I paid $155 + tip in December for a nail service at Blue Sky Nails and my nails started breaking almost immediately. One nail became so damaged it was halfway broken and extremely painful. I had to spend the holidays with two bandaged fingers, which was honestly humiliating for the price I paid. When I contacted the technician asking to fix her work, she told me to go to someone else. I made an appointment with another tech at the same salon and she called the same day to say she wouldn't see me, then hung up when I asked why. I also had a January 10 appointment already in their system (with text reminders), but they refused to honor it. For a business charging premium prices, the service, professionalism, and accountability were extremely disappointing. Now I have to wait until they grow out for how painful my broken nails are and find a highly skilled nail tech to carefully repair the damage so I don't injure my natural nails further. I had the best pedicure here, they treat basic pedicure with more services than other shops. I had all of the typical steps then oil, lotion, massage on legs, etc for same price. She was very neat, friendly, and did so well for me. Highly recommend, great price for the current pedicure prices in the area. Just ignore my ugly wide feet but got little sparkles too. read more

This was my second time coming here. I only had came here because my go to stop was booked up for the day and I was in desperate need of a new set. Now I know that this place is super popular and is known for their nail art but I am a simple gal and just get a solid color either white or light pink dip powder. I got these nails done Saturday the 29th and they are already cracking and falling off in tiny bits on a couple nails in one week! I noticed the cracks by day 4. Dip powder at my go to spot lasts me up to 3 weeks so this is definitely not okay. The girl that did my nails was super nice too but maybe she was distracted and didn't take extra care of my nails because she was the only one taking calls and booking appointments every 5 minutes in her book. Originally made an appointment with one tech and then was pushed off to another. If I wanted the tech I was pushed off too I would have scheduled the appointment with them. The nails were not done accordingly and when I called back the same day to get the issue resolved, the soonest appointment was not for days later. I originally scheduled for a service that would take longer and when I got there, then I was told they didn't have the time. Language barrier is a huge issue it's obvious when you try to get a certain issue resolved. Called back and asked for refund since there was no guarantee I would get what I wanted and was given some bs analogy as to why I couldn't get my money back. Needless to say, tired of being bamboozled and pushed off and paying for services that are not to what I request and with no other recourse to waste more time and risk the health of my nails. read more

Blue Sky Nails was taken over by new owners about a year ago. It is owned by sisters, Cam & Roxy. I followed Cam from her previous nail salon and I would follow her anywhere. She does a great job and she gets to know what all of her customers like and does each to their preferences.. she always makes sure you are happy and she and her sister are both so neat, clean and professional.... the both have a good work ethic and pleasant demeanor. I am a regular at Blue sky nails and have been for years. I really think that Kathy tries her best to run a good business. Everyone who works there is really nice and they do a good job most of the time. Brooke, Jasmine, Jen and Kay always do a great job! Sometimes I do feel like they rush to try to make the costumers happy. Not gonna lie sometimes my nails come out wonky but I never make appointments and I always just see whoever is the first available. Worst nail salon in town.I have been getting my nails done for15 years. Decided to try BlueSky. My nails were put on crooked.Told the owner who was doing my nails wanted them fixed .She ignored me.Got an attitude with me.So after my nails dried gave her the amount I owed and no tip.She noticed that for sure.Tried to be nice to me then.I walked out of the shop. They have attitudes there like they do not want to be there.My money spends anywhere. I don't need to be treated this way. Will never go there again. read more

As I was in chair getting the mani the girl doing it was more worried about the walk in she started a pedi on than finishing up my mani! Which by the way was horrendous! Seriously, just don't. I have been getting my nails done for years and I've NEVER been in so much pain. My feet have scrapes all over them and they feel like they're on fire. It was so uncomfortable, not an enjoyable pedicure at all. I have NO idea what shape my nails are. They had to be repainted. After I went outside and saw how atrocious they looked, I went back in and she had to scrape the gel off and repaint them. They still don't look great. I've been to many nail salons, and sadly this is the worst. The only good thing I can say is the girls that worked there during my visit were extremely nice. This is now called Blue Sky Nail Salon. I will not be going back. They do not recognize that you are a loyal customer with an appointment and will take any walk-in before you. One day I had an appointment, showed up to it only to have them tell me that the stylist had gone to the airport to "pick up her friend's mother". They never bothered to call me, or offer me another stylist. They made an appointment for me for the next day, only to have to sit there while they took a walk- in before me. My wait would have been an hour and a half. I left. Something similar to this happened a few months ago also. read more

Terrible-will never go back. Arrived at 5:55 with a friend for 6:00 pedi appointments. 3 other people arrived shortly after we did. They also had 6 o'clock appointments. There were only three nail technicians working. At 6:20 PM my friend and I were seated in the pedi chairs and our feet soaked in cold water. We had to ask for the water to be warmed up. At 7 PM we still were not waited on and told we would have to wait another 20 minutes. At that point we left. The salon itself was dirty. The floor was sticky and there were ants crawling on food on the floor. The nail polish bottles looked old and the polish separating. This neighborhood nail salon is a gem. I patronize it every 4 to 5 weeks for a gel French manicure (yes, mine last THAT long), which is done expertly every time. I've also taken my 6 year old daughter there for their kids' manicure/pedicure special on occasion and she loves it. The staff is very attentive (to kids and adults) and professional. If you're in a hurry, I'd suggest making an appointment. Don't forget to have cash on hand for a tip. These folks definitely deserve it. read more

I came here for the first time to get my nails done for homecoming. I got a full set of acrylics that lasted for 3 weeks ( the longest I've ever had them last for) for around $25. The staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all for my appointment ( I was a walk in) and was treated very well. I have since then been going to Miss Saigon for all my manicures and pedicures and am always very pleased with my overall experience. I recommend Miss Saigon Nail Salon to everyone. read more

It was "ok", I'm from out of town and was looking for a quick pedicure and gel nails. The wait was almost an hour (fine...nbd I didn't have an appt), but the lady doing my nails seemed annoyed that she had to work. She aggressively cut my toenails super short and curved the cut which I thought was a huge "no-no" in the industry. Anyway, they came out looking fine - just soooo short. As for the gel nails - it was also "ok". It took a while and she reprimanded me for not knowing how the UV light thingy worked. I get gel on a regular basis at about 4 different salons in my hometown (based on whether i'm going there from work, home, etc.), and I've never seen the kind of contraption they have at Miss Saigon, so I thought she was a bit unnecessarily rude about it. The price was comparable to other places I've been. If I'm in the area again I would try a different place. Nail salons are on every street corner so the lack of customer service effort was a drag. On another note, I did see they had small pedicure chairs for kids which my 6 y/o would LOVE, so that was a plus. read more
