The biggest thing was when I was done, nobody came to ring me up, but they didn't explain how to pay and leave a tip on their tablet they used for payment. Because there was no shortage of staff, I was seen quickly and my nails were done within 45 minutes. And my nails looked good! I can't remember the name of my tech, but she was quick and concise and gave me exactly what I wanted. All too often, nail techs do what they think is best without listening and that wasn't the case here. I was only in the McMurray area temporarily so I don't know if I'll be back soon, but if I am, this will definitely be my go to nail place!
