in there. This is important as that's where wheel well rust starts. Contracted detailing for small suv w/ mold issues due to water damage. Received a couple of quotes but this place could get me in on following day. Price was reasonable for my needs & request to remove seats to fully treat damp flooring and slight mold buildup w smell. I had messaged George (the owner) to see if he had availability before the new year to wash a vehicle of mine. Not only did he respond right away, but was available to detail my vehicle with a lot of flexibility the next day. His communication was outstanding and he had arrived when he said he would. When George and his team member, Ray, arrived to perform the task at hand, they had asked if there was anything in particular that I felt or noticed needed attention. This was pretty awesome of them to ask as it shows that they care about their customer's input. George also went out of his way to show the detailing setup within his own vehicle (looked very professional and organized). After ensuring that I voiced my requests and that we were on the same page, they went straight to work. My vehicle had looked flawless after they were done washing the exterior and cleaning the interior. I hadn't washed it in months, but it had looked better then brand new after their hard work and attention to detail. They had left the interior smelling pleasant and even left a paper mat on the driver's side to ensure no footprints or dirt made it onto the actual floor mat. Now that is pretty darn cool. I had bugs that were caked onto the front of the vehicle for a long time and it seems as if they were never there! The inside was also left smelling pleasant and like a brand new vehicle. It can be seen that they take a lot of pride in their work and place a lot of emphasis on their customers.
