Being new to the area, I needed the best place to get my nails done. A co-worker suggested I go to PA nails. The shop is a family owned business-husband (Patrick) and wife (Hannah). There is another tech who I believe is the father. Everyone is extremely nice and respectful. They are constantly busy which is always a great sign! When booking my appointment, I requested Patrick as my co-worker suggested. I went in for regular pedi and full acrylic set w/gel manicure. I walked out extremely pleased. My toes look beautiful and my hands? Amazing. Patrick was open to my preferences while making his own suggestions when it came down to the shape and length. I needed a last minute gel manicure. Google gave them a positive review, so I called and they were able to fit me in. I am very happy with my manicure. The gentleman who did my nails was careful, thorough, and did a fantastic job. The edges are crisp and clean and there's no polish on my skin. I didn't leave with dry skin from any of the chemicals used to treat and remove my prior gel manicure. Great experience. I'll be returning. read more

Each time I go, they are extremely accommodating and welcoming. I have never had an issue with the final look of my nails. I have gone to this salon for a long time. Lately the good nail specialists have left and they can't get any good people to replace them. Today I got my nails done by a totally new person when I specifically asked the owner to do my nails. After all of these years they gave me a new person when I had been getting them done by one person and if he wasn't there the other owner would do them. Today she just pawned me off on the new person while she left and did her errands. There was nobody in the shop it's not like she couldn't have done them. This is the worst set of nails I have ever gotten in my life. Unfortunately I'm not going to this salon anymore - they really have gone downhill a lot. read more

I had the same problem. The man that always did my nails is gone and the owner gave me to a newbie and my nails were AWFUL!! It is NOT the same salon anymore. I had to go to Lucky Nails to get them fixed and pay AGAIN. They talk about you in their language and know what they are doing to the customers. There was only the owner and her daughter there, they lost all their good employees. I won't return. read more

This place is disgusting. I just moved out this way and needed a nail salon that was open on Sundays. I walked in and looked around and you can see the filth. He started on my nails and was throwing the fake nails around the table and on the floor. It took his 15 minutes to figure out how to use the nail glue. Every time he opened the drawer I could see the caked on filth in the drawer. When I asked if I could get a design, he had to repeat himself 5 times before I understood what he said. He told me they do, but I have to wait until the the girl was done, so I would wait another 30 minutes. I don't understand how you can run a business, a design is a clear money maker. On top of that there was 5 flies all around the salon and were landing on myself as well as the guy. I couldn't wait to leave. My nails are okay, but never EVER go there, you will regret it. read more

This was my first time here and decided to try out this salon because I was in the area and there wasn't a wait. Now I know why they weren't so busy... This was probably my worst nail experience. If you have acrylic nails do not come here. I asked for a fill and it was very messily done - when I left the nail salon I could still see my natural nail showing through, and my cuticles looked very ripped up. The gel was so sloppy that it overflowed from the nail to the skin. When they cut and shaped my nail, I told them to keep the specific shape I had before, but they ruined the shape and made it look uneven and the edges were very rough and un-filed. The gel color selection was terrible and was not true to the actual color on the nail. I am so unhappy with my nails and feel sorry for my usual nail salon in the city for having to try and clean up this ugly mess on my nails. This was a huge waste of time and money. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more
