Mary did a wonderful job on my nails. I had a very bad nail experience at the previous place I was a regular at. I decided to try out Europe nails and she fixed me all up. The damage was done to my natural nails so we had to cut them down and start again from scratch with tips til mine grow out again. They look great! My daughter has her nails done too with dip. Mine are acrylic with gel polish. read more

Today 11-30/22: The absolute WORST pedicure in my entire life! The salon was not even busy at the time...no need for this lack of care! *In/out 20 minutes...yikes...that should tell you something! 20 minutes, start to finish!!!! *such a rush job; painful, more like torture; obvious this woman/nail tech apparently does not like her job, nor does she appreciate her clients who are paying for a service! Instead of a relaxing experience, it proved to be extremely stressful, to say the least! *perhaps she was just having a very bad day! Best to her! *End result: I will NEVER again support Europe Nails in South Hills Village Mall! read more

The only good thing about this place was that I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. However, the nail tech yelled at me from where he was sitting to the waiting area and I had no idea he was talking to me. Like you couldn't get up and walk over to me to let me know you were ready? Unfortunately, my nails look horrible and I have the pictures to prove it. Additionally, the nail tech was very rough with my nails. I will not be returning and do NOT recommend. Gel manicure was $27. And manicure lasted two days before polish chipped and cracked. read more

This is my new found fav nail salon. Mary dipped my nails over 2.5 weeks ago and they still look amazing! I have had so many compliments and they haven't even chipped. I'm super rough on gel and dip, so I'm loving Europe Nails. Disclaimer: this pic is almost three weeks since they gave been done. read more

Europe Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

This is my first review and I'm sad that it has to be negative. I went to Europe nails with my mother on a whim the day before attending my cousin's wedding. Everyone was polite, friendly and fast. Everything was fine until my actual pedicure started. An older gentleman did the pedicure. He pushed my cuticles so far back that I started to bleed and he didn't apologize. I also chose a color of nail polish that had little hearts in it. I asked him to apply them and all I got was one shoved up in the corner of my previously bleeding cuticle. I felt him bump one of my nails during the top coat and he ended up ruining a toe without fixing it. My experience wasn't great, but I would probably go back one more time and try a pedicure with someone else. I just wish he hadn't been so rough and made a "fun" time with my mother more painful than it needed to be. read more

Europe Nails - The one heart that I got on my big toe as well as the toe next to it that was bumped and ruined. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

I love this place! While I do have one technician that I enjoy most all of the ladies are talented. This salon is a family operated and they always make me feel like family by taking special care to not only remember our previous conversations but also my nail shape length and specialty colors that I like. They offer gel and acrylic nail enhancements as well as natural nail and noninvasive waxing services. They are well priced and convenient; offering appointments and walk-in availability. While they do sometimes get a little hectic at Rush times, they have always tried to accommodate both myself and any customer that I have ever seen in the salon that have timing issues. But I also always communicate of I need to be somewhere after, am running late, or have additional services I'm interested in (like special designs or brow waxing) while making an appointment. read more

This place rushes through services you've paid for if a regular shows up. My person visibly started rushing once this other woman showed up and said she had an appointment. The woman working on my mom forgot to massage her arms. read more

I was really happy they got me in so quickly. The women who did my nails did Ok on my toes but left my nails looking super sloppy. I had to be that person to ask for them to be corrected since they were quick to charge me $68. Jaime fixed them and I did leave happy. Probably wont go back unless I specifically book Jaime. read more

15-20 Minutes for a $60 Luxury Pedicure is not okay. I sat with my feet in the water for awhile. The guy sped through the scrub, mask and massage. I was not relaxed at all. He told me to sit in the chair to dry but then moved me to the drying area. Then after 5 minutes said okay you're done, you can go now. I rarely ever ever not tip, this was one of those times. I should've trusted the reviews. read more

Tried Europe Nail today for the 1st time. This place may not be as fancy as some of the other nail salons around but their prices are fair and they are very nice. They did a great job on my gel manicure. . They were gentle and didn't try to up-sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Be aware you have to tip in cash. Huge selection of gel colors. I found my new nail Salon! read more

