I've been here a few times, and I'm always pleased with the services. Today I had an appointment for a full set, I was called and asked if I would like to come early (it was a half hour before my appointment) so of course! I had Michael, he was fast, and very detail oriented. I didn't ask for any special designs, but he made sure the shapes were perfect, and I love them! I called for a last minute appointment as my usual place was booked, chose here due to good reviews and photos on their social medias. Reviews aren't always accurate with my experiences but I was pleasantly surprised. I had Michael as my nail tech and I was very happy. He took me right away at time booked which a lot of places do not do, run behind due to booking too close together. I asked for an ombre fill neutral with the index a sparkly glitter which I referenced the color from their IG page. Michael took his time but did so in a timely manner, asked if it was good several times, very neat, attention to detail, filed and sharpened better than most I've seen. They are absolutely perfect for me and I am picky with my nails! He even cleaned underneath which not enough techs at other salons do. It was only $55 which is a very reasonable price for this as most others charge $65 for ombre and two fingers with a different style. Parking is great! Very convenient area. Staff very nice, he made small talk which I appreciated (makes you wanna come back). They have a loyalty system where after so many visits you can get $10 off. Just probably had the worst pedicure I've ever received. Water was barely hot, nor did the lady even give me time to let them soak. The shape, color and massage were all horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I've gone to this nail salon many times and never had an issue but today I went in to get a full set and it was absolutely horrible. Super uneven nails, not shaped, colors didn't match in each hand, etc.. I had them "fixed" and they came out even worse the second time. At this point I asked for a partial refund and it was REFUSED?! I didn't yell or act ridiculous at all-again I know these people and I've been going for years with no issues on either side. They tried to make me look like I was being unreasonable (intentionally) in front of other customers. They kept saying "we will fix again! We will fix again!" ...at this point I've been there over 3 hours and the 2nd "fix" was horrendous so I wanted to GO. Eventually they agreed to a $15 refund on a $75 full set of destroyed nails..which is totally unreasonable. As the refund was being processed a man was shouting "you are just trying to get free nails. Don't refund her!!" He was super aggressive towards me..I'm sure he wouldn't have acted that way if another guy was around. I went back to my car and the owner approached me saying "People try to get free nails all the time! I don't think you are but I can't give you free nail. It's not my fault they look bad. "I don't want you to go telling people we do bad nails." (Still taking 0 accountability for the horrible job she did) She said she would give me a full refund if she could remove the nails-which wasn't an issue for me because they looked like garbage & I didn't want them anyway. She removed the nails, I got a refund and I tipped her for the removal because I WASN'T TRYING TO GET "FREE NAILS" & I'm NOT a piece of trash. I never thought I'd be giving Hot Nails a 1-star but here I am. I've gone since I was a little girl with my mom..after today I will NEVER go back & I'll happily spend my money elsewhere. lowering my rating to one star. this is the second time i've visited, and each time i've waited over 40 minutes. both times I had scheduled appointments, but still had to wait. the most recent time, I witnessed people getting serviced before me, although they had arrived after me. never returning here. The first time I went everything was fine, picked a neon green color nothing was transparent. Second visit, wanted a brown color, barely had any to choose from. Decided on the color 750 Fudgesicle gel. If you want a transparent tip this is the color because it is god awful & the lady would not do anymore layers to make it solid. She did 2 layers, which I understand is normal, but if the color is turning out transparent I did not want that. Based from the nail swatch of the color it was a complete solid brown. If they had to do four layers to get that color, then better be doing four layers on the customers. The lady walked off, I ended up painting most of my nails for the last layers. She was blaming it on the color, which again I don't care because do not show a solid nail swatch & expect me to be okay with transparency on my tips, which I get a longer oval shape. To sum up a bad experience, the lady's client came in & just wanted to rush me out so she didn't want to do any more layers. She was rude & tried to intimate me by staring at me, then walked away. Also, I went in for a 10:30 apt & didn't leave until almost 12:30 just for a gel fill. The owner also tried charging me $38 instead of $35. I paid $35, no tip. I had to paint my own nails because the lady walked off yet I still paid. Garbage business & communication skills with adult grown women. Also would like to add, the woman doing my nails said, "It doesn't matter nobody will be able to see." As if I pay & get my nails done for anyone else. I pay for a service for myself. Hello there, I was in yesterday for the first time.. I got a full set with acrylic and almond shape with A very simple black French tip design. The guy that did my nails ( I cant remember his name, maybe Tony?) was SO sweet. He was very gentle compared to other nail techs who can be very rough. He attempted to do my design exactly how I wanted. However... the nails themselves did not turn out well. Most nail tips don't fit sidewall to sidewall, the almond shape is crooked in almost all the nails and the design was not neatly done at all. Listen, I'm not one to complain about anything. I wasn't even going to send this because I felt so bad because the nail tech was so nice. I know I should have spoken up yesterday but by the time I left my nail tech and one other