Always great!! Always comfortable and mindful of every repeat client as far as I have noticed. I am still coming here after 6 years... I am verrrry ultra sensitive to drills and filing but never disappointed. They are all very patient with me and I have gotten to experience now every Nail Tech and I feel comfortable booking with anyone that is on the schedule when I call :) read more

I have been sending my daughter here for years. I booked with the nail tech she has been booking with for a year now, and today she had an appointment for a very special event. I booked with the normal tech; however, she was seated with another tech who made the nails way too short, and along with that, she is having extreme pain in her cuticles. read more

My favorite nail salon in the area! The girls (and guys) are so sweet, the vibes are relaxing, and they do quality work. So glad they expanded into the space next door...seems easier to get a last-minute appointment lately. read more

Took my elderly mother here and let's just say this place is filled with nothing other than amazing people. The staff are so patient and actually care about you and your services! Will certainly be back! read more

I was pretty disappointed with this experience. When we arrived, having made an appointment for two pedis, the only two staff working were focused on an existing customer for over 30 minutes, while we just sat. When we got our pedis, they were one at a time, and very painful. Both my mom and I had cuts on our toes afterwards because the technician was so rough. My mom's foot was openly bleeding. We paid $70 for my gel pedi and $55 for her acrylic, before they asked about tip! (Not to mention, the TV selection was loud infomercials). We left feeling anything but relaxed. read more

I've visited Nail INC a few times with different techs and always have wonderful results. I appreciate that their prices are competitive. Often the tech is running behind but the staff will do what they can to get you set up for your tech. I never mind because they take their time and make sure you are happy throughout the experience. My regular manicure held up almost as long as my gel (2 weeks!) which is pretty impressive. My pedicure is on week 3 and is as fresh as day 1. I appreciate the quality and consistency that Nail INC offers. read more

My first time at Nail Inc based on a recommendation from a friend. Mike was my nail tech and was fantastic. I was his last customer too, he didn't rush, he took the time and through the entire process kept asking me if I liked my nails and if he could do anything differently. I think I found the nail salon and the tech I like. read more

We were able to get an appointment quickly and it was a lovely experience. The nail techs are friendly professional and talented. Loved my pedicure! Highly recommend read more

Friendly staff, clean facility and pays attention to detail. I'm pretty picky about my nails and had yet to find a place since moving to PA and this is now my fav spot! I drive over 20min to go as well read more

This is the best nail place in Pittsburgh no questions asked. The staff if friendly, kind and so so so welcoming. I get a dip mani and it lasts 4 weeks if I let it. The attention to detail is *chefs kiss*. The place is clean and organized... Honestly don't know what more you could ask for. read more

I'm new to the area, and have been searching for a great salon I can depend on. I came to get a gel mani change and a Nail Inc pedi- Jada was very attentive and efficient. I did not feel like she rushed, and I am very happy with the shape and condition of my nails. read more

Nail INC - Gel mani - Nail Salons Near Me - Sewickley, Pennsylvania

Best salon I have been to! Superb service! Wonderful place! Staff is extremely friendly!

Great service and wonderful employees and owner. Love that they offer you a beverage and don't pressure you with upgrades. My nails always look great after I come here. read more

I called ahead to schedule my appointment, the person that answered was nice. When I arrived I wasn't asked my name, wasn't told what anyone's name was. The lady smiled doing a pedi so that was nice. I was offered water or wine. The salon is getting remodeled & looks nice. I was disappointed with my experience though. The nail tech kept getting out of her seat to walk around the salon, answer the phone, handle money, write in their appointment book etc. She didn't wash her hands after this or change her gloves. She would stop & go right back to doing my nails. I think this is unsanitary. This is a good way to pass germs & get a nail infection. A nail tech should be present with a client until finished with their nails. Also pay attention to detail & be sanitary in their salon. It's too bad because I noticed there is some good reviews. You can pay with card but there's a charge for card payments fyi, atm & also Venmo. Also yes she changed her gloves but not every time she got up to do something. I shouldn't have to ask a nail tech to change their gloves. I was very nice about it when I asked & told her thank you. As an owner cleanliness should be important to you. Call me regarding this, thank you. read more

I have no idea why Yelp has filtered out the other 5 star reviews of this place, it's a 5 star spot. There are a few other places I've been to in the area that are also very good but Nail INC is by far the best. With each of the last 3 manicures that I have had there, I thought to myself "I don't think I've ever had this much attention to detail on my nails before." Beyond the quality of service, the space is very clean, the staff is very friendly, & the prices are fair. I've already recommended this place to my friends but more people need to know about this new gem in Sewickley! read more

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone there was friendly & I'm OBSESSED with the deep green dip manicure I got (Seriously, I can't stop staring at my nails..thanks, Johnny)! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Nail INC - color "keep off the lawn" - Nail Salons Near Me - Sewickley, Pennsylvania

Omy! I am not sure if it is because this place is in snobby Sewickley or just because, but I will not be returning. Everyone was super unfriendly, absolutely no conversation or "how are you today?" from anyone! Even the customers had permanent B* faces on the entire visit! The manicurist was sloppy and filed off half of my skin instead of the nail! Never again. read more

Had one of the best mani and pedi that I can remember. The place was clean and everyone professional and friendly.

Wow, as a man I can tell you I feel welcome here! I don't get a manicure pedicure very often, but when I went here I immediately felt comfortable and VIP. The decor is sleek and all the tools and chairs are brand new. I could tell my specialist had years of experience. 5 stars and nothing less for this first class nail salon. read more

Hit or miss...depends who you get. They do take a long time...forget about making an appointment as they do not stick to times. Cute place but mostly young nail techs that do not have enough experience. read more

Super clean and very neatly designed! Loved The entire staff, not what I was expecting from a nail salon in Sewickley. I will definitely be back! Ask for Angela!! read more

I went in there 15ish minutes early for my appointment and they took me right away which was nice. I showed the mom of the girls a picture of the nails I wanted (a simple light blue to pink ombré) and she said she couldn't do them but her daughter could so she would just put the tips on. She put the tips on and everything was fine then I waited about an hour for the daughter to finish with her other client so I just sat in the chair with the long tips on. Once I finally saw the daughter she used a completely different blue power then what I had picked out originally but I didn't say anything because she was a professional so I thought she knew better than me. Once we got to her starting to ombre, I thought it didn't look right but it was my first time getting ombre so I wasn't sure and again she was the professional so I thought she would fix it by filing them. She did file them but they looked AWFUL and nothing like the picture. The colors weren't even similar to the picture I showed her. The only good thing about my nails are the shape. Some of my nails aren't even ombred there is a CLEAR line between the two colors. I should have told her they didn't look good but I did not want to be mean so I just payed and left. I would not recommend going here. read more
