My friends and I enjoyed a spa day here and couldn't have been happier with the service. There were five of us, so we made sure to make appointments ahead of time. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment, this Nail Spa is extremely busy (even on a weekday) The salon has convenient parking, and is very clean and well decorated. On top of that, the nail technicians *especially the owners* are EXTREMELY kind and EXTREMELY talented. Their prices are very affordable as well. I will never go back here again. I've had the same girl the last 2 times, and she cuts and files my nails down to the nub. She used an electric nail drill to file & thin my real nails down for a gel polish. She put FIVE layers of polish on my hand, and she did this all within 10 minutes. She also put 2 different colors on my fingers & toes. When I asked her about it, she said the gel can look different, but it was definitely a different color. She also did my pedicure in 10 minutes & then charged me $75. I asked the front desk girl how much a gel polish is and she couldn't even tell me the prices at the place she works at. They seemed super busy so seems like they're running a profitable business, but the quality and customer service is lacking. read more

So far, so good. Most consistent nail salon I've been to in a long time. Very nice work by MT.

I was really looking forward to visiting this salon with my sister as some regulars highly recommended it! However, my experience was highly disappointing. They sat me in a chair 15 min after my appointment time. Then, no one acknowledged me for another 30 minutes. Not until I asked if my appointment was still able to be accommodated did someone finally begin working on my nails. On top of that, my sister and I had made appointments together. We were on opposite sides of the salon our entire visit. Everything was rushed. I paid extra for a full manicure with S&S powder. They only briefly tended to my cuticles and did not complete the full manicure. The actual S&S job is the WORST I've seen. I've gotten it done at about 10 salons in different cities. The ends of my fingernails are jagged and brittle which have caused them to chip less than half a day in. The beds of my nails have a sandy appearance as if it wasn't filed properly. The prices were way too high for the service they offered. I did notice them offering different (lower) prices to regular customers. However, they did not compensate me for such a terrible experience and job done on my nails. This salon appears to only care about regular customers. Therefore, I would NOT recommend for any new customers. read more

Mimi is my regular girl and she is perfectionist; every nail is even, my gel or powder is never too thick, I never have a chip before I have to return. Amazing! I needed a fill bad! Tried this place and love it! The place is super clean! I never notice how clean a nail salon is, but you notice it when you come here. Even as your nails are getting done, they take the time to stay tidy. Kenny did my nails and I couldn't believe how well he did. You can see that he cared about what he was doing. He would turn my nails different ways to make sure they were just right. Even with taking care to do a good job, it didn't take much longer than going anywhere else. I was a walk appointment trying to get my daughters toes and nails in last minute for homecoming (my fault I know!) But we walked into MT hearing amazing things and they were able to take us. They were all very friendly and was a welcoming environment. The receptionist was very kind to my daughter and I, was very helpful when picking out a color and making us feel comfortable while we waited for the technicians to do our pedicures and nails. The wait was minimal but you don't mind with the comfortable chairs and wine or water being served. It is very clean there and everyone is always smiling. When checking out the front receptionist and the owner MT were very sweet to us. I have got many compliments at work about my dip manicure. Will be coming back and telling others as well! read more

To begin this adventure my friend and i made an appointment for 11 am we walked in and weren't helped until about 11:30 because they overbooked people . We sat down and we both had pictures of what we had wanted very simple , one of the employees asked what we had wanted for our nails either to be dip or a few more options we told him we didn't know the difference between them so we asked him and he did not explain. He sat my friend down and started her nails forgetting he had another appointment which ended in her having to wait longer and have 3 other employees working on her nails . She had wanted a coffin shape and i just wanted a simple almond shape her nails ended up doing square and my nails are round and some are pointy. The nails themselves are not filed files down properly and they either super thick or really thin . They had just assumed we had wanted the dip , and the clear coat on top is streaky . I believe they all make their own pricing , some of the other customers had simple designs like us and were only paying $45 when we both paid about $70. They aren't worth the price we paid . read more

when it was Sam and Lori's it was fantastic.Now that it is MT Salon it is inefficient and rushed. They always say no wait so you stay even though they know they are notable to take you right away.I had my worst experience today and will NEVER go back.. I had an appointment and came early to pick my polish so I would be ready. They said you know your appointment is not for 20 minutes which I acknowledged. Over an hour later I was still sitting. When asked who my technician was and when I could expect to be seen they said they were really busy and my appointment was really not an appointment but a time slot and I would get the next available technician when they finished. I called Nails by Karen .5 miles away and they took me right away, gave fabulous treatment, and the place was immaculate. All my business will now be at Nails by Karen. UT has been doing my nails over about a year and a half. I have a dip gel manicure done every 3 weeks. He takes his time with his work and is a very sweet and caring person. Dips take longer than gel, but my nails never break now. They are in better condition than ever, he doesn't grind too far on your nails. $40 price tag is worth a chip free mani that lasts this long, I will definitely be his customer for as long as they operate MT nails. I definitely recommend making an appointment for first thing or during an off time, if you walk in between 4-6 you'll definitely wait. read more

I wanted so badly to love this place and when I came in the first time for a $95 set it was perfect. But nothing says "welcome" like getting an eye roll from the owner when you come in for a nail fix. From my experience - appointment or not you will wait and it's always a fun game to guess if it'll be 20 minutes or an hour and a half. Not to mention, from my experience, if you get a pedicure like I did you'll likely need to wait 40 minutes in cold water for someone to notice you; Or perhaps if you get a nail fix you'll wait with acetone on your fingers for over 45 minutes. I understand getting busy but checking in is always appreciated regardless if my service is worth 95, 45, or 5 - it is still a service to be completed and I should be treated consistently regardless of what I am spending. The nails were always cute, but usually were only functional after I went home and filed the edges smooth and cut the natural nail that was sticking out on the sides of my coffin shape because they consistently neglected to do so on every set. A pro tip is to bring your own nail file and give them plenty of time to drink their coffee after a new receptionist comes in for her shift. read more
