We (3 friends) found this salon dirty and unprofessional. There was dirt, not just dust, on their portable nail dryers. The mother & son attendants were pleasant enough but the service was ... odd. We made appointments. They texted for us to come early if we wanted, but then 2 of us had to wait. Also, why didn't they inform us that we would have different appointment times? They had 4 stations to do nails but started 1 of us while she was sitting on the windowsill. I also suspect that they dilute the polish. She applied 3 coats of polish but my nails still weren't covered. The price was reasonable. read more

The service was excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I was in town for a wedding and had no trouble making an appointment at the last minute on a Saturday morning. However, I was talked into having my nails dipped by the claim that the job would last three weeks. One nail chipped slightly after a few days, and today, exactly one week after the service, half my thumb nail chipped away. I'm disappointed because I was only planning on getting a manicure, and the dip was almost 3x the price. My toes were also not dry enough and were ruined when I put my shoes on an hour after leaving the shop. (I wore the pedicure sandals they provided home just to be sure they were dry). I chose a light color that required many coats. Perhaps let each coat dry when using thin/light polish that require many layers? read more

Looking at my beautiful toe nails today reminded me to leave a GREAT review for this place! The guy who did my feet made the best flower I've ever had on my toes!! I live in Los Angeles but had traveled to PA to visit my mother. I wanted to treat her and I to a spa day after a stressful day of flying. We chose this place because of the organic ingredients. Went here with a friend (had to drive 40 minutes to meet her here) for the deluxe pedicure (highly recommend this, it was really great) weeks later my feet still feel amazing and the polish still looks great! Got a manicure as well, he did a wonderful job. I am a massage therapist so my nails are always short and I have gotten a lot of crap from other nail salons for this. I made an appt, showed up 20 min early, was asked to leave and come back even thought many open seats were available to wait. I returned 20 minutes later and told the gentleman I had a gift card to use. He made a remark about how old it was (3 years) then stuck my hands in a steaming hot bowl of solution for 20 minutes. My hands started to shrivel and dry out. I asked how much longer he said another 20 minutes! I said I've never had to sit with my hands in solution for 40 minutes before. He said in a dead pan voice "well that's how we do it here". Very rude. I said I was leaving. He walked over and joked with the other 2 ladies and they giggled as I walked out. My nails were a mess. My hands were completely dried out, white and shriveled up, still dry 3 days later. Place was dirty. I will never return. Shame of a waste of $90 in gift cards! read more

I can't even understand what just happened to me at this salon. First time there today and I didn't have an appointment but their ad says walk-ins welcome. Guess not. I should've known there was a problem since there were NO CARS in their parking lot!There was no one there except a woman who stopped me abruptly at the door and started muttering in broken English about they No Do something or other. The only word I understood was dip. I said, I need a full set of nails and dip is fine. Well she just kept saying NO and was edging me back out the door!!!! At this point I decided I had to leave as she was NOT welcoming me in!! She walked behind me as I got in my car muttering something. I said, Where are all your customers? She said, We have two appointments coming. And something about her son had to go eat lunch. Their sign said They are open till 8pm. She didn't say Come back later! She ran me off!!!!! They must not need customers! Never experienced anything like that before!!!!! So angry. read more
