Today was my second visit to Roxy Nails. I had pink and white gel done 3 weeks ago for an event, and decided that they were too long and unmanageable, so today I went to have them removed and get a regular gel manicure. Both times I have been there, I was greeted promptly by the owner. He was very friendly and upbeat. While I was starting to get my tips removed, the owner suggested that I take advantage of a pedicure, as I was going to have to soak my nails for a while. I hadn't planned it but it was $54 total for a gel mani and pedi, with the removal of my tips. On both occasions I have had technicians that do not talk much, but they are friendly enough. Kevin, the owner, makes up for that. He tries to talk to people. They do have a small, sweet little dog that has free run of the shop, so if you are afraid of dogs you might not want to go there, but I am totally a dog person so it is fine with me. read more

Just got mani pedi gel nails done with my daughter with Bon and another tech and they were so attentive and my nails came out the best! Best place in the area! Very clean and good service! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Salon is clean, bright and spacious. Mani & pedi was very well done and the drying station worked well.

the owner told me come in and they would fix my nail polish that came o in 4 days. so I went yesterday and the manager refuses to fix my nails while yelling at me saying the product only last 4 days! that she said take my business elsewhere. very rude and unprofessional! I've gotten my nails done for years and never had a problem. take your money and go to someone who appreciates business! they put a drop of nail polish on. at those higher prices not worth it! read more

Bon is great- the salon s beautiful inside, and I am always happy with my services I receive (mostly pedicures, but have had manicures and waxing) read more

Just okay, nail technician was rough. It's difficult to enjoy what should be a relaxing experience when you're in pain. The way my nails were done wasn't impressive either. I was looking for my new salon. My search will have to continue. read more

Love Roxy nails! Great service and friendly atmosphere. I send all my family and friends here. From head to toe, they've got you covered!

Love this salon!!! My colleague introduced me and I am so pleased with all the things about it. I definitely am a repeat client .

This was my first time here and I had an enjoyable experience. I called right when they first opened on a Saturday to see if I could come in for a gel fill and a pedi. She was polite on the phone and said come right by. The place is new since they moved and is very clean and modern. They have tons of color options hanging on the walls. The older woman who did my pedicure was nice but was a little rough on my feet. The water was chilly and it wasn't my most favorite pedicure I've had. The other people seemed to be a bit more experienced who I saw doing other people's pedis. The owner did my fill on my nails and was pleasant. She was efficient so I wasn't there all morning and they turned out nice. I was glad the prices are reasonable compared to many other salons too. They offer some facial waxing services as well and have an atm onsite which is nice. Like most salons they accept credit cards but like you to tip in cash only. read more

My daughter and I stopped in today for a couple of gel mani/pedis. We did not have an appointment but were greeted nicely and treated promptly as walk-ins. $69 for gel mani/gel pedi. If we had done gel mani and regular pedi it would have been $49. All of our nail techs did an excellent job. We will be back. Much, much better than the nail place I usually visit at the mall. read more

I have just came from my first visit to this salon. Let me start by saying I am very picky. I am very very happy and have found my go to salon. Con was so sweet and quick but meticulous. She is so sweet and personable. I have heard good things about Roxy Nails and I see why. The salon is beautiful and very very clean. The location and parking is also a plus. I plan on going back within a week for a relaxing pedicure. Thank you Von. I am so glad I found you !! read more

The place was clean, the people were nice and the work was great. Quick, friendly, professional. Did not engage in conversations with each other to the exclusion of the customers. read more

Love this nail salon Kevin always does a wonderful job on my nails. And Bon does fantastic pedicures. I have been doing them two for a long time. read more

Staff is friendly, but they charge more than other nail salons for a regular manicure with normal polish, and they don't do an actual manicure! I thought it was a mistake the first time, but when I went back the next time and specifically asked if she was going to do my cuticles, she said yes, and didn't do them!! I can pay $10 cheaper to get a manicure elsewhere. read more

Love this place! Went here until I moved out of Bethel Park and I go back when I am back at home. Kevin is awesome, does great work and is very fun and friendly to chat with. They have tons of colors to choose from, gel and regular polish. I would recommend! Definitely one of the better nail salons in Bethel Park. read more

