However I just feel the need that people need to be aware of this place & the rude lady there! I called Sassy's and told the receptionist my problem and she said yes come up and we can have someone fix them for you! She was extremely pleasant! I of course expected to pay to have them fixed! She grabbed my hands and briefly looked at my nails and said "they are good they look fine for you". I politely again tried to tell and show her that they were supposed to be coffin shaped but one hand was somewhat coffin shape and one hand was squared. One hand the nails were longer than the other! She again said "no they are good, fine for you"! I said so you're saying you won't or can't fix them and she said "no, they are good"! If that's how you treat a potential new client that is willing to pay full price just for a fix and tip you well then you should not be in business! Lady your attitude sucks!!!! You obviously need to learn some some business etiquette and loose your damn attitude!!!! By the way......I went to your competitor in the same mall and they saw that my nails were not "good / fine for me" and were more than happy to fix them and gain a new client and she did a fantastic job!!!!
