Have a 2012 991.1 Silver Porsche. Bought it in to remove old PPF and replace with new. The old PPF was deteriorating and I'm sure difficult to take off. The team at Concours was able to get it off and apply the new in a couple of days. Car really looked good. However, in a couple of days I noticed some lines on the hood. Took it back and they fix. I brought my 10 year old Mustang in to Concours for replacement tint all around (including my windshield!) and a full detail. When I arrived to pick up my car, she looked new! Ron really went above and beyond. There were more hail dents than we thought, and he removed them all! And did not charge me extra! They have a really awesome way of removing dents--I highly recommend going to their website to see it. So cool. They also managed to remove the smoke smell from the interior! I've been chain smoking in this car for 10 years; that is a truly remarkable feat and another way they went above and beyond. I did not even expect this! I've trusted Concours with all my cars over the past decade--three of mine, two for my wife--and have happily referred many friends and colleagues. Until recently, the service was exceptional, even when a mistake happened (a dropped tool on my car's hood); they owned it immediately and made it right. However, something has clearly changed (not sure if they have new staff, but the contacts I previously worked with were not available or there anymore). My recent experience was disappointing. They weren't prepared to meet the standards I had come to expect, resulting in wasted time in their shop and energy in researching to find another detailer to protect my new car. First, I after waiting a bit I couldn't pull up either an Uber or Lyft - presumably because of the short distance between the location and my campus. I could have walked but wasn't dressed for the hot weather to make it back to my office; and then again to pick up my car at the end of the day. I then asked about how long I could wait in their small lobby based on how long the job would take; at the time they were unsure when they could get someone ready to work on my car. I had a few other questions about the ceramic coverage (first time I had tried a ceramic coating over the PPF) but I only received somewhat vague responses. I had previously never had an issue with them picking up/dropping off for previous services over the years. While not unreasonable not to offer such a service (although plenty of other detailers around the area I found provide this drop off), outlining the detailing process, timeline - including changes to how they handled all of my previous cars - would have been nice to have done upfront rather than waste a lot of my time. So it wasn't as easy as possible to make the appointment as highlighted below. While it's hard to recommend against a shop that once delivered so consistently, I strongly suggest getting every detail confirmed upfront if you plan to use them now. read more

They aren't the cheapest around, but luckily my insurance was paying. I realized the price was worth it after they returned my car, as it was perfect. Found these guys on YouTube after someone broke into my f-150.. They had a great method to hopefully prevent future break-ins while repairing my truck. Great easy process, great communication and quick fix. Things look great, I will say the handle Fittament isn't PERFECT it is a little off which is a bummer but prob expected due to the damage to the truck before they got working on it, so im not even upset about it. This place is awesome! I had just gotten my car shipped from Honolulu and had some stuff on my car and I wasn't sure if it was going to come off, or if I would need a new paint job. Luckily, I spoke with them and they were able to inform me that it was something that they could get out with a detail. I was able to file a claim with the shipping company that transported my car and get a check to get my car detailed. I also went ahead and had them clean my headlights because they were so foggy/dirty that you couldn't really see through them anymore. The headlight restoration and the detail completely took me away. When I came to pick up my car, which they were able to get done within a day, my car looked brand new!!! BRAND NEW! I was like holy cow, the work that they did was AMAZING! I am so happy that I found these guys. They were awesome, with excellent customer service. They definitely took great care of my car and generally care about your interests and what you want to do. They let me know that my tint needed to be redone, which I hadn't noticed until I started looking at the tint in my car. It's been almost 5-10 years for my car, so I could see it was coming off/getting warped.... I spilled my smoothie on the passenger's seat and it left a horrendous stain. Concour's came to the rescue and cleaned it all up! THE GOOD: - Top notch customer service! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. - $25 to remove a bad smoothie stain was reasonable. They did a fantastic job. - They offer Netflix while you wait. Luckily, I was the only one there so I got to choose what I wanted to watch. (I caught up on Narcos) - Very clean facility and they provide water while you wait. THE BAD: - It's been awhile since I had a car wash so I decided to get it cleaned. The hand wash was a hefty price of $80. Unfortunately, it was definitely not worth that much. They missed several spots (interior and exterior), and it looked like they didn't clean the side view mirror at all. I didn't notice all of these things until I got home. If you want a good hand wash on your car, I wouldn't recommend Concours. I really wanted to give this place 3.5 stars but I'll give them that extra one for exceptional customer service. read more

