Something I didn't know would be a good thing is that the skin care (massages, facials etc) are in a separate building next door (you just walk across the driveway). I immediately got to sit in a chair and get started on my manicure. They had COVID precautions implemented and there was only a total of 4 of us in the salon at once. The hour it took to get my nails done flew by-- I felt like I was sitting and chatting with a few girlfriends. Emalie was a perfectionist at what she did and she truly did a spectacular job! The salon was clean and didn't have a strong nail smell. I'm also not aware of any other salon that offers extra strength gel. Apparently this is supposed to last 3 weeks. Normal gel at other salons usually last 10 days for me. They really take the nail experience to the next level here. I will 110% be back!

Erica was off, but Suzie worked me in with Caitlin right after work. Woo! Her shampoo was really good. Very relaxing. Felt amazing after a crazy long day at work. And there's just something about someone else washing your hair, amirite? The shampoo, like Tina said, smelled so good. I'm still sniffing my hair an hour later. Haha. She made small talk about her dog, her son and her husband. I was really glad she didn't ask me a million questions, because I deal with that all day long. She made really quick work of my cut, I was only in the chair for about twenty minutes, style and everything! She gave me such a relaxing blowout. I almost fell asleep. My hair was perfect. I have been having wonderful experiences at Paul's Studio. It has recently been remodeled and is just beautiful. When you enter you feel so welcomed by the environment and the staff. They are very friendly and go out of their way to give you the best service that they can. I have always been very pleased with my service. First time visiting Paul's Studio and I was highly impressed. I didn't have an appointment and they took me right away in between appointments. They were quite busy for a weekday morning but the service was still fantastic and my pedicure is perfect. I highly recommend Tina! I would recommend an appointment and take cash for tipping!! read more

(Tracy) I went to sit down and he yelled across the room saying "you're not done" so I went back to him so he could finish shaping. He was very rough... made it feel like my nail was gonna break off. He fought with me. After I spoke up stating that I didn't like the shape of them and he said you should of said something before I started... WHICH I DID! He rushed my nails because I was a little past closing time. I spoke up again saying I wanted mate top coat. He said " you can let her know" (Tracy) and then painted them anyways I got moved back over to Tracy because she did my design. I had no problems with her. Overall: my nails look horrible... I paid way to much. My nails are clumpy the shape is terrible. I later went home to try to reshape them... and there is no fixing them. I added my own gems and it made them more bearable. But unfortunately. I will NEVER come back here. Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon.
