Hey Envy Nails, it's extremely rude to clearly bad mouth customers and laugh at them in your language. I don't speak your language but I'm aware enough to know when someone is bad mouthing me with their coworkers and snickering about me. Why do nail places do this? Could they be any more rude? This happened to me here at my toe polish change when I said I just wanted the polishing part, no cutting or filing. I cut my toenails at home bc I hate the way most places do it. So when I told her just polish, the woman proceeded to grill me 5-6 times and making me explain myself over and over. Then the badmouthing and snickering started in her language. I really should have grabbed my coat and left. The polish was a messy job. I was there with my daughter and her toe Polish was messy and uneven too. I shouldn't have even tipped but I did anyway. I handed my lady a $5 and she couldn't even so much as look up from her phone when I gave it to her! Rude AF, terrible at polishing. We won't be coming back. read more

Today if I could give zero stars I would. I've been going to this salon off and on for 6 years. The last two times were a bad experience. Hoping it was just a fluke. I went back today and today was the worst service I have ever had in that nail salon or any other for that matter. I had an appt for 1:30, didn't get started until 2:30, mean while walkins were being told there Would be 15-20 min wait, and actually left before me. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and very rough, cutting my toe twice. I told her twice what color I wanted. We moved on to my nails and it was a swift trip downhill from there. She cut my nails way to short, ruined the shape, which was almond, and used the wrong color. I had two tips on my right hand that she refused to fill because they "looked smooth." By the time I realized she had the wrong color I was so mad I just let her paint them so I could get the heck out of there. When I went to pay ($80) and I told the receptionist what had happened, all she said was "I'm sorry". I should have asked for a manager but at that point I was so angry I had to leave. It's really nice to pay $80 for a basic pedicure, something I didn't ask for on my nails, and really bad customer service. Will not be going back there again. Ever. read more

I got a pedicure here and it was fine, however, I went back to get dip on my nails and it was awful. I showed the lady doing my nails some of the issues but her fixing it kinda just was making it worse. Worst pedicure ever! Didn't even last 20 minutes. She rushed through it, no personality, and no callus removal. Really disappointed.

Basically some of the rudest women around. If someone gave you a gift card be sure you are going to the salon on your card...there are three of these salons and they don't honor each other's gift cards. The woman was extremely rough. She pounded the top of my feet like a punching bag. I have had many pedicures and this one rates at the very bottom. And to add insult to injury, this morning my nail on right foot is raggy and grabbing the sheets and I just had the m done yesterday. I'm sick of these women and their nasty attitude! read more

I came for a pedi and a full set of tips with gel polish. Max usually did my nails but he no longer works there. Sy did my pedi- he was fast and rough. He pulled a hang nail on my big toe. It pulled deep and hurt really bad and kept bleeding. He kept applying the blue bleed stop liquid. I told him to let it rest so it could clot. He also did not trim the cuticle or file the top of my nails to smooth them. My toes and toe nails are tiny but I think a better job could have been done I asked who the manager was and he said he didn't know. The pedi was $30 And full set of tips w dip polish was $50. I paid $80 cash and he put it in the drawer at his station. Not the cash register. seemed odd. Sy was friendly and concerned about the bleeding. I'm ok with my tips. But the pedi was painful. Update...so my nail dip that should last at least 2 weeks did not happy at all!! So I came here out of convenience and really hoped it would be my new go to place for nails but obviously this was not in the cards for me. I was here on Friday June 22nd, the day before vacation to get a nail dip and gel pedicure done. The dip manicure was okay as the corners at the base of some of my nails were missed. Now on to the gel pedicure. First off, he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. 2nd when I looked closely at my toes at the pool once I reached my vacation spot, I noticed he didn't even get all of the old polish off!! Umm doesn't this usually come off when your nails are buffed?? Then I noticed that my toes were all streaky and should have been painted with one more coat at least. Now today, not even a week after they were done, my big toe chipped in the corner in the same spot and side where polish was left on my toe. I am no genius but pretty sure it was due to the polish that was not removed. So for a total of I think it was $109 I got an average nail dip manicure and a very awful pedicure. I will not be returning and would NOT recommend this place for your Mani pedi needs. read more

I very rarely get my nails done, so when I do spend the money it is a great treat. Since I do not go often, I never had a nail salon that I was loyal to. This has changed after I went to envy nails spa. I am so impressed with the quality and customer service given at this salon. The nail tech (Andy) was so kind, helpful, and talented. I showed him a picture of a design I had in mind and he not only did exactly what I asked for, but he went above and beyond to make the design even better. The pricing is reasonable, and I didn't even need an appointment. After 3 weeks at the beach, my nails haven't chipped at all. I highly recommend! read more

My friend and I went here for the first time the other day to receive gel manicures and pedicures. When we asked a few questions and inquired about their opinion, I feel they answered honestly and knowledgeably. From what I saw from this first time visit, this business looked clean and tidy. I saw the employees scrub the pedicure tubs after each client and employees here wear gloves during pedicures(for those who also think about cleanliness and infection risk). Each gel manicure and pedicure cost $42.50 each plus tax and tip. The employees worked efficiently and thoroughly. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you are planning to go on a Sunday as they said they don't typically take walk-ins on a Sunday(we were glad we called ahead). The only thing I would change next time is to politely decline the UV nail drying machine and let my nails air dry(personal preference to not want UV). I do recommend this salon. read more

