When I arrived the windshield hadn't been ordered and they needed to look at the car to give me a quote. I said, 'What about the estimate I got on-line?' The response was, 'Oh, we don't honor those.' THEN WHY DO YOU OFFER THEM??? So they looked at the car and the estimate was about the same as the on-line estimate. Even though I was irritated that they had wasted half my day, I said, 'I'll need to make an appointment to get the work done.' I'm driving my wife's Sequoia and got home only for her to point out the damage to me. She was upset. I immediately got several quotes to get it fixed. Three outfits said they would have to replace the whole bumper; costing over $1,000. (No thanks) Then I got specific and looked up "plastic bumper repair.) Tah Dah! I got one quote for over $600 and then I got a reasonable quote from Chris for $450; results guaranteed. He scheduled me for the following day AND came out to my house to repair and paint the bumper. Look at the before and after pics. Amazing! I swear it looked like a new bumper. All of the dent and scratches - gone. Paint matched beautifully AND Chris touched up the other side of the bumper as well. Chris was prompt, kept me in the loop on his arrival time.
