today was the first time my sister and I went to this place because so many people said great things about it. However I will never ever go there again. I had an appointment at 4:30 for nails and toes for the both of us the person who did my nails didn't begin until about 5:30 my sisters toes were started until about 6. The guy who did my nails ruined my toes, cut them to the point where I barely have a nail, left them crooked, and failed miserably at polishing them. When I asked the person to fix his mistake he ignored me Which caused people to chime in. Someone finally attempted to fix them and still did a horrible job. I could have done better myself. My big toe was cut twice As well. The person who did my sisters toes painted over her skin & never once filed them down & left her broken toes broken. Both of our nails are razor sharp as well. Do not ever waste your hard earned money in this establishment. My daughter treated me to a manicure and pedicure for Mother's Day. She spent $85; 52 for the deluxe gel pedicure and 32 for my gel manicure. I had to ask the technician and indicate to him that he wasn't doing my pedicure as to what it said i was supposed to have for my money. I had to return the very next day for them to fix the manicure because the gel was coming off and some nails were longer than others. And then a week after my pedicure the gel was coming off of my feet and there was so much dead skin still on my heels and all over the bottom of my feet. I called and asked that they either refund the money or to please do what I paid them for. Well, let me tell you....they treated me with such disrespect when I went in there and said that the reason I have dead skin still left on my feet in something that is within my body type and refused to fix the problem. They also said my gel was wearing off because I wear sandals too much! I haven't had a sandal on since last summer except for today. The technician embarrassed me raising her voice I could barely get a word in and said it wasn't her problem. Never in all my years have I had someone belittle me very loudly in an establishment when all I wanted was them to fix a very poorly done job. My daughter spends hundreds of dollars in this place and refuses to step foot in there ever again ! If you want someone to steal your money and treat you like a piece of garbage, this is the perfect place to go. read more

I really enjoyed this nail salon. It's one of the better one's that I've been to in the Pittsburgh region. I was able to walk-in on a saturday for a full set. Nobody pushed me to get gel color, and I've found some salons get really pushy. A full set was only $25 before tip. I got traditional polish, THe acrylics were put on well, I'm a two weeks and I'm ready for a fill, but they're not peeling or coming off. The only downsides were polish was put on so-so, and the technician seemed very distracted, he never said a word to me. Overall I'll be back if nothing else for the cleanliness, and the price. I'd recommend to a friend. Next time I'll probably splurge for gel polish just because I find it goes on better regardless of the tech. read more

I won't go back here because they didn't have enough ppl working. I had an appointment at noon and wasn't seen till 12:45. That's annoying. Then I just wanted a very basic, short nail and the lady was annoyed at me the whole time. Didn't like when I would tell her what I wanted. Then the end result was mediocre for a $40 job. I gave her tip, but she was mad I didn't have cash tip when it's my first time there. Mediocre. Staff was not engaging, didn't seem very friendly, the salon itself looked like it needed a good cleaning. I got a pedicure and the polish looks fine, but I'm worried that I'll get an ingrown nail with how much the nail tech was digging around when trimming my nails. I would definitely try somewhere else next time, but this place is ok if you're in a pinch. read more

i went to 3D nails spa for the first time yesterday with my friend, and we were both getting fill ins with gel polish. on their website and on their menu in the spa, they're listed at $25. however, i got charged $25, and my friend got charged $30 for the same service! when she asked the guy who worked on her why, all he said was that the prices listed were incorrect. $30 is still cheap for a gel fill in, but she felt like she got scammed. all in all, my nails (and my friends) looked great after we left, but they need to update their price list! also, both my friend and i picked out gel polishes that looked NOTHING like their respective swatches when painted on. we both confirmed that they were the correct bottles, but they looked so different. be wary of that! read more

They do such a great job of pushing your cuticles back and painting the whole nail without getting any on the skin. My manicures last a solid two weeks and rarely start peeling. The first time, I got acrylics and it was a very rushed job due to a miscommunication by the bridal party I was with--figured was an honest mistake. Second visit I requested gel nails with tips. What I got was acrylics with a gel topcoat. Considering this was my first gel manicure, I didn't really question it until it was too late. I had the WORST pedicure I think I have ever had! With an appointment, I still had to wait 30 minutes before it started. She was very rough, didn't do a good job at all with roughness on my heels, didn't do a leg massage, was clearly in a hurry and didn't do the pedicure I chose from the menu she showed me. The more annoying part was that she only painted 9 of my toenails - one little toe was not done. I realized this after I got home and went back this morning to have it painted. The person I dealt with today was rude, upset that I didn't know the color number that was on my toes, told me if my heels were still rough I should have chosen a different pedicure from the menu, didn't apologize and made me wait 20 minutes to finally paint my toe. Another customer was able to find the color I had used for me while I was also looking. I have gone to this nail salon for 1.5 years but will be finding a new one after this experience. I would not recommend them any longer and this woman in particular! read more

I went in for a gel manicure and was taken by the woman at the back right corner station of the salon. Her only form of communication with me was grunting and she painted all the skin around my nails which then started peeling within the next 1-2 days. Perhaps if a patron got one of the other nail techs he/she would have a much better experience, but for me it was a waste of money. $27 was the price for the gel manicure. read more
