Easy to schedule appointment. The first manicurist who did my dip powder did a fine job and was very patient, but technique seemed different from other places, specifically less smoothing of the powder before top coat. I wanted a nail design so I requested a second tech as the first one was not able to do what I requested. She did a beautiful job. However, I was shocked to learn that cutting cuticles and lotion were not included in a dip powder manicure, and would be an additional $10. I had already spent $70 on my manicure. This has always been included in other places, and seemed to me that not including cuticle cutting in a dip powder manicure is just not doing a complete job and leaves the nails looking half done and unclean. I would recommend but ask up front what is included in the service you're receiving
I have used shop for waxing and pedicures in past. Scheduled appointments for upcoming wedding party. Could not be more dissatisfied! We were rushed by staff to pedicure chairs not a minute to pick polish. They gave ua a book to select color. The end result was terrible! I returned to complain and received no remorse! They don't guarantee regular polish services. Please don't waste time or money here!
Love this place. They employees are pleasant and have wonderful skills. I'm always happy with how my nails look.
I've been to this salon twice now, once for dip nails. They looked great and lasted until growth required a change. I also had a pedi on my first the gel polish peeled within a week on several toes. Sunday 6/6 I returned to have the dip removed and a regular mani done. I've had chipping nails since Monday, by Wednesday, the nails are embarrassing. On each trip, they have been aggressive on the cuticles with bleeding on toes and fingers.
Absolutely the friendliest people I've ever come by. I mistakenly sr t to another salon prior to my visit here and decided my next visit I would come here. The place was not only beautiful inside but it was also spotless. It was easy to check in and they were fast in service. I recommend coming here.
I have been going to Royal for about 2 years now and every time I go they never disappoint. I usually just get a solid color mani and pedi but today I decided to go off course and try something different and I'm in love. All the employees are great down there!
Well... We came into the salon to get nails dome for the wedding this weekend. And was charged a ridiculous amount for subpar nails. 110.00 for the bride and the nails had no top coat, the filing was HORRIBLE and there was acrylic everywhere. The bridesmaids got lines on their nails and white polish on their toes. And was charged 70 dollars. For again Subpar work. Someone needs to contact for a refund!! Must DO BETTER!!
On Saturday, 3/23/24 I took my 15 year old granddaughter there for acrylic gel nails with a design on a full set of nails. The price on the website lists Acrylic Full Set w/Gel $50. and Nail Art Set $15. I dropped her off to have her nails done, thinking, per the prices listed that I was looking at 65.00 plus a tip. I went back to pick her up and they told me it was 100.00 without the tip, for services rendered. I asked them to explain. They did not. The repeatedly told me that my granddaughter agreed to 100.00 dollars. I again asked for an explanation of the services rendered as 100.00 did not line up with pricing on their website. They continued to state that my granddaughter agreed to 100.00 dollars. I was very upset and just paid the bill and left. Today is Saturday, 3/30/24, one of her nails have come off. I will go back on Monday, 4/1/24 and see what they can do to rectify this issue. I have had acrylic/gel nail's done for myself many times over the past 10 years. My nails NEVER just came off. Regardless of what the outcome is on Monday, I will never go back here for nails or any other services. Extremely poor workmanship and customer service. They were not professional in the service offered or the explanation that was lacking. 100.00 for acrylic/gel nails and design on each nail? Absolutely ridiculous. They took advantage of my granddaughter and banked on me not causing a problem at the counter when paying.
I usually see Holly. She left. Another person, older woman was taking care of me. Hmmmmm that's not true actually she didn't take care of me. I asked for pink nails with a black modern french and pink toes. She kept insisting I get black on my toes. It went on for a while but (no pun intended) I put my foot down. She wasn't happy about that and it was downhill from there. Then she trued to change the pink I chose. I showed her a pic and told her I liked the pink I chose. Never ever ever have I had someone challenge me at a nail salon. I told her I like my nails round (like the ones I walked in with). She cut them down after I said leave the length and squared them off with sharp edges. The dog runs and jumps on all the guests. Took my sock out of my shoe during a pedi. They don't call for the dog. I love dogs and it's sad that he runs around there all day. The owner or manager and I talked and he blew me off, charged me full price and couldn't care less about pleasing the customer. There are way too many choices for salons to return to that mess. No she wasn't crying. She was laughing with the other person. I watched her the entire time. That is very untrue. I was very patient and kind to her. She will have the day she deserves
I have been going to Royal Nails and Spa for a few months now and I absolutely love it here. I will admit, I was hesitant at first because it was so easy to make an appointment with only a couple days notice, but they certainly did not disappoint. I have had a few different service providers, and while all were good, the two standouts are most definitely Trinity and Jenna (I believe it's Jenna, but I could have sworn she may have said Zenna... either way, she's amazing!!). Trinity has flawlessly executed many of the complex designs I requested and could never get anywhere else, and she never rolls her eyes or treats me poorly if I ask her to fix something (cut my cuticles a little more, make the tip of my nail a little slimmer, etc). She always seems very excited for a new challenge when I come in requesting a new design! Many of her designs are on their Instagram too, @royalnailsbridgeville. During my most recent visit to the salon I asked Trinity for a tortoise shell design, and she did an amazing job! I think I may ask for it again next time with different colors, because I absolutely LOVE the design. During my pedicure, she was extremely attentive to an ingrown toenail I had. Obviously removing ingrown toenails isn't a walk in the park for the person removing it AND the person having it removed, but she did an outstanding job getting it out with as little pain as possible, constantly checking in to make sure I was ok. My toe has never felt better than it does now! Jenna is VERY meticulous but still speedy with her technique. My best friend Lisa (who I frequent the salon with) usually has Jenna do her nails and she's always so impressed with her attention to detail when it comes to cutting the cuticles, designs, also ingrown toenails, and so on. She is also a great choice when asking for a service provider! I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure and they always exceed my expectations, which are already high because they never miss! The salon is always very clean and relaxing as well, and it's never been wildly busy or overwhelming. I think it could be an illusion of not being busy though because they have so many pedicure chairs and manicure stations, it would be insane if they were all filled to capacity. Regardless, it's a lovely atmosphere. I will continue to frequent Royal Nails and Spa and recommend it to anyone who needs a new salon!
I went there today for the first time. I was getting a full set of acrylics. I decided to go with the gel,i usually do dip. Overall i was pleased with the guy that did my nails. He was perfectionist and he settle for anything less than pecfect. It's a liite bit longer than what I am use to, but I dont mind that because of how nice my nails are ( it's better then the technician rushing through And messing your nails up ) my nails are flawless. Pecfect shape, pecfect lengh, pecfect color for Valentine. Highly recommend this place !!
Was going to another Salon in South Hills that used organic products but I really never felt like my feet were taken care of. Their services were around 50.00 for a pedicure. I decided to stop here cause it's very close to my home. 35.00 for a pedicure I awesome. The staff is so friendly & the salon is clean and bright. There is a very large selection of polish to choose from. The only thing I don't like is when they run the pedicure water it's really not as hot as I would like it to be.

Polish chipped off my nails (every nail) within 8 hours. Technician didn't buff nail bed to prep or wait until polish dried between applications/top coat. Manicure was rushed. Waste of $50. read more

My french tips look amazing! We had to wait a little to get service for our 5:30 appointment (we arrived a little late) since they were pretty busy even for a Tuesday evening. The place was sparkling clean and all the technicians were very pleasant. Price was fair for my gel manicure and pedicure. My fiance also came along for a spa/pedicure. Will definitely go back! read more
