This place is rude. They didn't let my partner pick a day to come in. They said you need come in tomorrow at 8 am. We came in say it will take an hour. We ended up be there ALL DAY LONG. They didn't change the oil turns out they didn't full it all the way. Don't come here!!! read more

I brought my vehicle in last weekend because it was driving weird. I spoke with JOE who told me I was in need of a part that they had in stock & would be charged for labor + part. Totally normal, so I thought. I let them do the work Friday & today went to get an oil change at a shop closer to my house. Who told me that the part should've been $80 + labor. I should've left spending no more than $150 at the MOST. I left AAA with a $600 bill all because i don't know enough about cars. Joe saw a vulnerable person stressed and in need of help and decided to take advantage of them right before the holidays. I don't make a lot of money and that could have gone to my kids Christmas gifts this year. But hey, at least my car is fixed right? Do not come here unless your car breaks down right in front of this shop. Even then, get it towed and elsewhere. Joe took advantage of me and there is nothing I can do about it. New AAA office and repair station now in Gilbert. This review is for the office. I have been there twice now. There is a greeter at the door who logs you in and then you sit in a cold-and-sterile-feeling waiting room, watching the screens repeatedly display that they have six different groups of employees there to support you. And while I was the only person waiting, it still took about 5 minutes before I saw another person. Once I was called, they handled my issue quickly, with friendly professionalism. Summary: good friendly AAA professionals working in a sterile and cold feeling environment. I will drive the extra miles to go to the old AAA office on Ray next time. read more

Took my vehicle in for an oil change a few days ago and it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. Turns out they didn't properly tighten the oil filter. I've had a couple of other bad experiences at this repair shop as well. Be wary of auto repair shops that offer coupons; my experience has been that coupons are used to lure people into what is otherwise a sub-par business. From now on I'll be taking my own advice!! read more

I had my car towed by AAA to this AAA repair shop. I waited for over 2 weeks and never received an estimate on a new engine for my car. I called repeatedly and was told "we are working on getting an estimate. We are very busy." They insisted my engine had over heated and cracked my block. After two weeks with no estimates or solutions from AAA, we then had AAA tow my car to a new repair shop in Tempe. They said my engine was fine it was the thermometer that was broken. My car was repaired in less than 24 hours for under $200. read more

Worst experience ever. My daughter has a membership that her grandmother purchased for her as a past Christmas gift and when her car had issues, AAA was called and her car was towed to this shop. It turned out to be her transmission. They "rebuilt" it and the whole process going forward turned into a nightmare for my daughter and her car. There are too many other issues to go into detail about in this review. My husband sent AAA a very long email letting them know all of the issues she had and that the $4000.00 that was spent was definitely not worth it. Of course no one has contacted him or sent him an email in return. Her car is still not running like it should even though AAA insists there are no issues. We just want our daughter to have a safe and reliable car so she can get to school and work and we feel AAA did not feel the same. Very disappointing. If you want your car repaired correctly and in a timely manner and don't want to feel like you are not worth their time then DO NOT take your car to this place. We highly DO NOT recommend. read more

I have had a membership with the company since i e been driving and they are always so helpful! I came in to this location today for a replacement battery, they made a super quick swap and I was on my way! Took my car in for two new tires. Not only stripped my lug nut covers but stole my spare locking device, moved my sunshade out of place and now have 80 miles added to my speedometer. Can't wait to report this to corporate. Do NOT take your car here for service. Oh and they stole my bag for my jack and tools. The worst experience ever.
