Nails chip by end of day! I like this salon for powder and gels, but I rarely get them due to how my nails react after removal. When I get a regular mani here, by the end of the day one nail is already chipped!! When I do it at home I can get at least 5 days before a chip, w polish I get at the grocery store. They need to fix whatever they're doing, or not doing that's causing this issue. read more

I just moved to the area and Luxe Nails was recommended to me. It's located very conveniently off of route 228 in Cranberry/Seven Fields area. I was so lucky to get Kim to be my nail tech this time. She was so sweet, friendly, and gentle. Since we moved, I haven't been able to get my nails done in a while and had a few broken ones that were very low and sore. She was very careful and took time to make sure she was gentle. No pain at all! I appreciate her gentle and kind personality so much! The salon is clean and cute! They had a large selection of colors to choose from as well. read more

This was my first time at Luxe Nails, and it was a treat. While we were getting pedicures, the techs offered us champagne or wine. They took their time with exfoliation and were patient as we debated colors. The manicure's result was exactly as I pictured. There was a slight miscommunication on expectations but they fixed it immediately. I can't wait to get my next design! read more

A lot of additional costs. I got a pedicure and acrylic set manicure which turned out beautiful and all of the employees were nice. When getting my manicure, they didn't prep my cuticles or trim my nails which I thought was strange. And when I asked if she could make my nails shorter, she simply said "no." The bill included an unexpected amount of additional charges such as $5 to shape the nail, $15 for chrome, and the pedicure was priced as $30 but an up charge of $25 to paint them. The bill was a little more expensive than I'm used to. Overall, the nails turned out nice but you could get the same results for a cheaper price at other locations. read more

Pedicures are a rare "treat yo'self" situation for me. As much as I'd prefer to be a regular, it's not the cheapest indulgence out there. I booked a same day appointment and received a text stating to 'wait for confirmation,' and while that follow up text they were able to seat me immediately upon arrival. I went with the middle of the road pedicure offering and notably thought everything was sanitary and the chairs were very comfortable. The treatment was relaxing and as someone who deals with chronic ingrown toenails on my big toes I can tell you I left feeling great as my (minor) ingrown were all sorted! read more

Easily the worst paint job I've ever gotten and I've been to dozens of salons. Nails are not shaped even remotely similar to each other and I could definitely paint my nails better, and they already look grown out. Also one of the highest priced I've been to recently at $50 for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I probably should've walked back out when it was empty on a Sunday at noon. So bad I had to write a review and I don't even write reviews! read more

This is my second time having my nails done at this salon and once again I can say this is a fantastic nail salon with great service! Tom the owner is extremely welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of. Max and Johnny do a tremendous job with nail services and attention to detail. I'm pretty disappointed with the dip here. I made an appt for a Monday and by Saturday I already had 2 nails chip severely-- I work at a desk for a living so it's not like my nails go through anything to cause chips! It was purely the quality! $48 for ~5 days of dip is not great. The staff was kind though! read more

The staff here is amazing, far more engaging and accommodating than any of the other salons. I've been to in the area. They take great care of you and their work better than any salon in the area. Love Love this beautiful salon! The attention to detail is impeccable. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is super clean, organized and sanitized. I've been searching for a nail salon to visit while I'm on home time with my family, as pedicures are a family affair with my mother and teenage sons. (My sons enjoy pedicures, they see the benefit of good foot care.) I searched around and could not find a single bad review. And I know why. We called for an appointment, expecting sometime next week. Luckily, we got in the same day! We arrived to a beautifully decorated, clean, clean, clean, open shop with nail tables on one side a full wall of pedicure chairs on the other. They had chairs ready and waiting for us. The services available are very affordable. The menus are elegant, as if in a 5 star restaurant. And there are tons of colors available, nothing old or separated or dirty or dusty like so many shops in the area. And there was no fussing that we preferred gel color or sparkles. So many places do not want to give us these options. (Mom and I do prefer gel colors, just lasts longer and looks nicer. ) All of the tools for each of us were opened from a sterilization pouch, the towels were changed numerous times. My one son has severely dry feet, and there was no snide remarks, or fussing or refusal to treat him. Which was greatly appreciated. We did have to wait for each of us to have our service, but Cindy did an amazing job. It really was the best experience we've had in years. And do to my job, i visit pedicure salons across the country, and this truly has been the best pedicure I've had. We left feeling like family, we got to know Tam and Cindy and cannot wait to go back. Came in for a gel mani and pedi on natural nails. Paint job on nails is awful quality with lots of wonky edges and my cuticles aren't even cut all the way back. Paint isn't to the edge or the back of my nails. Nail shape is horrendous. Got basic French tips on pedicure and one foot has way skinnier white lines than the other foot. The lady didn't even look to compare my two feet. Won't ever come back. Way overpriced for the terrible quality. read more

