I loved that they play food network shows instead of the news like a lot of salons I've been to. First of all, I walked in and the woman who checked me in was noticeably sick with a cold of some sort. She took my temp and took me to the back for my pedicure. I got the Milk and Honey, which was listed as $45. It smelled terrible. It said it came with callus treatment, but that was honestly 30 seconds of pumice that did nothing and left my feet scratchy. No file thing, no removing dead skin... nothing. There was no exfoliating, it was honestly just horrible. They barely filed my toes and they were all uneven. Another of the girls working, and a young child of theirs were also noticeably sick, coughing, snorting and blowing their nose the whole time. In the time of COVID, If you're as sick as they all were - STAY HOME. So the pedicure legit smelled awful, did not make my feet soft, and was not worth the final $50 that they charged me. Honestly, I just wanted to get out of there since they were all sick. I won't be going back. Really disappointed. read more

Came in for a spa pedicure as a walk in. They got me in quickly and did a fabulous job on my pedicure. I added the foot massage on which was wonderful as well. I am one who is very loyal to the places I patronize. My last nail technician for the last 7 years moved out of state. My first experience with this salon started off very nice. Daniel was very detailed with my pedicure and nice to talk to. Then his regular customer came in early and he got up without an explanation and Jenny took over to complete the upgraded pedicure. Then I got Kevin, who seemed very irritated, doing my fingernails. He was very impersonable and he was being very stern shaking my hand to "relax because his thumb hurt and that I was not being careful enough putting my hands under the dryer and scolded me about a hangnail scab on my thumb" and I felt like I was being yelled at the whole time. They did not have the color I chose and quickly showed me one that was comparable...NOT! It was a cheap neon color and not what I wanted! When I spoke up, Kevin assured me that "all gels look like that at first and I would like it". I was there for at least 2 1/2 hours and just wanted to get out of there. Jenny walked around the very small studio waving the $100 tip. Kevin was loud and begging a customer to send her friend in because he needed to finish his basement and needed the money. I was outraged at the price they charged me. Kim did a very good job but they charged me 5 dollars each mail and I only needed two fixed. They then charged me 85 bucks for a pedicure. Without telling me how much was to be added on. No wonder there's no one there they cost far to much. Needless to say I will not be coming back! read more

I paid $73 for a pedi that SUCKED!! This Service has me fuming. The lady chipped my nail and if I didn't say anything she would have just let it stay chipped. She completely destroyed the shape of my toenails. It's like she never did a pedi before. The "massage" was literally her rubbing lotion into my calf. This was such a bad experience. Two stars for good service, I will say. My nail tech was super nice. I came in asking for a dip. Later on that day my nail started to chip. I called asking for it to be fixed bur unfortunately due to my line of work (I travel extensively) I couldnt come in. A couple days later, two nails started to chip. I don't know if its the type of powder they are using but this has never happened to me before. If you are getting a dip, I don't recommend it. read more

This nail salon is a hidden gem in Cranberry! Jenny and Ken were both amazing! My mom and I have gone to just about every nail salon in Cranberry/Wexford/Zelie and haven't been more satisfied than we were leaving today. Jenny did an amazing glitter ombré for me, and Ken did a beautiful gel manicure for my mom. They were funny, personable, detail oriented, offered many different designs, and accommodated our needs for scheduling. We will be returning! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the couple that runs it! I moved to Cranberry from Atlanta over a year ago and have desperately been searching for a regular nail tech. I have tried just about every nail salon in Cranberry and Wexford and am so happy to have finally found my regular spot! Ken is so incredibly detail oriented and gives the cleanest pedicure I have ever experienced. He pays extra special attention to ensuring all dead skin is removed and cuticles are trimmed and clean. My sets have been extremely smooth and even and when there was an issue with their dip topcoat product (not their fault) they rectified it immediately and I left feeling better than ever! I have read complaints about Ken's speed, but to me quality is worth waiting for. I have a very specific shape that I like to request (almond stiletto) and no one has done it as beautifully as he has because he cares to get things just right. Jenny does some gorgeous crystal designs and the two work well together as a team playing off of each others strengths and weaknesses. They are a sweet couple that truly cares about their customers and making sure you leave happy. read more