tech were the only ones left. at that point I had been there for a while and just wanted to leave. It also took an hour and a half when normally it only takes about 45 min to get a full set. I'm not here to shame this person but I haven't gotten my nails done is a really long time and i just spent $60 on them and am really really disappointed. You guys were referred to me by a good friend of mine. I got them done for an event I'm going to tomorrow and they look so bad I'm contemplating just having them removed. If there's anyway they can be redone tomorrow afternoon before I go to this show that would be greatly appreciated. Like I said ....I'm not one to complain or return services but I'm really let down by these nails. the rest of my experience was a pleasant one... the prices were reasonable,everyone was super nice and they got me in quickly... but the end result is very disappointing. Out of Towner here that goes to lots of nail salons. Made appointment for 3 pedicures. Got right in at appointment time on a a Saturday and they were extremely busy ( a good sign). Kids pedicure was quick but good enough for a kid. Adult pedicure was basic and nice. Baggies for the heels and very short massage. Took time cleaning and prepping toes. Nothing special or out is the ordinary just a basic pedicure. Good: clean utensils. Friendly staff. Lots of gel colors and dip. Prices are fair. Bad: not a lot of basic polish. Very limited colors. Lots of gel colors. Seems like they want you to upgrade to the gel ($15 more). Not my style on my toes cause I get pedi every 2 weeks and love the relaxing part of it. So I don't need my polish to stay on long term like gel would. Wouldn't do the simple design my daughter wanted on her toes but did something close ( not really) Seemed a bit rushed but I guess you get what you pay for. $30 basic pedi. $40 deluxe and $20 kids under 10. Would I come back? Maybe. But I'd probably try another place first. Just not feeling it here. read more

Went and had a pedicure this am and once I got home I noticed that my feet were still very dry and calluses werent shaved down. Was not very happy. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to come back to the salon to get it fixed. She was very apologetic and made sure to rectify the situation. Cold and dreary outside and my toes need love. Made an appointment and although it was packed when I walked in my pedicure was started within 5min of being there. Staff is quiet and diligent. Pedicure was good - decided on a gel polish so I could put my socks and shoes back on (it's 35 degrees outside). $45 well spent. We had called to make an appointment for our daughters 8th birthday with a few of her friends to get their toes & nails painted. The workers explained the party package, price, etc... we scheduled our party a few days out for 3pm. When we arrived the Hott nails employees wouldn't even greet us, let alone speak to us. We had stated we made the appointment for the birthday party, but they ignored us. They took two other women who arrived after us & still wouldn't acknowledge my daughter & her friends appointment. This is my first time here and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is very sophisticated and relaxing. They are very clean and well designed. I was a little nervous because came for a pedi but did not schedule an appointment and was on a time crunch. That wasn't an issue at all. I was seated and started as soon as I walked in. They offer a free drink, water, wine, etc. They give the best foot massage ever! A lot of the other customers appeared to be regulars, and were on first name basis with the nail techs. I love that kind of service, as it makes you feel valued and welcomed. I will certainly visit them again the next time I am in town! My friend came here for her prom nails & got her nails done today 5/5/21. They were absolutely nothing like she asked for, when she asked her to fix them they told her they were "too busy." She proceeded to ask for a partial refund or for them to be fixed and they replied with "I've never gotten a complaint before" & basically told her she was beat. She then proceeded to do the next girls nails and ignored us while we asked to fix her nails. Well! This was my first visit to Hott Nails although it comes out recommended by my daughters. It was a pedicure of firsts for me. Before I go into that, let me say that the place was clean, the employees were very friendly, there wasn't any rushing or convincing. My technician was Lilly!! She was super friendly and super focused. I didn't have to sit long upfront but got in the chair fairly quick. Now for the firsts (if you are easily grossed out please stop reading). I have had an on going re-occurring nail fungus on my toe!!! While other salons don't use gloves for everyone (at least ones I have been to) here they do so I didn't have to deal with the problem toe person feelings that I have felt in the past. Secondly, Lily got out that nail filer thing -that is used for acrylics (sorry don't know the professional name of it) ... and just like that, that ugly fungusified toe looked normal!! I am happy to report than even before this visit the new growth is without fungus so....that helped a lot!!! The process pre polishing was like the podiatrist - but while the podiatrist is just trying to trim them back period. Lily trimmed them back and make them look presentable! The other first was a baggy for the heel with lotion to soften your heels....genius!!!! What a great useful practical step!!! I went to Hott Nails to get manicures and pedicures for my cousin's wedding. The experience at the salon was great, and I found the staff to be friendly. I got solar nails put on, which are supposed to last 3 weeks-a month. Not even 10 days after my appointment, three of my nails came off, with a few other ones loose. When calling the salon about this and nicely asking how they could help me, hoping to get a discounted or free fill, I was told that there was nothing they could do. I'm upset with the outcome because I loved the design of my nails, however paying $50 for my solar nails to not even last 10 days has me pretty frustrated. read more
