I went to get my nails filled here and the lady was removing the acrylic nail because my nail growth was passed the acrylic. as she did so she literally ripped one of my nails off. then they had a gentleman (tom) finish my nails. I was told when I come back for a new fill I would receive a discount. so I came back and I'm not sure who the gentleman was. he must have been new but my nails are not shaped, they chipped and the paint is already coming off after a few days. i also didn't receive any discount. Tried out this salon for the first time the other day. Nail tech was great and my manicure looks beautiful. However, this salon is at least $10 more expensive per service than other salons in the area. Also, i scheduled a mani & pedi, got confirmation of mani & pedi, got there and waited for a few minutes for my mani.. no problem but then i was told i would have to come back to get my pedi either 3 hours later that day, or the next day because they were busy.. very unprofessional in my opinion and they will not be getting any more business from me. read more

First time getting my nails done here. The guy was nice but extremely rough. My toes are actually bleeding which has never happened after a pedicure before. He filed my skin, not my nails and my nail beds are all bloody. On top of that, the pedicure itself was less than adequate and left rough dry calluses. I opted for the pedicure 1 for $37, somehow was charged $54. Plus an additional cash tip. At that point my card was already charged and I just wanted out of there. I am extremely disappointed from my most recent experience here. I went in for a simple pedicure. I was also supposed to be charged $37 and ended up paying $54 for a simple pedicure. The pedicure was fine... nothing extraordinary. The man convinced me to get my nails done as well, so I stayed and got them done. He was way too aggressive and even cut me on 4 of my fingers. I ended up walking out with a messed up design and two very deep cuts. I was also charged $55 (plus I tipped) for my nails. It was a simple fill with design and I was definitely overcharged. Very costly for what it is.... Pedicure and Manicure- they went crazy on my right foot with what felt like a wire brush- the TOP of my foot it has been hours and it is still on fire. Like the most bizarre thing like no rhyme or reason... I'm like what is going on? It looks like the top of my foot was attacked by a feral kitten?! Time for the manicure- they painted my nails- done. I went to the salon to have the BASIC manicure and pedicure. I am going to a fundraiser this weekend for a little boy who has leukemia. Since the color of leukemia is orange, I decided to bring my own nail polish for my pedicure. Everything looks great except the man who painted my toenails used a pink topcoat so now it's not orange. I also did a simple white tip manicure. 9 of my nails were filed square and the manicurist filed 1 round. There were so many scratches under the clear coat. He kept telling me that it was my nail that caused the look of it to turn out that way. I believe it was the electric tool he used to file the top of the nails that caused this. Does not look professional or neat. With tip it came out to $100. I wish it would have turned out better especially since I don't do this often. read more

I scheduled a pedicure for a Thursday morning i got there 10 minutes early. 9:50am They seated me and I sat there for 10 minutes when I noticed no one was going to help me. I had scheduled with a specific person and as it turned out she had not come into work and they refused to tell me she wasn't there. So I put my shoes back on and walked out....WHY would they not simply tell me that and allow me to choose to either wait for an available tech or reschedule? My answer is MONEY! This is the second time they've done this too me the first time I waited 45 mins for an available tech even having an appointment, however, the first incident was from overbooking. Very bad salon. I used to go to this salon but recently have been looking for a new nail salon. There is always a very long wait and they increased their prices. I don't mind paying a little extra for a good gel manicure but there is definitely nothing special about their gel manicures and they are a bit messy. Workers are hard to understand and the salon seems pretty dirty. If you are looking for a new salon to go to regularly, don't bet on this one to impress you. I made an appointment online and went in for dip polish with tips. After waiting 45 minutes from my scheduled time I was put into a seat and it was very clear Paul did not know what he was doing. The owner Ben was trying to talk him through the service and failed. My nails are extremely damaged even though I get the dip polish to try to grown them out. Just horrible and I tried to contact them. It has been two weeks and aside from one phone call at 10:48 PM!! From them I have heard nothing. My sister is too kind to write a scathing review but I'm not going to allow another person to have this type of experience when there are a billion nail salons around. No one should ever go to get there nails done and leave stressed and unhappy. So here is where I will start- I went in with my sister to get her nails done with an appointment and had to wait an hour. She shows the nail tech a photo of what She wants her nails to look like and gets a response ok. Well, we should have known better then to believe using dip would be this easy. As you can tell In My photos that I attached obviously it's not that simple! Who leaves nails a hot mess, they didn't even clean them up and shape them evenly let alone buff them so they weren't rough. As you can also tell they didn't even use the stones nor color them in the correct order. NOTHING is correct and then they charged her and expected a tip. So now I'm going to give them a tip!!! If you don't know how to actually do what is asked then don't attempt it and if you are not capable of even snapping a nail appropriately you shouldn't even be doing nails. I'll leave this review with another statement- obviously you don't care how your name is seen in the community so I will ensure that everyone knows what your work looks like- YOU should be embarrassed my 5 year old nephew can paint nails better then this. read more

Such a fabulous little find when I was working up in the Butler Crossing area! I was working up that way and had 30 minutes to kill before my next appointment, and I figured since it was going to be another late work day, that could be my "lunch". I am so glad that I went there. They were super friendly, the place was clean, and they were fast and thorough while doing a fabulous job! And they charged just 20.00 for a cut and fill. No nickel and diming for the tiny trim down like a lot of places do. When I am back in the area, I will definitely go back! I'm so glad I came across this nail salon because everyone was so friendly and the price is great! They really take their time to make sure you walk out happy and polish is on point. While I was getting my nails done they gave me a glass of rosé (rosé all day!). Getting pampered and complimentary drinks, yes please! I have been going to Diamond Nails for almost a year. Over the last few months the service has become really bad. I always make appointments to be seen along with my daughters. This is the third time we sat and waited to be seen over 2 hours after our appointment times. When asking about our appointment and being told the other people who walked in have appointments. Well so did we. If you take away the waiting and think this is bad the the nail service we all received was totally awful. The nails are not even, the sloppy paint and powder left on our fingers was worse than a 5 year olds nail polish job. On top of this the lack of being careful not to cut you and nik your fingers is the worst. Sadly my daughter has a cut they caused with now requires her to be seen by her doctor to be treated. I had a pedicure at Diamond nails about the second week of December..The young man who did the pedicure was fabulous you did a wonderful job. The nail polish lasted for four weeks. I went to have another pedicure sometime in January , and the young man who did the manicure wasn't available, so a young woman did it.. as she took off the toenail polish , the nail on my big toe was a beige color on half of it.. the young man happened to be standing there and I asked him what happened to my nail.. he said I injured it, maybe by jamming my toe. I believed him... when I removed the nail polish last week, the toenail didn't look right...as I had a dermatology appt on Thursday , I showed the doctor..yes, it's fungus!!! I told him what the technician said, and he said he's wrong, its fungus.. when I came home on Thursday , Feb 2, 2017, I called Hannah/Anna (?) the owner to tell her what happened as a courtesy to her .. I said I had pedi in December and ended with toenail fungus.. she kept saying "no, no, no... too late to tell me..that was too long ago .. you should've been in here to show me in a few days or a week, it's too late now!" I asked how was I to know I had it , since nail covered in polish? No answer to that...she kept repeating herself saying, the pedi sinks are cleaned between customers..I said maybe their instruments were dirty...she just kept saying no, no, no and hung up on me!!