Europe Nails - Nice and shiny. :) - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

This place is ridiculous. Every time I go in here something goes wrong. I got a SIMPLE gel manicure and they couldn't seem to cut my cuticles without cutting me. Then they proceeded to dump alcohol and blue stuff on it leaving me with this as the end result. NEWS FLASH: saying sorry does not make this okay. I will NEVER BE BACK. And I will tell EVERYONE about this. Some feedback for Mindi, don't have your mom touching your customers if she can't handle not cutting someone or getting all of their nails even without getting gel all over them. This place is a poor excuse for a business... they didn't even offer a DISCOUNT. For ruining my NAILS, my experience, and putting me at risk for an infection. They better start making people sign waivers before servicing them. Over all: GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT. read more

I wanted to give them nothing. I got a pedicure on the 3rd of July. Three toes were chipped when I woke up on the morning of the fourth. I went back to get them fixed and I was treated so rudely. The workers are sloppy and just want to move volume. Understandable but your great service shouldn't suffer. I won't be coming ever coming back. Update. After getting them "fixed" FIVE peeled completely off read more

Liar liar pants on fire. They quoted us $20 for gel then when I went to pay it was 45! When I confronted him and said you quoted me 20 he said he said no you misunderstood me -it's $35 for a spa manicure and I will make it $20 on top of it for just the gel so that comes to $45. He thought it was going to try to confuse me with numbers when we heard very clearly it was $20 just for gel manicure-I just felt like we were totally being scammed!!!!i I said no I asked you how much is a gel manicure and you said it's only $20 for today -so I was excited and said OK let's gel manicures mom -but he lied!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Oh I don't know what the bad reviews are for! I've never waited long, everyone does a great job, and the prices are very fair. I've been going here for YEARS when my close friend who usually does my nails at her salon can't fit me in. I would disregard negative reviews and give it a try. I've never felt like anyone was rude and I'm pretty easy to offend lol! I love Mindy!!! read more

I guess you learn the most about a business when things are at their busiest/most challenging. I realize I went on a day right before the holidays and IF I had I been a walk-in I would absolutely have no right to complain. But I wasn't... I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I asked for an earlier time but the technician said to come in at four. After no one said anything to me with my feet soaking for 25 minutes, I left. None of the nail techs seemed worried about losing my business that day, so I won't worry about returning. Ever. If you don't mind what comes along with a cheap mani/pedi, like threadbare fabric on the spa chairs, or being ignored for a half-hour, while people who came in after you get served first, go for it. I'll pass. read more

WORST MANICURE IVE EVER HAD. If I could give no stars, I would. My nails are COMPLETELY botched. I asked for a full set, almond shape, in matte black. Every one of my nails is a difference shape, width and style. They are lumpy, uneven, and actually embarrassing to be seen with. I have had this set done at multiple other places with no issue. It usually take a bit over an hour. This took about a half hour, it was rushed and rough. My cuticles are cut, my nails are painted unevenly. I could go on and on. So, now I am forced to go somewhere else to get them fixed and dish out more money. I went back today (got my nails done yesterday) to ask for my money back. Which was rudely refused, as the girls talked about me, rather than apologizing for the poor service I received. My only options were to have my nails fixed... which I didn't want. And who could blame me after the first set. Everyone I have shown my nails to agreed with me today that they are terrible. I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy come here for any service. read more

I came in as a walk-in. she started to work on my nails and then took another customer to the wax room and I waited another 15 minutes or so. she was pretty rough and was hurting my fingers. she also kept making personal phone calls while doing my nails. when it was all said and done it was affordable and the nails did look ok. read more

Disappointing on all levels. Poor quality and poor attitudes. My friend and I had really bad pedicures from 2 different people. One woman was watching TV so ardently she didn't even hear our feedback I would give it negative stars if possible. read more

as soon as you walk in these people are SO rude. there was a customer filing her own nails while the tech went and did someone else's pedicure. the place is absolutely filthy & dated. I would 100% avoid this place if possible. read more

