I've been going to Lucky Nails for years, and they are the absolute best. Cindy is a true artist and my nails always look perfect. Kevin is awesome too. A friendly, family owned shop. They often have one of their adorable Maine Coon cats roaming around, which is great because I love cats (although it would be a problem is you're allergic). Disappointed that the nail technician Cindy was on her phone for my entire appointment speaking Vietnamese. At one point she asked her husband for his phone and proceeded to make a call and was literally on two phones. I felt she was distracted and my nails were not the focus. This is an excellent nail salon. Cindy and Kevin are very personable and do great work. The prices are also very reasonable. It took me a long time to find a local nail salon that I actually like! I have been here 4 times now and each time has been great. They treat you like family and do great work. The only thing is, it's hard to make an appointment if you're looking for something last minute. You need to plan in advance to book something, so I always try to book out my next appointment before I leave. I get a pedicure each time and have gotten dip nails. Cindy does excellent work with nail designs and will help you pick your color if you're not sure what you want. Kevin takes great care in pedicures. There is only one option though if you're expecting stones or anything fancy. I'll continue coming here as long as they're open! read more

The experience at Lucky Nails outshines all other nail salons I've ever been to. I really appreciate that when you book an appointment, you are given the appointment at that time. Since they don't allow for walk-ins, it makes the experience so much better. Kevin was the best - super attentive and even gave me some advice on the shape of my nail. Such reasonable prices for the outstanding service they provide. I was a walk in appointment and I was very lucky that that the person did not show up for the scheduled appointment. Kevin was kind and let me know that appointments are a good idea since the shops gets busy. I am glad to see a shop that actually follows through with appointment times. Kevin did my pedicure and he did a really nice job. He took his time and he was hilarious to talk to through out the process. Kevin and Cindy's kids were sweet as well. I've driven past this place a zillion times and went in for the first time today. Cindy and Kevin have just gained a loyal customer. Cindy did a fantastic job on my nails. Both her and Kevin are very personable and attentive. Yes it is a small salon with just Cindy and Kevin performing all services, but they take their time and will remember you as a client. I tried Lucky Nails for the first time this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Kevin and Cindy are really nice and very professional and fair. Definitely make an appointment (I didn't see a walk-ins welcome sign), Kevin/Cindy are the only ones doing nails (while I was there anyway) and they told me appointments are necessary so they can take their time on the client in order to make sure everything is done right and the client doesn't feel rushed. I called on a Friday and was able to get in on Sunday. I had my previous dip done somewhere else and it was pretty thick so it took longer to get off but I never felt rushed by Kevin and I'm so pleased with my nails and was super happy with the price, I'll definitely be back! read more

Can't give a review on service but I should mention they do not take walk-ins despite the "Walk-Ins Welcome!" sign on the door. One 3 separate occasions I have tried to get an appointment and offered to wait but they tell me they are too busy (there were 2 other people there...) and they hustle you out the door.
