The mother & son attendants were pleasant enough but the service was ... odd. We made appointments. They texted for us to come early if we wanted, but then 2 of us had to wait. Also, why didn't they inform us that we would have different appointment times? They had 4 stations to do nails but started 1 of us while she was sitting on the windowsill. I also suspect that they dilute the polish. She applied 3 coats of polish but my nails still weren't covered. The price was reasonable.