I've gotten them done many places before.. it's been around $45-$50, which I'm fine with. But when I got done, the quote I heard was $60???? I'm sorry but $60 for dip nails?????? What is this? They look you head to toe... probably should've left my Louis Vuitton wallet in the car, maybe they would've charged me less. Anyway, I'll never be coming back again. After receiving a gift certificate from my kids for Envy nail salon, I went in last week for a pedicure. I was very impressed with the aesthetics- the decor is really calming and beautiful. I asked for a heel callous conditioning upgrade ($7) from the spa pedicure ($30). While at the salon, everything was great and my toes looked fabulous after the pedicure. However, later that evening, I noticed that my heels were not as smooth as they should be after a pedicure and the extra callous conditioning. I have gone to VIP nails and Touche and have always been happy with the pedicures I've received there and have never had an issue. Unfortunately, I was leaving town and unable to go BACK to the salon to show them my heels that evening or the next day and I waited 1 week to go back and show them (due to a business trip that I was on). I was told that there is no guarantee for nail services and that I should have called right away to let them know I was dissatisfied. They offered me a half price pedicure-- no apology for my dissatisfaction . I was not impressed. 1st- there is no way in one week my heels could have become as calloused as they were especially after receiving the heel conditioning extra and pedicure. 2nd- I felt like I was being punished for not calling in right away and just offered a consolation prize of a half price pedicure. 3rd - ANY other salon that I have been to, I have never had a problem with my heels immediately after the pedicure OR even a week after the pedicure. They have always been smooth and looked awesome. Needless to say, I'm disappointed that I paid extra and didn't get what I paid for AND for being treated like I was lying about it. I'm new to the area and went here twice to get a standard manicure and pedicure. Both times the pedicure wasn't great. The second time the manicure was pretty bad- the lady couldn't even paint my nails. I gave myself a better manicure a few days later. I'd say this place is mediocre and I don't think worth the money that I spent for the most basic services they offer. I've gone to many salons over the years and this is probably my least favorite. I will say that I felt safe with their shields and cleanliness of the facility. They unwrapped each sanitized tool they used in front of me. Not sure if this is standard at salons because I don't have any others to compare it to in the past 6+ months, but they did a good job of that. read more

I went to Envy for a pedicure on 4/21. I did not have an appointment, just walked right in. There were several other ladies having pedicures, and a few manicures going as well. The place was pretty busy, but I didn't have to wait at all! Max did my pedicure and I will definitely be going back, and asking for him again. He did a fantastic job! He took the time to chat with me and we got to know each other a bit, which I LOVE. I hate it when you sit in that chair for a hour and the technician doesn't say a word. Not impressed with the color selection. Most colors displayed are not available. I received a pedicure and the nail file was previously used and pumice stone for heel was also previously used. This is not sanitary and unacceptable. Not worth $50 for a gel pedicure. read more

Please read terrible will not be coming back. My friend and I went to get our nails done we went in and their was a man(lee). We asked if we could be seated next to each other which we received a yes and said that we wanted dip nails. Then we looked through the colors and decided we wanted the same thing. We surprised to find that there was a marble design in the basket and asked Roxy If we could have that done. She said yes. We the ask if we can sit next to each other again she responds with no. Roxy then takes my friend and begins to do her nails. Lee then comes over and takes me to do my nails. I tell him what I want done which was the marble like my friend. He tells me this cannot be done. We figured out our design and specifically wanted glitter dusted on one nail. My friend was in the process of getting her nails done and got the dip powder put on. She uses the nail drill and took to much of the polish off and wasted more of her time. My friend slightly moved her hand and was hit inappropriately. She also was glaring at her during this whole experience. While I was getting my nails done my nail tech (lee) kept repeatedly used the wrong nail polish. He then cut me which drew blood and is still continuing to hurt. I was supposed to have dip which I had in the beginning because the powder was on my nails. He pulled out the gel light and gel top cot and my nails ended up being gel which I did not ask for. My friend had a gift card specifically for this nail salon that she was told she could not use. We did not have enough cash to pay since we could not use the gift card. So my friend had to give her credit card to Roxy which we weren't planning to use. Then she puts my amount on her credit card and I didn't have enough cash for my friends cost. We will not be returning to this salon. And we suggest you don't waste your time and money. The other salons in this chain are usually spectacular and don't disappoint and we excepted it to be the same. read more

Absolutely awful experience. I made two appointments for my niece and I the Sunday before Christmas. I wanted a regular manicure and she wanted gel. My tech (I believe his name was Lee), immediately tried to upsell me and explained that gel lasts longer. I stated that I did not want gel. He proceeded to give me a (no exaggeration) 5 minute manicure which included him cutting my nails, barely touching my cuticles, and rubbing my hands with a hot towel. He didn't even buff my nails or put lotion on my hands! Total joke for $20. He then asked if my niece wanted a gel manicure or just gel polish. Since her nails were in great shape, she decided she just wanted gel polish (which was $15 cheaper). After confirming the decision with him, he sent her over to another tech who proceeded to do a full gel mani AND charged us for it! Long story short, save your money and go to Perfect Nails right down the road. Not as fancy inside, but they do a much better job for significantly less money. Such a waste!!! read more