When I go to a nail salon for a pedicure, I'm looking to get my nails done well by a skilled operator in a clean well tended salon. I'm also looking to zone out & read, relax or just shut down during a bit of pampering. I liked several of the technicians here very much and got some very good pedicures for quite a while. When I began this review I fully intended to give them 2 stars, then I really started tapping into why I don't go here anymore..... It's like someone flipped a switch on this place. All of the sudden every time I walked in they started trying to upsell more services and if I said no thanks, they just kept pushing. It became impossible to tune it out. I get that sometimes after a long winter or a beach trip, feet get funky. If you have to work harder, I'll tip you well - I seriously don't need to pay an extra $10 for you to bring out a scary belt sander looking tool! I actually got talked into it once before I saw that creepy thing and it was full on heeby jeeby uncomfortable with no better results than the regular service. And I don't want to pay extra for a gel manicure so stop trying to sell me one! Then one day I ended up with the owner as my pedicurist. I'd certainly seen him before but had no personal experience with him. In the middle of my pedicure he ended up in a screaming match with another technician that was both in English and his native language so I got the gist of the conversation. It was extremely demeaning to the other person and made me ridiculously uncomfortable. I was more than a little terrified his anger management issues would transfer to my tootsies. I LOVE this salon. I really wish it was down the street from me, instead of actually being about 4 hours away. Having been an actually nail-technician myself, I'm extremely picky with the way my nails are taken care of. I'm always weary of trying different salons because I've always been left pretty unsatisfied, having always felt my services being rushed through, or having to actually understand what all the technicians are yelling back and forth about in their native language. I've even sat through an unknowing technician talking trash about me through a manicure. UGH. But I was so desperate for a pedicure, and I conveniently had time to kill while waiting for a friend to get off work, so I figured, why not? This place was so refreshing and I was all smiles, ear-to-ear from beginning to finish. It's a small space for the business, but clean, cozy, and very well-kept. The pedicure chairs are brand new, with built-in massagers. I use them from time to time, but it leaves me feeling beat-up sometimes, even though some people swear by them and find them quite the treat. It was a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Definite plus? You can add gratuity to your credit transaction. :) My pedicure was very thorough, my technician was very sweet, and took her time. I had ingrowns that were killing me, and she worked at it until the pain significantly subsided. The leg massage was amazing, and the polish job was very precise. The only downside to this nail-salon is that it is a bit small, and I didn't find too many technicians there that day, so it could take a bit of a wait, or an actual appointment for a service. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend it to others, and will be back when in town! read more

I've been here three times now. I really like Lisa and have gotten great pedicures and manicures all three times. I love that they still offer callous removal as my feet are often very much in need of some serious help. It is clean and the two technicians I've interacted with have been friendly. They don't have the best polish selection (no grey at all?) so if you have something specific in mind, you might want to bring it. Pricing is pretty reasonable, last visit a mani/pedi with callous removal was $50 total. Not horrible. I think it would be good if they would post their pricing or have a menu of services. And when did everyone stop allowing you to tip on a credit card? It's really inconvenient as I never carry cash. read more

The people were very nice but the work was sloppy. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, and my nails didn't last. Everything began to chip within 24 hours. When I went to my regular salon, it took the nail tech almost a half hour to soak and scrape all of the gel polish off of my nails. He said he has never seen that thick of polish on nails before. We kept being told just another minute, but 27 minutes later they were only able to take 2 of us back and the chair next to us for my other daughter had a customer who wasn't even painted yet... Horrible. Cringed the entire time. I had the owners husband as my tech. I needed an acrylic fill. SIMPLE RIGHT? I was there for 2 hours, that's without waiting at all because that was mid day and I was the only one there. I have gotten my nails done for the last 10 years, and this was atrocious. Constantly trying to upcharge me non stop. I would've been better off just not getting them done. Would have looked must nicer. Each nail is a different size. Each nail have huge craters in it. I am a super nice patient person, for this to put me to the edge you know it is bad! Never go here, go to Skyline Nails in Wexford, PA. Ask for Tanya. I have finally found a nail salon that I LOVE! After going to another salon where the technician was great but just took too long to do a fill let alone a full set, I was in search of a new go-to place. I wondered into Nail Studio II and was quickly greeted by the staff and immediately catered to. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes for a fill and a toe nail color change. And my nails look the best they ever have. Everything about this salon is professional and refreshing. Everyone is always smiling and talking to the customers. It is clean, cozy, and very well-kept. Came in for a pedicure with my mom. I've never ever been more rushed through a pedicure in my entire life. The man who was doing my mom's pedicure left a bunch of her old red polish on and proceeded to try to paint a light gold color over the red. I stopped him and pointed out there he left a lot of the old polish on. My nails look nice, but it wasn't relaxing at all. Just very very rushed. read more

I hurried in to Nail Studio II the day before my wedding after a TERRIBLE experience getting a gel manicure somewhere else. They took my right away and did my pedicure while I was soaking off the gel manicure. My nails had been filed so short, I couldnt even get a regular french manicure - I got acrylics, and they did an fantastic job on a set of pink & white acrylic nails for me! They had me in and out as quickly as possible because they knew I was in a hurry, but still took enough time to make sure my manicure and pedicure looked fantastic! I received SO many compliments on my nails and not only did they look amazing throughout the rehearsal and the wedding day, but they lasted for the next two weeks in Hawaii as well! I will definitely be returning to Nail Studio II. Dont waste your money going anywhere else! read more
