It was my first time going here for a male classic pedicure and manicure. The place is nice and the workers are very friendly. The only thing was, not being familiar with going for these services or anything very being here, I was kind of confused. The biggest thing was when I was done, nobody came to ring me up, but they didn't explain how to pay and leave a tip on their tablet they used for payment. When I tapped my card, it completed the transaction. When I go back, I'll know for next time, but if they had someone take a minute to show me, I could have known how to use the tablet and tipping system. read more

Cozy Nail Spa is the cutest addition to the area! I decided to check them out, as I saw on Facebook that they're offering 20% off all services in July for first time patrons. From the moment I walked in, the staff and the environment were super welcoming. Everything was very clean and modern, with plenty of seats for both manicures and pedicures. I scheduled a deluxe pedicure, and it was amazing! The chairs are very unique and give off futuristic vibes, as well as provide many massage options. My appointment was with Debbie, and she really took her time with a great massage complete with lotions warm towels, and a hot stone finish. They offer so many levels of manis and pedis, from basic to premium, at a range of price options for every budget. I was very impressed with how many color options they have, too! read more

So this was my second visit and while the nail technician was friendly, they were running about 25 minutes behind, and there was somebody already backed up after me. So my manicure was rushed to say the least. I had noted that I really needed attention on my cuticles, but they were cut nearly dry And as a result look bad a day later. My Polish bubbled by the end of the day because of the coats were either too thin or put on too fast. Well, I like the place I don't want my manicure to be rushed and the attention to detail is important. read more

ABSOLUTELY NOT. i had my nails done by this place twice each time my gel polish was peeling off the same day i got them done. i went back 3 times to get my polish fixed, he also tried charging me to get it fixed. will not be going back again. also, i got a pedicure that only lasted 10 minutes & they didn't even scrub my feet with anything. read more

I used to be a regular here. Until I had my nails done by Train. I had an extremely rude and unpleasant experience. I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted to be in the salon, which you should feel relaxed and welcomed when you go to get your nails done. The owner and Jessica were so kind and sweet. But, since my service with Train, I am now going to look for a new regular nail salon. It is unfortunate, because I used to love going here. But I am going to find a new place. read more

Been here a few times, like every salon it depends on who you get. The owner is excellent and knows what she's doing....however I was there recently and had someone that cut my finger and continued to hit it with the drill throughout the manicure. Then became sarcastic after I yelped for the fourth time. I don't need attitude while I'm getting my nails done. More training is necessary. read more

Nice environment, some of the staff aren't so friendly. I hate the fact so many people work on you- so who do I tip?!? My last experience, which was my 3rd time visiting this salon. my nail technician was rude. As I was done paying my 3 year old went over to give her a tip and she just snatched it, didn't say a word..I'm sorry, but u could have at least told my toddler thank you! She was very ungrateful.
