Tyler did a great job with my gel French. The salon was beautiful and relaxing. I just moved to the area and am happy I found this salon.

Normally I would recommend this place to everyone as I've been coming here for months now but not anymore. I needed a builder gel fill in, with a short trim, same shape. For some reason the nails on both hands are two different lengths, some are round and some are almond. And when I called this out, they told me it wasn't their fault and offered to trim them down more but the longer side was the one I actually liked so I told them to just paint them and high tailed it out of there. I also accidentally bumped into the chair of one of the technicians as I was trying to scoot by and they tried to embarrass me about it? I don't even know. Oh and? I was still charged full price. Sad that my usual nail salon took on such a bad vibe. read more

I received 2 separate services and 2 very different reviews. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because Amy gave one of the best pedicures I have had. She was very sweet and gave the very best massage. I highly recommend her. The salon was very busy and my daughter and I were walking in wanting a full set and also a pedicure. We were able to receive both services without much of a wait. Every one of the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable. *** The 2nd service which was a full set of the Gel X nails. I would be extremely generous if I gave this service 1 STAR... I consider myself somewhat picky but feel for the cost I deserve quality, I have had many set of nail and at one point I worked in a salon as a stylist myself. This Set if by far the worst quality I have ever received. There was nothing done to my cuticles except I nip to a hangnail. After I was finished and went to have my pedicure I looked closer at my nails. I am not happy with how the polished was not applied all the way down my nail on all fingers but 2 were particularly bad. When I showed the woman next to me she questioned how long they had been growing out. When I voiced my concerns I honestly was extremely happy with the response of them wanting to fix it and was Made to feel very comfortable with my complaint. After I left the more I looked the more upset I became. Aside from them looking like they have grown out for 2 weeks already I have 1 nail that is extremely crooked and no 2 nails are the same length. I also have ridges on the sides were the glue over flowed the make it look like the nails don't fit. This was partially a birthday gift from my daughter and a treat for myself before vacation. I am not sure if I want at the very least the crooked nail fixed or a full refund, Honestly I am so upset and unhappy I may just find out how to remove them so I don't have to look at them and continue to regret the amount of money I spent for very poor work ...... read more

I got the absolute worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I really could have done it better myself. The bottoms and right sides of the nails are not filled in!! It looks like I got it a week ago or more and it's starting to grow out. I've gone here before and it was better but I'm done now. $40 for this! read more

My first appt today on sun, I had hard time getting appt somewhere on sun right before thanksgiving. I got right in despite them being very busy. I typically only write good reviews but this was the worst nail appt. of my life. This was my first time at the salon and the lady that did my nails was terrible. I saw it had good reviews on another site so I figured I'd give them a try and boy was that a bad idea. First it felt like a drive by nail appt. She was going so fast like she needed to kick me out and move onto the next person and using the tools roughly. Then she butchered my toe nails when she cut them. My little toe nail is barely there and they were all cut uneven. I had to tell her to actually file instead of just brushing it once across. It didn't help much as she had already ruined them. Then the nail polish, she didn't paint to the ends or corners they looks like they grew out and I never got them done...even though I just got them done. I even asked her from the beginning to make sure to paint them all the way and she didn't. I requested someone that was really good and I got the worst person there. I paid a lot of money to feel uncomfortable my whole appt. and the result was hideous. I look like I need to get them done again. What a waste of money and time. You go to a salon to relax, feel better and make your toes look prettier. My experience was anything but that. Any time I look at my toes I am annoyed and very disappointed. I am disappointed. I have been going here for a while and this is my second bad experience. I guess it's time to find a new nail salon. I got my nails done today, and while they look good, they charged me $100. I have never been charged that much for nails anywhere. I got Christmas nails and overall it took less than an hour. I got an acrylic fill with gel. When I asked why they were that much, they told me the design was $40 - I've gotten more detailed designs before and have never been charged that much. And apparently they charge for length now. I kept my nails the same length from last time and was still charged extra. I just don't think it makes sense. I think communication is key when running a business and they are lacking in that department. read more

I never leave bad reviews and even if I'm unsatisfied I rarely say anything and I'll just fix it myself or suck it up until I get my nails done again somewhere else. But this was so bad. Maybe it's my fault for not speaking up throughout the process but I went to someone who was highly recommended and I have never been more disappointed. My nails are so bumpy, uneven, all different lengths, not straight, way too thick of acrylic, the tip is barely on my nail it's lifted upward. Just overall bad. When I made the appointment it said it would be 55 for exactly what I wanted (acrylic with a tip and gel polish) I also wanted chrome finish which I assumed would be maybe 10 dollars more,when I checked out it was 75. This was my first time getting a professional manicure. My nails did not turn out the way I wanted. The color did not even remotely match the color swatch that I chose from. Also, the technician did not ask what shape I wanted my nails until after they had been trimmed down way shorter than I wanted. Then when they were cleaning up my cuticles they cut back too far and at least two of my cuticles started bleeding (you can see it in the photo). The daisies were painted very messily and the centers are bumpy and rough. On top of this, the customer service was just OK. read more

This salon did a terrible job with my dip nails. I called the night they were done to let the salon know they were dented and dull but that I couldn't come in the very next day to have them resone as I was leaving for a week long work trip. Today is 2 weeks exactly since I had them done and they started cracking and chipping which is totally unacceptable. I went in to have them removed and the owner charged me $10 for the removal even after I explained what had happened. He had the opportunity to correct the situation and retain a customer but chose the opposite for $10. Extremely unhappy and disappointed to have wasted so much time and money. read more

Very disappointing! I very rarely get my nails done, so when I do I like to make sure I find a great place. I read so-so reviews about other nail salons, but read incredible reviews about this one. I decided to stop in because everyone seemed super happy with their work. My friend and I walk in around 6 and it isn't busy at all. We weren't greeted with a hello or anything. Instead, they seemed unhappy to see us and said "can we help you?" as if we had just stumbled in off the side of the road. That's minor. We'll let it slide. I pick a gel polish and I sit down and the woman begins to work on my nails. At the time I was satisfied with her work, but I didn't like the color (MY fault, yes). Just a few days later, my nails have chipped (rare with gel!!!) and my cuticles randomly bleed. I paid $35 for an awful manicure. I'll look elsewhere. read more
