I was traveling through the area today and came across Polish Nail Salon. Nestled in between a pizza shop & doctors office is a medical grade clean, visually appealing & relaxing nail salon. Upon entry you will instantly be greeted by friendly & receptive staff. The check in process is done as you enter via iPad which also allows you to participate in the salon's perks program. Michael was cheerful, considerate, and was pleasantly conversational. He actually took the time to understand exactly what I wanted & should expect from my pedicure. Which by the way turned out perfectly! The full service nail salon is spacious enough to accommodate a group of friends (about 5-6) for pedi's & mani's for a completely relaxing experience. First off, the owner kept questioning me about the gender of me and partner when setting up the appointment (like that matters when getting your nails done?) Then he was very stand-off-ish when doing my mani pedi and kept yelling at me to "relax!" The care and quality of service were the worse I've ever received. He treated my cuticles with a dremel tool and didn't bother to clean off my nails with anything after applying the top-coat. With my pedi, he did the same thing and did not bother to do any kind of foot massage or calf massage with lotion. Within two days the gel coat was peeling off. The guy was creepy and did a horrible job. Never again! read more

(Also posted on google reviews... this place was *that* bad) I wanted a gel pedicure. I noticed that the man applying the gel was doing a terrible job. The polish was bubbling; that's how much polish he was applying. Also, there was polish pooling at the edges of my nails. I asked him to remove it since it was gel, and I didn't want to be stuck like that for two weeks. The pedicure took almost an hour (this was without scrubbing of any kind), and I needed to go, so I was ok with leaving without polish. What I'm not ok with is how he butchered my toenails. The big toes are so short, the nails are uneven (I added a picture of my previous gel pedi from another salon for reference). They were a mess. My cuticles are also still super thick! I was told I didn't have to pay, but after I left the manager/owner came running after me. He was apologetic but the damage has been done. A week later and my toes still look a mess even with polish. This is unfortunate because I have an event tomorrow that I wanted to look nice for. read more

I want to like this place because it is right next to where I live. I went in before to get my nails done for my wedding and they came out pretty terrible the first time. I gave them a second shot to just get gel removed and a plain nail polish since they were so terrible with gel the last time. He kept scratching my fingers and was really aggressive. He also can't do a clean line and left a lot of flaking nail at the tips of my nails. I had a lot of sticky stuff under my nails. I think it might be the same technician that I keep getting which I tried to avoid, but he made a b line for me. Honestly the worst nails I have ever gotten done. I honestly only came back after numerous misunderstanding with the elderly women because it's close also the young man always trys his best to explain to the seniors who runs the place what customers r saying n asking for.
