Absolutely horrible quality nails! I took my daughter on February 11th at 3:30pm to get her nails done and not even a week later (February 18th) one fell off. I called and got hung up on in the middle of talking to the lady who answered. I called back and said my daughter will be there February 19th at 3:10pm to get her nails done fixed and we will not be paying for it. My mom still gave the person a little tip and she said everyone was very nice and polite when she came in. But to have her nails snap in half tonight February 21st is absolutely ridiculous!!! Almost $90 for acrylic nails that should last a month, then get them filled after a month from nail growth! Waste of money going to this place for nails!! I am very angry about this!! On top of that her nails still felt wet from the stupid gel polish and they were bumpy! The day I took my daughter the other people working there were late and then were on their cell phones and very unprofessional. They had to ask multiple times what she wanted done and switched clients in the middle of starting my daughter's nails. I went here on a Saturday around 11 AM to get a pedicure, I was sat right away. My nail technician was Lisa and she was great. She was very friendly and was full of smiles.. It is very clean inside and they offer complementary beverages. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend nail elegance. read more

I had the worst experience ever today. My mom is a regular there and treated me to get my nails done to celebrate my pregnancy. My nail tech and also OWNER, Lin, was the most inconsiderate, disrespectfu, and hateful human being I've dealt with. As we were talking about my pregnancy I told her I was raped and that's how I became pregnant. She proceeded to LAUGH in my face. I was shocked and thought maybe she didn't understand me so I repeated myself and she again laughed in my face. I told her that rape is nothing to laugh about. She never apologized. I began bawling my eyes out and her staff had to bring me tissues.She wouldn't speak to me the rest of the time, she would only talk to my mom. As I was crying my eyes out, she began HUMMING. This is my go to place. I've gone other places but they don't come close. The staff is great. There's plenty of room, a full staff ALWAYS and a super clean environment. I walked in to this salon for the first time just a few days ago. I desperately have been looking for a new salon in the area since moving here. Though this is about 25 minutes from me, it may be my new go to salon. Upon walking in, I was greeted and seated immediately. It was around 3:00pm on a Monday and they were not very busy at all. I asked for a fill with gel polish and a lip waxing. The woman who did my nails (I do not recall a name) was quick and did not cut me at all. The color selection could have been better, but I usually choose the same few shades each time I go so this was not an issue for me. When she waxed my lip, she did get a bit of wax under my nose and I had a very small (seriously, minor) scab after the wax was ripped off. It was irritated for the rest of the day and stuck around for a few days. However, I don't anticipate that being a consistent issue here. I did not have any other issues with the wax. For both services I was charged $39. Typically I expect to pay around $30 for a fill and $6 for a wax so these prices weren't too high for me. The photo I attached is not from the day of the fill but five days later. Everything has held up well; no chipping, no broken nails. Despite these small issues, I will definitely be returning to this salon. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Nail Elegance for several years. My favorite nail tech is Hunter! So super friendly! We love to talk about travel, and I even brought a dear friend of mine to this salon when she was visiting from Ireland! However, the experience I had today has changed all of that, and I won't be returning. The owner, Lynn, was so incredibly rude to me, and embarrassed me in front of several other clients. After her son had finished giving me a basic gel manicure, he said, "My mom will have to add the polka dots you want." I said, "Ok, that's fine." (As I waited, I overheard Lynn speak harshly to a young teenage girl who asked for her nails to be cut shorter. Lynn told her she should have spoken up sooner, and had just wasted Lynn's time, & the girl apologized.) When it was my turn, I showed Lynn the picture. She made the dots but repeatedly kept erasing them w polish remover and mumbling under her breath how ridiculous it looked. I liked it, thought it was fine, and couldn't understand why she kept taking it off. Finally she said, "I don't have time for this, you're finished." I was truly stunned. The lady sitting next to me, and who had seen everything said, "Is that what you wanted?" When I said no, not really, Lynn grabbed my hand again, slapped the design on quickly and reprimanded ME for wasting her time! I was so confused and embarrassed. I am always positive, and agreeable to a fault, so I was really taken aback by this behavior. (Even her son was looking at her like wth?) I get that people can be having a bad day, but this was ridiculous. When I came home and told my family, they made me promise to never step foot in this salon again. I have sent so many people to this salon over the years, but NEVER again. How completely disappointing. read more

It's clean. But a pedi was stated to be $28 which normally includes scrubbing foot callous'! They charged $5 more and they did a terrible job. Also a $3 miscellaneous charge. So paid $36 for a mediocre pedi that shouldn't have cost more than $28. I also had an appointment to get my nails done and since they took me in for my pedi first they squeezed in three or four other people so it would have been another hour! I walked out. Won't be back. At this point, I will only get my gel nails done here. I got my last set done over a MONTH ago now and there isn't a single chip in any of the nails. In that time I've moved into a new house and definitely have not been delicate with them and they're still perfect. These guys are the best. read more

Have been coming here for six years with my daughter. Got our nails done and it wasn't what I asked for. The owner Lynn told me to come back the next day which I did was unwilling to fix the problem the right way. After arguing with me in front of a full salon she then sat and talked about me to the customer she was working on along with speaking in her language to the gentleman that did my nails. I was a walk in today. I've been getting my nails done bi-weekly for over 20 yrs. This was by far the cleanest nail salon I've ever seen. I was attended to immediately, my nails are perfect, they offer a ton of extra services, however there was no pressure or upsell. The service was quick, priced right and exactly what I wanted. My experience here was mixed. It was definitely one of the nicest and cleanest nail salons I've been to, but the service was terrible. The man that did my nails tried to bully me into getting a gel manicure when I asked for a regular French manicure. After I said no, I just want a regular French manicure (multiple times,) he sped through doing my nails in 5 minutes. Before doing my nails, he asked me to pay (which was fine,) but then continued to ask if I had cash for a tip later. I thought this was a bit rude and assuming of him when he hadn't even done my nails yet. And the worst part? A day after getting my nails done three had chipped. That's ridiculous!
