This salon is impeccably clean and they have strong customer service skills. I took my niece for girls day and we had pedicures and eyebrow waxing. The young woman with red hair was fantastic with my niece. My niece is 15 and the esthetician asked if she was ticklish. She was patient with my niece and taught her how to breathe through the foot filing. I raved about the experience to my friends and family. I will be back next time I am in town. read more

So disappointed! Paid for a manicure and pedicure with a dip manicure. The total was around 70 or $75. But, the results are so messy. Take my review with a grain of salt. I told them I was from out of town (although I was born and bred in Butler and general back to visit family every month or so) AND it was Christmas Eve morning and was really busy. __ Onto my experience: First, since I've never had a dipping power manicure before, I wanted to make sure that my nails matched with my toes. Told them the number of dip I was getting (from the sample) and asked them for help coordinating the nail dip color with the regular polish color going on my toes. Something must have gotten lost in translation because the colors are not similar. One is a golden pink (toes) and the other one is a fluorescent pink (hands). As a side note, the sample color for the dipping powder looked more salmon gold, not the bright pink paint color that's on my nails. I would recommend walking with the samples out in the sunlight to see how they look. In all my years of getting manicures, I've never had a color be so off from the sample. Two, the pedicure was very rushed. I left there and I still had dead skin hanging off my feet. Literally. Three, the manicure itself was very disappointing. I got this manicure 2 days ago and already it's chipping and looks awful. They never soaked my nails nor pushed the cuticles back. The woman was very rushed and did not evenly paint the nail edges. Thus, two days later and the nails are starting to chip on the side. That's unacceptable for the price. Please see attached pictures. I get it, they were busy. It's just a shame because the place is so nice looking, open, airy and clean. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and giving them three stars. But, frankly I would never go back. But, don't use my experience as a basis for yours. It could have been an off day because they were so busy. It's up to you to determine whether this was a one-off event or indicative of an underlying problem. read more

No one sits from desk which is fine but then no one checks on you. I have never not liked my nails done here! I drive 35 minutes to Misty Nails to get my nails done because of that. The only issue I have is the wait times. I always make an appointment, and 75% of the time, I have to wait 30-45 minutes before my person request is available. They are always super busy, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it becomes frustrating when you are there an hour longer than expected. read more

I don't even want to give a one star rating. this place deserves a zero. I have been getting my toes and nails done for 12+ and I have never received a worse pedicure in my entire life. it started off with her bending my toes back and burning me with the nail file. She then used the dirty nail file to scoop out the salt scrub to rub on my legs. I then started to have an allergic reaction to the salt scrub, she then tried to put lotion on it instead of rinsing it off and getting me a hot towel to get it off. The nail tech next to her had to get up and get me some towels and water to stop my legs from burning. She then dropped the acetone bottle on the floor. It shot up and got all over me and on the floor which she didn't clean up. I wanted a French tip but she cut my toe nails so short i had to just pick a color, which she then got all over my skin and shoes. I was supposed to get a Dip mani after this but I refused to let to continue anymore services. She had cotton balls wrapped in foils on my nails for over an hour. My nails were thumbing and burning. she then still made me pay for a 50$ pedicure that she didn't even finish. I highly recommend no one goes here read more

Walk ins are not welcome ! Make an appt if you plan to go. Waited over an hour and no one said a thing to me after having me wash my hands and pick a color. Then to have me sign in and sit for over an hour and not just simply say we can't take walk ins only appointments was poor customer service. I would have gladly accepted we are full can we make you an appt. From the time I sat down over 6 people I am sure w appts were taken ahead of me, again I accept that. I came here because a coworker told me it was a decent salon with lower prices. When I walked in the man in the front greeted the other customers in front of me but didn't say anything at all to me. I ended up just signing in on the sign in sheet and waiting for 25 minutes without anyone working there saying a single thing to me. Eventually got called back to pick a color and waited in the seat for an additional 30 minutes until someone was done with a previous customer. AWFUL service and the lady who did my nails snapped at me multiple times when I asked a question or explained to her what I like when I was nothing but polite to her. I got a gel manicure and the lady doing my nails would get up and leave for 10 minutes at a time in between coats. When I went up to pay it took another 10 minutes for her to ring me up and then she snapped at me again when I asked if tip could also be put on card. I have been going here for about two years now. It was great....They said shelleck was cheaper fill huh they have posted 20.00 NOT!!!! I've been paying 32.00. Anyway I went there about week ago for a fill it's all caking where she polished on my cuticle. If she would not be yacking on the phone the entire time she would have done a better job. Very annoying..so I called her well you thought I dropped a bomb ... Had to go in on her time well no thanks. Going elsewhere now.. oh and it's rude to talk about your customers...
