Today was my first time there...what a bad experience! Lady that took care of me was the one without customers, perhaps because she is the one nobody wants to go to. She is not customer service oriented and just because she speak little English it's not an excuse. I'm the lady from Florida where I'm treated with respect at Elegant Nails in Pompano Beach. I've tried this place a couple times because it's close to my work. I've liked how my gel manicure and pedicure turned out but I've had some issues with color and appointment availability. I called and asked if they could take a walk-in, they said yes and I came in within ten minutes and had to wait. I also wanted my nails a deep burgundy shade and they were out of both shades I selected so I ended up with a glitter version of the shade which I didn't necessarily want. I was surprised they didn't have a non glitter dark red option. read more

This shop is badly in need of routine cleaning. Every surface needs to be cleaned with either soap and water or a solvent, even the plants. They try to make customers to use cash, even have an ATM on premises, which I never use. I will not be back. read more

I went here because I was given a gift card. It's smaller than most other shops in the area, but it's very clean, the owner (Leigh Ann) was the friendliest nail tech I have ever had. I've tried so hard to like this shop. I stopped coming here after they did shoddy job after shoddy job. I decided to give them another chance and got a full set with a black ombré. It took one girl an hour to continuously fuck it up and file down my nail to the bone repeatedly. The other girl did a decent LOOKING job, however the nails were so thin they've ALL broken off and it's only been 5 days. They charged extra for the coffin shape, that's new. So $60, ($72 with tip) and THREE HOURS wasted. Super frustrating and disappointing. I will continue to go to Glamour Nails. read more

This place always doing an amazing job for me and my gf. They place is reasonable, if you come in and want fancy Nails with ombré and designs you're gonna have to pay for it when it takes someone three hours, so if you can't afford just get the basic stuff. And anytime our nails break they fix it for free. Most shop charge you for fix. If you get your nails done and go home and screw them up it's it really the shop responsibility. But they always take care of us. read more

I used to work in Cranberry and could go during my lunch hour - I have since moved jobs and live 25 mins away and continue to come because Kevin does a great job!! with my nails and especially my cuticles ... Very sloppy job and over priced. The man who did it took 1 1/2 hours to do a full set and turned out horrible. I was saying "ouch" way too many times and charged 35.00$ for a horrible job. I felt he was new or didn't have a license. My nails are almost flat with the amount of filling he did. I can't speak for the rest of the employees but the man who did mine was the one without the earrings. Too many bubbles in my nails. Not happy. read more

Friendly, but not a very clean salon. Once again, a nail salon with 80's decor. They used cuticle trimmers on me that didn't come from a sanitation jar, but came from a box. I wasn't sure if they cleaned it or not because when they completed my trimming she just threw it back in the box. Ladies of Cranberry is this what you deal with? The nail salon also had an extremely limited color selection...smh...is this what you all consider top notch? Take a look at the nail salons in Philadelphia/ Chestnut Hill and get back to me about what a top notch nail salon should look like, the services they offer, and colors available. read more

I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. I waited 45 minutes to get a pedicure after saying I wanted to pick a color on my toes to match the powder nails. When they got ready to paint my toes they asked what color I wanted and I said I wanted something I match to match the powder color. After getting a full pedicure besides the color. They then said they could no longer do the powder (Sns) nails. They told me to come back another day. I was getting them done for my engagement photos that day. I'm furious. I have had some OK experiences here, which is why I went back today. However , today's nail technician was rude and not at all customer friendly. I went there and asked them if there was a wait ( I was willing to come back later) upon which , I was asked to pick a color, which I did. I then seated myself at one of the available pedicure stations (noone to let me know which seat etc.). The lady came by (after about 10-15 mnts) and did a really shoddy job of a pedicure . When I asked her about whether some of the rough part on my feet could be cleaned , she said " 10 dollars more, and I don't have the time ! " The attitude was so unfriendly and rude! Never going back there again ! There are several better places in the neighborhood that I would rather do business with! read more

Used to be a great place when it was owned by Stephen. The new owners don't care about service or quality. The owner did my fill and my cuticles are still bleeding from where he drug the drill over them. Maybe he would have not scraped them if he had been watching what he was doing instead of constantly checking how his sports bets were going online. My daughter's $45 gel manicure peeled the next day since the nail tech had not used the curing machine correctly. She went back and asked for a redo and had to listen to herself being talked about while the redo was completed. There is a reason it's easy to get in to there now--no one wants to go back more than once. Avoid like the plague. read more

Never would I recommend this place. The man was SO RUDE! I needed ONE nail repaired and when he started ripping off ALL my nails I asked why and he began cursing and yelling saying my nails all had LIFTED... Only 1 mail needed repaired and I specifically had said I didn't want my nails taken off.... just filled.... This man is UNFIT AND UNRULY ... started screaming that i had complained earlier it was too hot ( which by the way there is NO air conditioning).. iv never experienced such insane, rude behavior by a business owner... id throw my $ over the bridge b4 ever going back... Why pay to be treated so poorly and rudely and to sit and sweat.... Clearly there is something mentally wrong with this individual... BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Going to contact the better business bureau, as well, as to his bizarre, erratic behavior.... also, there was a very strong odor of Marijuana in the place.. crazy... crazy.... crazy man!!!! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. I will not go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and so much fun and the quality of your nails is great. I never have had any issues with them. I messed up one of my nails that night and they fixed it the next day without charge. Also a very clean salon. I've been to some gross ones that clearly need to clean but not Perfect Nails. I will continue to go here and would recommend it to anyone. read more

Had an absolutely great experience here for my first time at this salon. Easily the best and most reasonable one I've been to in cranberry. It's beautiful inside and the service was even better. They give a punch card which is AWESOME, and discount for groups of 6 or more for wedding parties etc. I will be returning for sure. read more

