The family that runs this business is so sweet, they make you feel comfortable and cater to your every need. The first time I went was just to get my toe nails painted, which was quick and flawless. Not a major thing to get done, but that's all I needed, and it was done well and for only $10! The second time, I initially thought I wanted to get my current nails removed (as the gel color that was only on for a month was sooo grown out, way too long, uneven and getting uncomfortable). They were previously done elsewhere, for way too much money. The technician at A&T, a younger girl, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and informative with what she could do for me! Instead of removing the entire nail, she filed them down, to the perfect length. She shaved down the previous colors and put a new gel color on, and filled them in. They look amazing! All this was only $35! I may be a little ahead of myself in being excited about the prices, but compared to the places I WAS going, the cost is far better for the work they do. (In the Mall at Robinson, both places are wayyyy overpriced for sub-par work, bad attitudes, and that's just my honest opinion after going to both of them for years.) Go to A&T! I've never had that happen before. Their policy is it the nails were done there, fixing and replacement is free. I was made to pay for 1 of the 2 that popped off. I had them taken off, and she tried charging me $20 for removal instead of $10 because I had gotten them done there. She was really rude to me the last time I was there. I was really excited to go there because of the Google review rating, but I'm not satisfied. Please make your own choice to go, but I will not be returning. I knew there would be a disrespectful reply and that's not a good business look for you. All of my nails have popped off from the back. Meaning they're not done correctly.
