Reynell set us up with our unit. Y'all!! She is just about the sweetest and MOST helpful person I think I've ever dealt with in Buda. She answered all our questions with confidence and made sure they were all answered properly. The pricing is comparible to other storage places near by but they have some extras that will make you wanna go with Morningstar. Right now they're running a special for $1 the first month you're there. If you come at the end of the month they will prorate that one and give you the 2nd month for the dollar. What a great deal. That's ultimately what made up my husbands mind. The business itself is very clean and tidy. Our unit was immaculate before we put our stuff in. No dirt or dust to speak of. Its nice and bright so you can see what your doing and since they're open 24 hours a day, that definitely helps. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business here.

Forced to move all contents from storage unit to another unit on the property with no compensation for time or labor and then given three days to vacate after moving.

I understand Burnet storage is not responsible for theft but today I picked up my boat and found the hitch bent, jack broken off, and wiring harness cut to pieces like it was mowed. Unfortunately the small boat next to mine had the same fate. Even if the prices for a spot were reasonable the cost for theft and damages is not. The only reason we left was because the property sold and it was no longer going to be a storage facility. Bergstrom Storage doesn't care. The staff has always been personable and professional and was especially so last week. We were removing a rug from one unit and it had definitely seen better days. Nathan, the manager, provided me with garbage bags and offered to dispose of the rug. He also inspected the unit for evidence of creatures....there was none. Amazing customer service!
