My unit is in a HORRIBLE side of town with a LITERAL crack house next door but the rate increases happen every 5 to six months. I went from paying $55 (insurance included) and now pay $71 because they brought my rate down slightly with hardships, but next Nov it will be over $120 for a 6x10 in an awful area. Be sure you don't plan on keeping your things longterm because they screw you.

The owners need to create a better look; a lot of beautiful trees were torn down to build this place, and the lack of thoughtful landscaping makes the place not fit well with the surrounding areas. I went during my appointment time to pick up my truck and didn't get it until 15 min after my time started. I had to ask about the details considering the gentleman there never explained , I had to ask! If you're here for your first time, the minimum is 100 miles and you'll be charged 100$ as a "down payment " . I drove 30 miles and ended up paying 65$ (with a cargo van)..... needless to say NEVER using ts again‍ 0/10 for communication 0/10 for fast service and 0/10 for having no organization. The guy was dropping the keys as he was looking for my rental and even with his fanny pack everything was jumbled. I'm leaving this review here as proof of my unorganized and unsatisfactory experience because in 2026 ts should NOT be like this. Upgrade your computers too, like why did I have to scan my ID and put in my info TWICE. "Yeah sometimes our systems don't take the first time" like SO WHERE DID MY INFO GO?? Why does it say my name and my reservation time when you're in my face telling me you can't find my reservation...... at least turn the computer.... Also, this company is ANTI-UNION. Having a display in your workers area (break room area) as an expressive Anti-union is actually pretty funny. U-Haul, please for the love of god do better :)

(It was after hours, but the owner was there.) Most of my belongings were in the camper van that crashed, and the EZ Tow staff was super helpful. Katie, Andrew (the owner), Marissa, Warren . . . . Everybody I came in contact with could not have been kinder or more helpful.

My son was in a collision New Year's Eve and the Austin Police Department didn't wanna wait for my…read moretowing company which was free because I pay for it so they called these wreck chasers and they didn't ask my son anything where we wanted it towed nothing they just towed it all the way to slaughter well when I go to pay for the stupid storage and the towing that I should've never had to pay for it because I have free towing however my towing company wouldn't pick it up from inside their tow yard so I paid this place an additional hundred dollars to pull it out to the street and drop it and here's how they did it caused even more damage. The driver's name was Andy he was a complete douche bag and this is how my vehicle was treated after I paid them and then even paid them $100 just to pull it out on the street I wish I could give no stars and I will be talking to whoever's in charge of this little arrangement at the Austin Police Department and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of license and registration against easy towing and Denver towing because they're one in the same they're owned by the same people and the same location doing the same shady crap
