I just recently purchased a monthly membership because I wanted something closer to my house. The first day of my membership went smooth. But the 2nd day is where it started going down. I showed up to wash my car and there was a long line. One of the workers came over to my car and informed me that the machine wasn't working. He said they were trying to fix it but he wasn't sure when it would be fixed. Needless to say I had to leave. The 3rd time I tried to wash my car but when I pulled up the reader couldn't read my license plate. I pushed the help button but nobody came to help. I continued to push the button but still nobody came to help. All the cars were in line and the machines couldn't read anyone's license plate. We all had to back out so we could leave because nobody came to help. As I was leaving one of the workers came out of the office and made it seem we were bothering him. I don't know his name but he told me on the first day that he was a trainer. I'm beginning to think I made a mistake switching to bubble bath. Because on top of all that when the wash is working it still misses some spots and doesn't completely dry my car. They really need to do something before more people start leaving read more

I love the new remodel at the bubble wash. It really helps with the heat shade is the best thing that they could've added. I love the upgrade. Edwin is really nice and he helped us with some towels and was really helping everyone. You can really tell that he loves his job, paying attention to people and making a difference. I asked my husband for two towels and he was like here's towels right here and he also saw another lady confused with the new remodel and helped her as well. Love this car wash! The prices are fair and offer many amenities with that purchase. Complimentary vacuums, carpet cleaner roller machine, and air for your tires are nice to have. No longer they offer towels to dry your vehicle for non-members, so I just carry my own so problem solved. The area is typically clean and free of trash as trash cans are everywhere. read more

I cannot even begin to try and recall or remember the last time I went to a car wash where you stay in the vehicle and you get pulled through by the machine. It was a great experience. It was fun for a 3-5min ride/show. The lights and the colors of the soap all made for a good time. But what really brought it all together was not the car wash, or the feeling of a cleaned car...it was the staff, more specifically "Maddie" she was super nice, polite and sweet. She also has cool flower tattoos. She helped us at the card reader she had on her protective gear: face mask, and gloves. She was also very knowledgeable about the certain selections there were to buy. read more

This car wash is one of the best I've been to. I subscribe to their monthly program and I have never had a problem. If you do have a problem, just show up in person and the employees will help you out and solve it. Their location on Fredericksburg Rd is the cleanest and accommodating car wash around. They always have clean rags for their customers to use. They always have someone at the entrance gates to help keep the line of cars moving. Their employees are friendly and accommodating! read more

My first time here and possibly my last. My husband and I came for a car wash and to vacuum our car and left with a mangled hubcap. We filed an incident report with the manager immediately and will wait to see what happens. I should note that the hubcap was brand new (less than 6 months old). I have a monthly unlimited wash pass here and could not be happier. My driver side rear view mirror snapped off a month ago during a wash and I didn't notice it until several hours after I got home. I went back, explaining to the staff what had happened. The manager came out to talk to me and offered to go through the video footage to determine when it happened. Then he looked at the mirror and said he had these two parts inside. He retrieved them and snapped them back on for me. read more

I have been coming to the Fredericksburg and Babcock location for over a year plus now and yesterday 8/2/2021 when I went to the Fredericksburg location not only was I very disappointed but rudely dismissed by the manager Manny. During the 3 min car wash I felt my steering wheel move while driving through the drive thur and then felt a jerk towards the end before the air dry. I knew something was wrong left away because this has happen before to my Tiguan but I had alloy rims so it didn't really bother me. I recently purchased Black rims from discount tire in June and was afraid to bring them after the first incident to my alloy rims. I have been coming with the new rims since June and everything was great until Friday 8/20 when the machine made a imprint on my front driver side rim and I know for a fact it wasn't me or was it there before I got here and it was not a curb check. When I brought this concern to ((Manny)) he quickly dismissed me and said he's been running this car wash for over 15 yrs and has never had a complaint and I can file a claim I agreed and then he turned around and said he didn't have the paper work and would need to return at 2 on 8/21 and speak with GM Robert, which I am because I am not letting this shit slide for a minute. This is the worse experience and may I add I've been paying for membership for over a year so it's not like their losing out if anything I am because I am a loyal customer.
