Another update: The nail salon fixed my pointer fingernail. They were happy to do so. It looks like the gel on this nail just didn't get enough time under the UV light. It's really rare that this happens. Update the gel on my pointer fingernail started to come off! I've never had this happen before with gel. I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if they'll fix it. I'll update this review tomorrow. I have been here a few times and have been meaning to write a review. This is probably my favorite nail salon in this area. Everyone is very friendly and professional...they know what they're doing. Today I decided to do something different and get Halloween themed nails. I love them! I came from New York and got a quick pedicure spa with my mom, and the person who was doing my moms pedi was so bad, she's diabetic and he was tossing her feet here and there. He didn't even do anything, it felt like a regular pedicure he started being extremely rude when I corrected him. And no one stepped in to help, I paid for the service but this is a terrible place to visit. I wouldn't recommend this place. I don't know the guys name but I will attach a pic of him. The absolute worst service. I came in and asked for a manicure and a fill in. The owner started and didn't even do the manicure. They're extremely over priced. I asked for clear shellac and it was and additional $20. He shaped my nails awfully. I asked for a refund because during my session I asked him to fix it which he made an attempt and failed miserably. I asked to speak with a manager and they told I'd have to wait 15 mins. I lm so blown away PA conducts their business. Second day in a row, second salon that has no idea how to do nails. The picture speaks for itself. First pic is what they did l. The owner did give me a refund after a 30 minute phone call where I had to fight for it, him telling me that it wasn't possible. We never agreed that I take down this review in return for an exchange for a refund, but that's an unethical thing to ask in the first place. The manager called me back after the refund asking to take down the review. I thought about it for a while and decided not to, because my one negative review doesn't have much of an affect in the sea of fake reviews for this place. Now, I just received another phone call from their "headquarters" in Texas DEMANDING that I remove the review or else they will sell my phone number to scammers. I don't know what they're hoping to achieve but I'm certainly not going to comply with a company that is making threats towards me. Now have it be known that not only will they overcharge you for your nails and argue over a refund, but they will call and harass you as well, and you'll have to change your phone number like I did. read more

I was with my niece when she got a manicure & pedicure from this salon. She got a full acrylic set of nails. She woke up this morning with a swollen finger which is an infection in her cuticle. She called the salon and they weren't apologetic at all!!! I am also in the beauty industry and can't believe the HORRIBLE customer service she received. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure on a Sunday afternoon. Not sure why I made the appointment because we had to wait over 40/50 minutes total for anyone to get started on us -20 minutes sitting and 20 minutes (30 minutes for my friend) with our feet in the water. As we waited, we watched at least 6 people finish up and as they finished, the nail techs just disappeared. So we were waiting on nail technicians that were still working on someone else... If I hadn't made an appointment the wait wouldn't have bothered me. Once we got started, the water was luke warm/cold l. The tech was PULLING my cuticles off! After the fifth "Ow" "that hurts"... she understood. Then after that I had the lightest scrub and massage ever...I just couldn't win lol We had a million miscommunications about how I would like my French tips, that at one point I figured she just wasn't listening to anything I was asking for at all. The process was so long and not relaxing that I decided I would go somewhere else for my manicure. I'm used to a better quality of service for nail salons. I've been getting my nails done here for well over a year now. I get the pink and white every couple of weeks. I've been to many nail places and I find that VRS does the best job and the pink and whites typically last for up to three weeks. The owner and the older gentleman are definitely the two best nail techs for pink and whites. I also occasionally get a pedicure. I've never had a bad experience there either. First I would like to say that the prices are way too high! Gel is $55 and if u would like ombré or any extras it's $70-$90 ... they are overcharging. First time here. Had an appointment for 11 for 3. No one was with us till at least 11:30. My granddaughters polish chipped off with in 6 hours. Not a good experience! I'm really upset with my set of nails :( they look horribly cheap see through and kinda silly. I asked for coffin shape not egg shape , and a sexy red not a see through watery color :( Customer service was terrible they don't care , I kept asking for certain type of nails kept telling me no they don't do that... and then I asked for diamonds and the guy said no don't put any they fall off so quick.... I am pleased with this salon and have gone back to the regular maintenance of manicures. I have the worst natural nails, thin and breaks and tears easily. This salon introduced me to the Dip manicure and this is the best my nails have been in my life. The Dip manicures even allow me to have some length to my nails without any extensions. This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I get the dip and it lasts for weeks. If I need to get a touch-up/fix in between, the staff is very quick to get me in, fixed up, and on my way. Their pedicures are very relaxing and they take their time to make sure it is a great experience. NEVER AGAIN. my nails were so thin they broke the next day, every single one broke some how! I then filled them down myself, and they're lifting. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not recommend. I have been getting my nails done here for almost six years and I am always pleased with both my manicure and my pedicure when I leave. I got my dipping powder French manicure right before Christmas, which meant that my manicure lasted over six weeks without a single broken nail. The salon was always nice, but recent upgrades to the pedicure chairs and a change in the layout really freshened up the whole shop. I have had many different nail techs do my nails over the years, but the quality has been consistently good no matter who did my nails. I moved out of the immediate area last year, but still work it out to continue getting my nails done here, even though there are at least two nail salons less than five minutes from my new house. Why mess with a good thing! I recommend VRS Nails very highly - and so does my brother-in-law who goes with me quite often! read more

They have really great technicians at this spot and have excellent pricing. My friend had to get fresh acrylics removed & the man who did her nails really took his time & was so gentle with her. He truly did a fabulous job. I had a pedicure while I was there & it turned out very nice. I docked them one star because their location really needs updated with fresher chairs. I prefer pedicure chairs to be newer & have the plastic bag inserts to help prevent any sort of bacteria. The place itself looks like a hyena went and clawed up all the walls and some of the chairs and they don't do anything to fix these issues making the place look very dirty. Also both times we have been here they said they could take us right away and then we sit for 20+ minutes in the chair waiting for someone to become available. This was the worst experience at a nail salon ever. I have had my rounds with nails salons in the area and this has been the worst. My cuticles were bleeding from the man filing off my cuticles by the machine filer, which is not suppose to be done btw. The nail polish is worse than a 5 year olds best work. My nails were filed on the side and are now cricked. The man did not even cut my nails when they clearly needed it. I'm an severely disappointed in the service I had received. The customer service as well was extremely poor. I did not feel welcomed and I was stressed the entire time on top of the pain. On top of all of that, the price was extremely high for my service.