Fat white lady did my nails with an attitude. I complimented her many times & she rudely ignored me. She took her next customer with ease & spoke kindly to her while doing her nails. Would not recommend read more

This is much better and cheaper than uppity places (like La Pomponnee where I paid $60 for a gel mani for Thanksgiving that chipped two days later and had 3 entire nails peeled off within one week). The owner is friendly. They have tons of options including powder dip which is relatively new to our city. I love it here. $40 for dip powder mani, and mani/pedi combos are cheap too. It sometimes takes a while, but that's one drawback to the overall benefit of allowing walk-ins which is super convenient for most busy schedules. Overall, I love Roxy Nails. read more

I had a lousy experience. Communication sucks and nail tech did a lousy job on my nails. Would not recommend!! I think I'm being very generous giving then a 1 star rating!! read more

I am so confused by all of these great reviews. I wish I could give a great review but I can't!! My experience is awful. The girl with a cheetah print tattoo on her left arm did my nails and she was so unbelievably sloppy!!! She didn't file them or smooth them out. She just stuck my fingers in the dip and slapped on clear coat. The very next day all of the clear coat started to peel off. It's now been 5 days and since she did my nails and 4 nails have lost all of the clear coat. I'm not sure if it's cheap products they use or if it's her that didn't do something right. I'm very disappointed because according to these other reviews I thought this place was going to be great. I would've even taken just good or ok. They are awful!!! I will just stick with my other nail salon! read more

Very bad service and very bad attitude. Especially the boss (an Asian guy I think Kevin?). He is not ashamed of showing his shallowness to every customer. He just keeps talking about "hot Asian girls' on Instagram and about 'how much money people have'. He makes me feel like since I am poor and ugly I shouldn't be visiting his nail place. But yeah I never returned. read more

Absolutely love this place! First time going and plan on coming back. Everyone was really nice plus they speak English fluently which is awesome. I only got French Tips but definitely looking forward to something different when I go back. They did such a nice job! read more

Roxy Nails - French Tips - Nail Salons Near Me - Bethel Park, Pennsylvania

I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately I could not. I am from Chicago and was visiting my fiance's family in Pittsburgh so after asking to his friend's wife for a place to do my nails, I took a ride there. The owner Kevin was very friendly and offered me a gel manicure which I thought it was the way to go since New Years celebration was coming up. As soon as I sat, Kevin filed my nails then send one of the nail technician to add the gel polish onto my nails...Ugh? Already? I asked: Are n' t your going to remove my cuticles and clean the inside of my nails? She said ..Oh you want a nail manicure spa? Then I said well I thought that was included on the $25 dollar price the were charging for the gel manicure. To my surprise the friendly owner said no. It was very disappointing to find out that here a gel manicure does not include the basics: Soaking your hands on water, cleaning them and removing the cuticles. I should have walked out of that place but since I did not know where else to go and had a place to be after, I didn't have a choice but letting her finish while they have started. I am not sure if this happened because they knew I was from out of town or what, but the truth is next time I am in Pittsburgh I won't be visiting you Roxy nails. read more

I went into this salon at 530 on a Wednesday evening there were only two other customers in the bldg. I normally have the same girl do my nails, but she was doing another ladies nails so they gave me to another lady as I was explaining what I wanted done she had a hard time understanding I tried my best to explain,it was pretty simple ,she rolls her eyes at me and begins to get rude. I am not gonna let her roll her eyes at me when I tip these girls 20 per visit. There are 10 or more nail salons in this fiver mile radius. I won't ever walk in there again they only do an ok job anyway read more

I would NEVER recommend this place. If you like nail art or expect to have your dead skin filed off of your feet, this is not the place. The owner, Kevin was very rude to me after I said I was unhappy with the service, he actually screamed at me in front of other customers and then ACTUALLY SAID IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ; "You are only going to tip her $10?" That was actually OVER 20%!!!!!!! Polished Nail Salon is right down the street and I would recommend it!!! read more
