First time at nail pretty and I was impressed! After going to another place in the Mt. Lebo area and being left unhappy multiple times, I decided to try this place out. Received a gel pedi and he did an awesome job. Feet are super smooth (I have dancer feet so I'm very pleased with that) and a nice time spent on the massage. Price is very fair, I paid an extra 15 for the gel which was expected. I was the only one in the salon which was also nice. Super clean and modern, highly recommend! Desperate need of a pedicure and they had an opening right away. It's clean and the staff is nice. I just like more of a relaxing atmosphere for the money (I would go just for the massage chairs), and the time spent on the pedicure was minimal. We will see how it lasts (I'm spoiled by my regular person), and depending on that, I may return in a pinch. read more

Came back a second time in June to get a mani pedi for vacation. The same guy who gave me a great pedicure the first time rushed through, and seemed upset that I wanted acrylics instead of just a regular gel manicure. He suggested dip powder and I went for it after a recommendation from another patron after being told it lasts longer than acrylics. The experience was long and the ending result was lackluster to say the least. He didn't buff the nails after the dip so they ended up looking too thick and not uniform. One of the nails popped off a week later so I went back to have them removed because I was 100% dissatisfied. I wasn't offered a refund, but I was offered a discount on my next full set which is useless because I'm obviously never going back. This was a one time incident so I don't want this to deter people from going because I did have a wonderful first experience and it seems like the other two women doing nails are pros. I just think I caught the dude nail tech on a bad day. Go try them for yourself! read more

I had a dip powder manicure and standard pedicure done. I'm thrilled with the results! Michelle took her time and paid such attention to detail. The shape and length of my nails were perfect! This is the third nail salon I've tried this year as I haven't been satisfied with the service or durability of the dip. I got a spa pedicure and dip powder manicure ($40!). I can't speak to the longevity of the dip yet, but they are gorgeous. They use Kiarra Sky brand. Brian was meticulous, but quick. The shape is exactly what I asked for. Each nail treatment ends with a shoulder massage and hand massage. The pedicure was AMAZING ($38 and up). It was about an hour long with a 10 minute leg/foot massage and callous removal. The salon is very clean, they're extremely friendly, and I didn't feel like he rushed at all. I truly was pampered and am hoping the dip lasts so I can finally settle on a salon. The prices are way less than I've paid elsewhere for mediocre services. read more

I got my nails done here and they were crooked... i also asked for square acrylic nails and some of them are oval shaped... if your getting acrylic i dont recommend this place but dip or pedi i definitely do!! I don't recommend this salon. Today I had the skin on the little toe sides of my feet rasped off so roughly that my skin was bleeding. The technician on both the pedicure and manicure was so VERY rough. I will not go back. I hope the scrapes on my feet heal quickly. read more

I recently visited Nail Pretty in Mount Lebanon for a manicure. I was very pleased with the result. The nail tech who gave me the manicure was Sandy. She was very professional and I had no problem speaking with her and explaining what I wanted. The store was very clean and looks to be practically brand new. There was a plexiglass barrier at the work station between me and Sandy, so I felt extra safe even though we both wore masks. They gave me a cookie and a bottle of water on the way out, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely be back. read more

Weird thing is sometimes random days they are closed? Check your pedicure. Paid $10 extra for callus removal, then they slip your shoes on before they paint your nails. Makes sense until you get home & see what was missed. Some of my finger cuticles weren't even pushed back. Went back a few days later, and scheduled a do-over. Not so nice this time. When I asked about all of the loose skin, I was told it would be another $10! Could have done a better job myself. read more

I had the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I have been to Nails pretty before and had Brian, who is very nice and speaks English well. This time I had the older man with the long ponytail. He was incredibly rude, he was mad because I could not relax my hand. The more he said relax in a stern voice the more my hand tensed up. He said nothing to me at all. Well I asked if he had any pets and he told me no and that they were dirty. He became even more aggravated and starting breathing heavy with disgust. I was trying to talk to Brian. My nails looked very think after he put the color on, so he went o er rhwm twice with 2 different drills. At the end he started talking to Brian in his native tongue and I knew he was talking about me, you could just tell. When you get your nails done it should be fun and enjoyable, not the case with this person. I paid and tipped, but I will never go back. I tried to call and talk to Brian and tell him how upset I was but this guy wouldn't put Brian on the phone. If he keeps treating people like crap, he will not have any customers. read more
