If I were running the place, you would be speaking American English on the floor. There are certain jobs you can't have cell phones on the floor. This place is absolutely horrible. You ask for something 3-5 times and they say and offer the complete opposite. I asked several times for a specific color and they kept recommending the opposite of what I was asking. I would ask for tan and beige and they would show me pink glitter. So the work they do is good- especially from the one lady but i forget her name! Only been there twice but my nails last a while and the shapes are good. However they don't respond well to feedback, or if you ask them to change something politely. Like they da will scream about you rudely to each other in your face while pointing at you. So if you don't like something about a nail like a quick reshaping or file or something small- you gotta walk on eggshells if you don't want them to be mean or lowkey give u attitude! Clean and well kept place following all covid protocols still and felt like their tools were sanitary. They asked me to wash my hands when I came in and there was plexiglass between me and the nail tech. My wait was not too long after my appointment time, especially considering they had two ladies waiting ahead of me. Kim did an awesome job on my new color! Love the color and that she was sure to give two good coats all the way to the edges and tips. Looks festive bin a shiny red. Turned out much better than the Snow White tips from few days ago. my pedicure lasted 10 min. It was rapid back and forth. There was still dead skin at corners of nails and My heels felt rough and dry. She barely worked on them and didn't use any type of callous remover other than a quick sponge scrub. There was dead skin that wasn't removed on the bottom of my feet. My eight-year-old daughter got a pedicure with gel color. Her pedicure lasted 10 minutes and they charge me $55 even though that wasn't advertised anywhere. Called and requested an appointment for the Saturday after Valentine's Day. I was nervous they'd be full because they had such great reviews and I figured everyone would want their nails done. They easily scheduled me in for 3 and then when I called later and changed it to 5, they did so with no hassle. The owner called me around 4 and told me they were pretty slow and I could come in early if I wanted which I thought was so thoughtful. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, got to choose my color, and sat down with the same man who called. He was so great and told me the price right away which I really appreciated. I'm always so nervous to go to a nail salon I've never been to before because I don't want them to ruin my nails or give hidden charges which have happened before ("extra $10 to change shape", "extra $5 for something else super random", etc.) But - Nails Time did a really great job on my acrylic set, gave me the price upfront, and everyone there was super super kind and fun to be around. I felt very safe there during the pandemic as everyone worse masks and they have glass in between you and your nail technician. Very friendly staff who were warm and welcoming. This was my first time at this nail salon. I called beforehand to check if they allow walk-ins. They do, but they were a bit busy so asked if I could make an appointment. I did and said we'd be there at 6:30. We were instantly greeted but all of the staff were busy so my friend and I had a bit of wait, but it gave us time to pick out our colors. The guy I had do my nails was great! He gave me exactly what I wanted and also took his time filing and giving me the shape I wanted. I only gave 4 because the table I was at was not cleaned after each client and there were fingernails under the table. Also, they are a little overpriced. I usually only pay $30 for a fill in with gel color but they charged $40, which is what I would pay for a full set with gel. Just something to be mindful of if thats a concern for you!! My daughter and I went for pedicures today and both selected the luxury pedicure which looked really nice but they really didn't do anything extra. Definitely didn't get any type of massage except up and down on legs nothing but rubbing the lotion on my feet. When I paid the bill it was $100.
