This was a GIFT, I did not purchase this groupon. One Onyx employee told me I could use the face value of the groupon for a different service and then another employee the next told me I can't use the groupon. THE SPA does not allow it. The Spa can allow anything or make an exception because it was a GIFT. I'll never go back. There are other spas close by that will get my business.

Royal Nails and Spa were able to get me in the very same day and did amazing work. I get regular polish on my toes and dip polish on my hands. The price is reasonable and the salon is very clean and welcoming. I do like the added feature of being able to book online as there are times I don't have time to call and schedule. They make conversation with you so they're very pleasant but it's low-key apparent that they really don't care that much about you they just want you in and out. I sat down at a filthy station and asked her to please clean the table; I don't want to sit down with somebody else's ground up nails that ended up all over my black clothes. I found that to be very unsanitary and a big turn off. As nice as this couple is I really feel like they could offer a better experience. I paid close to $100 for basic gel toes and nails. There are just too many other nail salons out there in which I've had much better exoerience.