If you are looking for competent auto detailing at a fair price, this is the place to go. The service is friendly and informative -- they don't talk down to you, and answer any question you may have with as much detail as you want. Yesterday I took my beloved 2007 Prius in for her first makeover, and she came back looking young and gorgeous. And, to add to my happiness, they have a "new client special" that saved me $100 -- and they told me if I have any "wicking" of stains on the upholstery this week, to bring her in and they'll deal with them in under 1/2 hour. I'm impressed. One more comment - they may not be the cheapest deal in town, but I'm willing to say you're not going to find a better one. FOLLOW UP - one tiny area (where my passenger arm rests, bare skin, hot weather, yukky stains -- was not as clean as I had hoped. Like some of the other reviews state, Cocours is great at explaining their work. They do superior work, guarantee it and will fix any issue you have with your vehicle. They installed a clear bra for me, and asked me to bring it by in 3-4 days to make sure everything went well. I thought it had; they detected an issue I didn't even know existed. They repaired it and I went on my way. If it had been up to me, I wouldn't have even brought it in. I couldn't even tell there was an issue, yet they did the work anyway. One last comment, they showed me an example of one item I'd like installed, and I sat in the car. I didn't even notice the item; I noticed the car was several years old and it smelled like mine. Except my truck is less than two months old. They had cleaned that vehicle to a degree I didn't know could be done. The next time I need work done, I will go there ... and yes, I want that item installed. read more

I couldn't tell if my car was dented before. They really take care of customers. They never turn away from you no matter how busy they are, especially owner Ron. The dealer told me they couldn't get it off and the only option is to replace the leather. I am extremely picky about my car and am very pleased to find a detail shop I can fully trust. We purchased my 2008 Acura MDX Tech with 20,000 from our local San Antonio Acura Dealer online in 2010 from Germany. When we took delivery of our vehicle, we noted that the clear coat had significant machine buffer burns over the vehicle, but the dealer refused to acknowledge the vehicle had any damage. In the summer of 2013 I took the vehicle to Concours for a two stage paint correction and while I was satisfied with the work at the time, two months later I noted that both C Pillars and right front doors still had swirling and unleveled paint. I did not contact Concours, but was unhappy with the result. Fast forward January 2016 I commented about my concerns on Facebook and was IMMEDIATELY contacted by Ron (one of the Co-Owners of Concours) who offered to fix the C Pillar and right doors for free. I came to the shop and both owners gave me a tour of the shop and took my vehicle. 2 Days later I picked up my vehicle and was surprised to find that they did a two stage polish on the ENTIRE vehicle and applied two coats of sealant. My 8 year old MDX with over 100,000 mile looks brand new. All the swirls were removed, the paint was perfectly level and the even restored all the exterior plastic trim. As a car enthusiast, a hobby classic car restorer and a generally picky guy I am absolutely floored with the quality of work, Concours exceeded my expectations. In a previous encounter with Concours, they did a PDR repair on my perfect and lovingly cared for 2007 Acura TL Type S. I was very satisfied with that repair. The staff at Concours are Car Guys and do exceptional work, plus they stand behind the work the do. I HIGHLY recommend Concours for all types of Detail work. I am planning to bring both my vehicles back for detail, wrap and tint work in the coming year. And when we finally get new vehicles, I will definitely use Concours for paint protection. I brought my car here for paintless dent repair and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! After an initial hiccup with my rental car reservation, the shop made sure I not only had a ride to the nearby Enterprise but also took it upon themselves to request an extension for me when they realized the repairs would take longer than initially anticipated. They kept me in the loop constantly via phone and email and took special care to ensure my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and spotless...a lot cleaner than when I brought it in! Finally, they went out of their way to offer me the option of lowering my deductible by foregoing a few unnecessary repairs that weren't even noticeable in the first place. These guys did a fantastic job on my hail damage. Virtually every panel was damaged-some in places I didn't think would be accessible for PDR (note: they don't do paint) . First, they got my insurer out to adjust (double) the estimate because the insurer's expert estimating crew had missed half the damage. They then quickly did the repairs, plus a detail.