I went for a pedicure, with friends, and experience the worse pedicure and manicure of my life. I requested the type of service, but didn't get it. The manicurist was brutal! She cut my cuticals more then once and I am sure I'm going to have many hang nails in the future. I understood cuticals should not be purposely cut and boy were mine cut! She quickly gave me a manicure while I sat in the pedi chair and again nicked my cuticals. I should have checked if she was licensed, my fault. Don't go there!!!! I'm worried I'll get and infection, especially in my toes as a result of the outing!!!! read more

I went in for dip nails a while ago and the tech was not nice at all. Not sure what his name was because he didn't introduce himself. He kept chewing food loudly with his mouth open halfway through the appointment, right in front of my face. I told him I had just flown in and the salon at the airport wouldn't take off my previous dip manicure. He asked me if they were white and then went on about how white people are dumb, never mind the fact that I'm white and sitting right in front of him. Then when I told him I didn't want my cuticles cut, he repeatedly told me my nails would look ugly and that I should get them cut. I also noticed that the tools he used didn't look like they were cleaned at all; there was nail dust and clippings everywhere. The only positive was that the nails themselves turned out well, even though they were almost impossible to take off at home. read more

AMAZING! Went here to get a pedi/mani. Pedi/mani is $40. and they give a punch card! (score!) This place is VERY clean, lots of polish to choose from, nice upgraded and modern decor. They use sterlized tools, in the bags. I was seen right away there was no wait. You can add a tip to a a credit card. I saw Paula, I highly recommend her! She was very nice, friendly and gave me the best pedi/mani I've ever had. All the girls who work here seem very nice and happy, it was a good enviroment to be in. Highly recommend. read more

I walked in and everyone was really kind..got gel nails done and then went and got my pedicure, kind of backwards from when I normally get done but that's still fine. After my pedicure I had to sit and let my toes dry. As soon as I got up from the chair they told someone else sit in the chair I was sitting in with out cleaning it after me. That was just truly disgusting and I could not wait to get out of there. It is not okay to do something like that. I will never go back to this place again. The gel is already coming off a few nails and I had just gotten them done on Sunday and it is now Tuesday. It was a waste of money from my point of view. read more

But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.

I stumbled on Elle's Beauty Bar during my search and went to the website to see what I could find out. The website was extremely helpful; it explained the different services and what each consisted of. FINALLY!! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. When I got there, everyone was super friendly, even the other patrons. Kristina did my manicure. I explained as best I could what I was interested in trying. She explained what it was and answered my questions. That done, I showed her a picture of what I wanted to try: a French manicure with each finger a different neon. She was all for it, and we picked out the colors. She asked to see the pic again, and I showed her. I didn't even notice at the time, but later I realized she looked at the photo for like 30 seconds and copied it EXACTLY. The order of the colors on my hand is the same as the photo! I just thought she did it randomly and it totally didn't matter to me either way. What attention to detail!! I love the way they turned out!! Fast forward - I was unable to get back to the salon for a whopping FIVE weeks. And while the mani wasn't looking 100% at that point, it had only completely chipped off of one nail. This was 100% my fault for waiting so long, but I was impressed with how good they still looked, all things considered. I've been back twice since my first visit, and I'm sold. The ladies here are lovely, easy to chat with, and the manicure does not disappoint. Highly recommend this gem tucked away in Cranberry!!

The owner is a bully! Omg!!! Never in my life have I experienced such "service" from someone who needs a business in a competitive market with the amount of nail salons in our area! We followed our favorite nail technicians over to this salon and two times in a row that I have made this appointment, the owner himself, said I never requested! And from the grapevine, he does this a lot, more than likely to take their clients away from them. Well unfortunately it worked. He called me a liar and was getting defensive with his raised voice, which then proceeded to him yelling! My children were there witnessing his crazy and bizarre behavior so I got up and left and refused to support his business and how he treats his guests. Who the heck operates like this! Easily the best nail salon in cranberry. It does not matter which staff member you see (Kevin, Steven, Michelle) all of them are wonderful and do an amazing job. The reason for 5 stars is their wonderful customer service. My personal hell is over thinking after a nail appointment, trying to hype myself up to go back in and ask for a correction, and eventually just going to a different salon once I'm due for another pedicure. The automatic kindness when I came into the store will keep me a customer forever. I only had a smalll blank space on my pinky toe that needed to be filled in. Not only did they actively agree to redo any of the nails for free, with smiles and no hesitation (no asking to see the nails beforehand) BUT they also opened 30 minutes early just to make sure they could fix it ASAP and check for any other minor imperfections that could be corrected. And I promise, these were not fake smiles. They were genuinely understanding, not offended by me coming back and focused on my experience and accomodati my schedule. The owner very kindly coached the nail tech through the weirdness of my pinky toes, as it's hard to see where the nail stops. This was my first trip to this salon with new management, and instead of feeling like second priority to the many customers who were clearly regulars, I was welcomed and ENCOURAGED "to always come back any time I'm not 100% happy - they will fix it no problem".

One of the reasons for not a lot of stars is because they made us the same apt time but they never even got to my friend until I was almost completely done. I had even gotten my eyebrows waxed and she still wasn't done. The lady was very rough and aggressive when using the tool doing my toes, I jerked a few times but she never toned it down. She did the same with the pumice stone. The waxing/plucking was the same, very quick and aggressive. My friend said her pedicurist was good and she liked him. The next day I woke up with a huge blister on the bottom of my foot and an infection in both of my eyes. My toes and eyebrows look nice, but not worth all of this that followed! I will not go back.

I really enjoyed my time here. They did an amazing job on my nails and were so personable. i paid $65 for a full set of acrylic nails with some designs on them.