The work done was awful. I do not know if they went to an academy to learn or what. Beside that they are shameless and rip off artists, they trick you in all sort ways possible. Think about this my friends before you go there. I let them put the expensive nails, the day before my vacations. Less than two weeks went bye and they started falling apart mostly on the entire nail, and only the top of them were attached which was very painful and uncomfortable. The rest of the glue was not very aesthetic looking around the cuticle, the glue was all bunched up. I called them to explain what happened and the lady (Mary, if is her real name) said come and I said for sure I want you to fix this. So I went she tried to convince me to put the same expensive nail, I said "no" because I really dislike the work. She spoke as if she does not understand what one is saying in English, but i figured they would pull that old trick . So, within the miscommunication they do whatever they want. I asked her to remove those nails and just that. And she like did not get it but she did. I said I just want you to fix it! She did put my nail in a very harsh solution which turned my own nails ugly really awful girls!!! Thinner and of course some of the nail went off with the acrilyc ones. Then she started filing, she put lotion on them because they really were bad, and I thought she is trying to making them look at least a little better, since they have to be accountable for their action. When I was ready to go she cheated me with$30!!! And I said why!? .... well she called her husband and he started yelling and threatening to call the police because according to him I did not want to pay!!! and I said go ahead call the police, do it. At the end he did not call. I said I can pay but it was little less than the acrylic which were $45. That time I jus wanted the $25 ones, but as I said they know their job which is only lie, and trick you, they make fun of clients in their face. Sometimes there is people who understand their language. Next time I'm going with my honest experts. One star because I could not posted other way. For those whom have had the experience like that please contact to me. mstamulis30@hotmail.com You girls deserve a honest work !! read more

I was going to this nail place from the time they opened up until 3 1/2 years ago. Used to go here all the time- however I stopped going because I felt they were just "hurrying" me out the door, they stopped talking to me during my fills, and I felt like they were attempting to just get rid of me every time I went in. They were friendly at first, all up until the last 3 months. Needless to say, I stopped going here and have not been back in 3 1/2 years. read more

Very sloppy nail job. Gel manicure is uneven. There is a chunk taken out of one nail. Polish is bleeding out onto my cuticles. Had have her do one nail again because a strip of nail was left unpolished. I paid but asked for my money back. They wouldn't refund unless I sat there and had the Polish completely stripped off again which isn't good for nail. Don't go here. read more

If I could give zero I would!!! Terrible nail work. Super sloppy!!! Do not waste your money here!!!

Terrible experience. Had two working cards (one credit, one debit). Knew they were working because I had already used them that day. When they got declined I immediately checked my online banking and there was plenty of cash/credit available on each respective account. I didn't have cash so they demanded that I leave my cell phone and go get money from a nearby ATM. All my internal red flags were going off. In what world is my $800 cell phone collateral for a $40 pedicure? I refused and the man became angry. I gave them my drivers license and left saying I would be back. He followed me to my car and continued to harass me and try to take photos of me and my car. I have never felt so unsettled or weirded out by something that happened at a business establishment. I was more than happy to get the cash, but it all seemed like a ploy to get my cell phone (maybe I'm paranoid but all my banking and personal information etc. is on there) or to avoid me paying with a card. I went to the ATM, debit worked fine. Drove threw Starbucks, just to check, credit worked fine. VERY SHADY! I will never go back to this place. read more

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely dirty, rushed and rude service. I went for a no-chip polish change which was $20- the only good thing about the place. Not worth it though- you obviously get what you pay for. The woman that did my nails was so incredibly rude and rough, she was annoyed when I asked her to fix my nails that she filed unevenly. She did my nails so fast, and there was a black spot that got on my no chip polish and I told her about it, but she ignored me and did not fix it. The worst part though, was watching her pour the acetone she soaked my nails in, back into the bottle when my nails were done. How many other people's left over soaking remover has been poured back in there?! Luckily I didn't get a regular manicure, so she didn't use the nail tools on me, but the packaging they were in was ripped apart and dirty, so obviously those tools were used over and over again and not cleaned. The station I sat at was dirty and disgusting. Find ANYWHERE else to go! read more