I went to this salon today with my family...It was so amazing! We were treated so well and our pedicures were the best I have had! This salon is spotless and we felt like we were so important, the services were not rushed and I felt like I was pampered....I loved it!! Myself and my family will definitely go back! I can't say enough about this wonderful salon and the people there. It is definitely worth going!!! Truly the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon. I had an appointment for 3:15 didn't get sat until almost 3:40 which was no big deal...once I was sat a women started doing my nails she was very kind!! 2 other ladies came in to get a pedicure and once they came in the original lady stopped doing my nails and started to do their pedicure which again was no big deal to me (thought someone was training or she was the only one who knew how to do it?) then a gentleman came over (who I believe was the manager) and started doing the color. As he was painting my nails he told the girls getting a pedicure that they wanted gel the one girl said no just standard polish...when the lady who was doing their pedicures came over he told her that they wanted gel the girl once again said no just standard polish and seemed uncomfortable. (Felt like he was trying to charge them for something they didn't want) but it gets worse. As he was putting my top coat on he smudged one of my nails and again no big deal but after he reapplied the polish he went to do someone else's nails!!!! Just left me sitting there, he came back applied my top coat and said "wait for it to dry I will be back" after 15 minutes of him doing someone else's nails I just got up and asked to pay he said just give me one minute. I was there for 2 hours to get a standard manicure!!!! (No gel to cure or anything) needless to say it was extremely disappointing and I will not be back! Oh and I got them done 2 days ago and one has already chipped! read more

Love this place! Cranberry has needed some new salons for awhile now and this place doesn't disappoint. Extremely nice staff. Everything is new in the salon and no detail was spared--it was such a nice ambiance. The tools were all sanitized and individually packaged. My nails look great! I'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend Luxe Nails. I have been there from day one that they opened and have returned several times in the four months they have been open. They do very good work and are more reasonably priced compared to other local salons. They staff Is always friendly and helpful. It is very nicely decorated and clean. As of now it is easy to get in without an appointment, but who knows in the future as word gets out about this wonderful nail salon. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.

The website was extremely helpful; it explained the different services and what each consisted of. FINALLY!! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. When I got there, everyone was super friendly, even the other patrons. Kristina did my manicure. I explained as best I could what I was interested in trying. She explained what it was and answered my questions. That done, I showed her a picture of what I wanted to try: a French manicure with each finger a different neon. She was all for it, and we picked out the colors. She asked to see the pic again, and I showed her. I didn't even notice at the time, but later I realized she looked at the photo for like 30 seconds and copied it EXACTLY. The order of the colors on my hand is the same as the photo! I just thought she did it randomly and it totally didn't matter to me either way. What attention to detail!! I love the way they turned out!! Fast forward - I was unable to get back to the salon for a whopping FIVE weeks. And while the mani wasn't looking 100% at that point, it had only completely chipped off of one nail. This was 100% my fault for waiting so long, but I was impressed with how good they still looked, all things considered. I've been back twice since my first visit, and I'm sold. The ladies here are lovely, easy to chat with, and the manicure does not disappoint. Highly recommend this gem tucked away in Cranberry!!

I have been here 3 times and have had a great experience each time. The staff are super friendly and it's just a good vibe all around. The acrylic wasn't shaped or filed down correctly, all of my nails are lifting and cracking. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this experience just was not good.

The place was clean and professional, I haven't gotten my nails done in four years due to a past bad experience, this salon makes me wanna start getting my nails done again. I definitely will be back! also just to mention my sister did have a bad experience with the male nail tech who works here saying his nails were very dirty and he rushed her nails. If you go here I would avoid the male nail tech due to that experience she had.

I have never been disappointed with how my nails look when I leave Dojo's. I go in with a vague idea and Tom and Angie always help bring it together. Love them for that. The only reason I won't give them a 5 star is the inconsistencies with pricing. I went in yesterday for a full set, they are gorgeous, but they charged me $60. It says $25 on the board for a full set. I figured it would be a bit more because of the dip on the last two fingers, but where they got $60 I don't understand. Plus I have a pretty deep cut on my pinky finger from the nail file. I'm not one to complain though, they did me a service but I know now to always ask for a price before they start. A few days later i noticed some extra gel that wasn't filed well on the sides of a couple nails and also a couple nails were scuffing and the color wore off the one side. I came in on a whim for a gel pedicure. I was seen right away since the place was empty. It was a…read moreno-frills, dated salon and so I had low expectations. I should have trusted my instinct and walked out. There were no sanitary measures, the pedicure bath was dirty; I saw the clippings from the previous customer. I was about to leave but I figured I'd give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she'd clean the bay? Nope. It did not seem as though sanitation was a priority at all. It seems like all the tools are not sanitized, there was a UV sterilizer but it looked like it was for show. The tools she pulled were in her basket already and looked dirty. I was repulsed but committed. I figured she'd wash them, but no. Everything was going fine until... the nail tech pulled at my inner corners of the nail, claiming I had an ingrown nail. It hurt A LOT! She did not ask me if it was ok to work on it. She yanked at it & I'm worried as heck that I'm going to get an infection. I didn't say anything because it was too late. And, I felt like it would have been an awkward encounter after a previous awkward encounter when I asked to cut my toes shorter and she adamantly said no. I feel bad writing this, but, the business needs to hear this feedback. Toe infections are real, and sanitation measures need to be taken seriously. If working on an ingrown, disposable tools should be used. Both toes and they are throbbing now. She was not gentle when moving my feet, the massage was effortless. There were no prices posted, but the gel pedicure was $58. All in all, I would not recommend this nail salon. If I get an infection, I'll update this post but I'll spare you the pus. At the end, I did ask for her to spray my nails with alcohol & she was very confused and told me I didn't need that. Update: yes it's infected, and now have to go to the doctor.

I waited almost 40 minutes before he came over to me. I made an appointment for a reason--I have places to be. If they were running behind, a simple apology or update would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like my time wasn't valued at all. Because of the delay, I wasn't even able to receive the service I had scheduled an appointment for. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled, and I won't be returning.
